I had the most wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Changbaishan! The room was exceptionally spacious and impeccably clean, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff were incredibly considerate and attentive, always ensuring that every need was met promptly. A special thank you to 邹明 and 小张 for going above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Although tickets to Changbaishan were sold out they we’re able to secure some in arrangements to great experience going above and beyond  The hot springs were absolutely amazing—so relaxing and rejuvenating. We also indulged in the massages, which were top-notch and truly relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to every taste. Overall, the service, amenities, and atmosphere made this an unforgettable experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! The room was quite good and warm. There are outdoor hot springs and indoor ones. But the management is not good. Someone actually smoked in the indoor hot springs and I stopped them. I didn't go to breakfast and didn't get up. The room layout is quite good. The room service I ordered tasted good and the service was also good. The pot-fried pork and roast duck were very good. The stone pot bibimbap was very fragrant. They also gave me ginseng soap, which was very good. Wash your face and body.

The hotel is located in the centre of town, within walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants, the family room is also quite spacious so definitely a great place to stay for families with young kids. The only downside is that there isn’t any hot spring within the hotel

It has its own parking lot and the lobby on the first floor is quite bright. However, the room facilities are relatively old, so it is not that demanding to have a rest. The hotel also has its own indoor hot spring, which is usually given to hotel guests as a gift, but I feel that the hygiene of the bathing and showering environment needs to be improved. In addition, there are various Northeastern souvenir shops next to the hotel. You can mail them back after buying them. The most difficult thing to describe was the breakfast. There was no Western pastries, but a lot of hot stir-fried vegetables. Anyway, I am not in the habit of eating stir-fried vegetables in the morning, so I just had a bowl of millet porridge and eggs. The room is very clean, the housekeeper is very polite, there are many types of breakfast, the taste is very good, there is a hot spring bath on the underground first floor, although it is the peak tourist season, but they still let us check out late, I am really grateful, there are many tourist attractions nearby, the air is fresh, it is worth recommending, I will come again next time.

The area around the hotel is relatively quiet and the air is good. There are parking lots on both sides for easy parking. There is a restaurant on the first floor where you can order food, but the food requirements should not be too high. The room is oversized mainly because the bathroom is large and hygienic. The Ctrip page stated that the hotel has a laundry room. I called the front desk to ask where the laundry room was, and was confidently told that the hotel did not have a laundry room. Is this blatant fraud? Ctrip doesn’t care? There were a lot of group guests in the hotel. Before 6:30, the restaurant was occupied by the group guests. There were no seats until 7 o'clock, but there was very little food, not even an egg.
