Hotel in the centre with view of the channel. This is very friendly home . We rented two rooms in two days . One with view of the channel and one on the back of the church . It can not be modern , but a clean lingerie and a clean lingerie . 460 euros for 2 rooms and 2 nights so it is an unreal price in full season .We often go to Annecy in different hotels , it is not the most luxurious but it corresponds to its budget .The room on the channel is a little noisy at the small The hotel is located in the centre of the city , but it seems logical when you are in the centre of the city . Hygiene was at the meeting you .

Happy to have chosen this hotel for a short stay in Annecy. Easy booking and communicating with the hotel from the beginning! The Good: - very friendly and approachable staffs. easy breezy check in/out - top central location near old town, close to cafes, restaurants, shops and the lake! - great deco at the lobby, modern and filled with fun activities - parking garage right next to it - room with balcony and riverside view, also come with kettle. Nice air-conditioned. - reasonably priced Less Good: - extremely old parking garage - filthy dirty, small tight spaces, can be pricey for long hours parking - room and upper floors are very dated, old furnishing, quite basic. Not the same as the standard modern Ibis style - small, old and not-smart tv (not big issue but again it makes the room sad) Overall good for short stay but can be better for sure to suit the modern Ibis image!

Very friendly staff at front desk and at breakfast time. The hotel is very clean, rooms are clean and very nice, and breakfast buffet was very yummy. The location is convenient and a short walk from the Old town. Some things to be aware of: Be careful of the room that you may be given if it is on a lower floor and right over the railway under the hotel. When I first checked in, I was given one of these rooms (might have been 306?), However, before even setting my luggage down, the train rolled through and shook the whole room. I asked the very friendly front desk person (Lucile) if there was another room and she accommodated, by switching me to a room at the end of the hotel. The room was quiet, and was a very nice room. Next, be aware that if you are driving to the hotel for the 1st time, there is no temporary parking area in front of the main entrance, for unloading and check in, as you find at 99 percent of all hotels. You must drive down into the underground garage, go up to the card swipe station, press the intercom button, and they will let you into the garage. Lastly, the parking garage was a bit tight to navigate. My coworker actually scrapped the side of her rental car the first time she pulled in. There is a fee for the hotel parking. An alternative parking is available right next to the garage doors, on the right, which is for the train station. Another coworker of mine used this parking and it is easier to navigate.

If you are cycling in the Alps and want to base out of Annecy (you should) this place is really great. They have a studio apartment on the 5th floor (502 for us) that can in theory sleep 4 (bed + sofa bed) and honestly it wouldn’t;t be too bad if you are students on a budget, My girlfriend and I who were not on a budget stayed here because it has a little kitchen and a balcony. The Balcony is great for bike assembly and storage (see photo) - if you are a cyclist you know what I mean. If you have a tough morning ride and want to chill the little kitchen table and kitchenette is great - you can do French thing and get Bread, Cheese and Charcuterie and chill with a bottle of wine (especially if it’s dumping rain which it did one day) It has a fridge, coffee machine and a microwave, even a bathtub. Additionally, the staff are totally cool. I don’t ascribe the the French are rude maxim, it’s rarely happened to me but these people are super nice and helpful. I bumble about in bad French but they speak English here and are nice about it when Google Translate fails. It has a work area downstairs and breakfast if you want it (we didn’t try it) It has Laundry Machines on site!! You have to pay but they are here without a walk. Take your bibs and kit and wash them in comfort while you drink wine on your balcony. If you aren’t cycling but want a little hotel apartment there isn’t really any reason not to. Final Push: It’s 5 minute walk max from the train station and 10 minutes to anything you want to see in Annecy proper. 5 stars

We spent 4 nights here recently and enjoyed our stay. Staff were all friendly and most spoke some English. They served a nice breakfast. The hotel was convenient to many restaurants and was walking distance from the train station. Annecy itself is well worth the visit.

The hotel is overlooking Annecy's lake. At it's front door, it seems like we are way deep in the forest and yet we were barely 10 minutes away from the city. The staff is very sweet and professional. We are travelling with our 1 year old he got cute attention from the team at breakfast. Feeling that the hole family is included is priceless. These 2 nights were welcomed rest and relaxation. Thank you to all the staff members that made this gateway a pleasurable one for us!

Perfect location to unwind, swim and cycle. We booked a privilege room which gave us a small balcony to sit and look across the lake. Note that these are side on to the lake not front facing. We hired bikes from Vincent the concierge (who was amazing, polite, helpful with great advice) and cycled around the lake. The electric bikes were very helpful as it was incredibly steep in parts. We stopped at Baie de Tallories for ice cream and a lovely view. We didn’t pre boom breakfast but did have it both days, very nice but overpriced at €30 pp Quick drink in the bar but didn’t go back as staff were quite rude, very different from the rest of the staff who couldn’t have been more delightful. Great walks into town for food and drinks. Will definitely return (just not to the bar)

GGuest UserThis is an excellent hotel at the high end of 4 star. Breakfast is the best I have had in Europe. Rooms are good. Beds super comfy and a variety of pillows to suit your taste. Resaurant is top end. It has an indoor or out door choice. To sit outside with breakfast in the morning looking at the lake is beautiful. The Pool is lovely with plenty of sun beds and a great place to chill. Parking is in an underground garage and very safe. So safe most days our room key wouldn’t open it. Reception needs to sort that. Otherwise excellent stay over 6 days

帕帕奥拉The hotel is not in the old town of Annecy, in the other direction of the bus station, more biased. However, it’s not bad to stroll along the river from the back of the hotel. At check-in, the front desk will be a great place to introduce the famous sights of Annecy and provide a variety of promotional brochures. The early mail greeted the hotel and reserved a room with a balcony. The room was small, but the balcony felt very spacious. The room facilities are too simple and not suitable for families. In addition, the quality of the hotel's breakfast is too general, not delicious, the child is considered to be the worst of all hotels in Europe. However, this American hotel chain can be understood.

GGuest UserWe were very happy at this hotel. Our room was modern, large, comfortable beds and extremely clean. Staff were great too, very helpful. We would certainly consider staying here again. The location is great, right in centre of old town and close to lake. Only negative is that mid-summer Annecy is very busy, and the crowds seem to gather right outside the hotel! Our room was quiet, however - 4th floor and great double glazing worked perfectly.

GGuest UserThis is a really nice 3* hotel with very pleasant staff who made us feel really welcome. It's situalted very close to the lake and the Imperial Hotel. It's probably about a km walk from the old town. I would recommend hiring a bike to anyone staying around the lake as its the easiest way to get around and very pleasant on warm days. The room was a good size, had a lovely bathroom and the double bed was at least a kingsize. The largest bed I've ever slept in at a hotel! The mattress was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit average in comparison. There was no fridge in the room, maybe you have to request that separately. My only criticism is that the room pretty much constantly smelled of smoke. I suspect the aircon meant people in smoking rooms were perhaps getting smoke circulated around. As a result we had to leave our window open the whole time. It's a shame because otherwise it is really a great place to stay.

Very reasonably priced hotel in a residential neighborhood. Classic small hotel. Room was spotless, staff helpful and friendly. English spoken. We had a triple room for two and it was possibly the largest room and certainly the largest bathroom entire trip. Breakfast buffet good selection. Free on street parking and no trouble finding a place. It is a thirty minute walk to old town straight down a main street or one can drive in and use city parking. We generally walked. No lift and no AC. Our room was quite comfortable at night.

What more could you ask for? Remarkable quality/price ratio for a 3-star hotel because Annecy is an expensive city.
