Catastrophic and unsanitary room (dirty room insects, dirty bathroom with traces on the toilet, mattress much too soft back pain when waking up, TV that did not work) and very unpleasant staff (especially the guy at the reception who does not do not understand French very well (difficult to explain to him that I had booked on this site) and not booking I do not recommend logic to anyone looking for a quiet place to sleep and not a dump!

Not good value for money. Great location, friendly staff but the room is small and cramped and not well maintained. I understand that it’s in an old building in the old part of town but I expected more for the price we paid.

Good value, no frills, old hotel in a the middle of the all the action. Perfect for the budget minded with managed expectations. Bathroom was clean and updated.

Location was amazing straight in the middle of the old town of Annecy.
The room was just a base, functionable and affordable.
The hotel manager was a very pleasant man who was helpful.
