On July 22, 2023 I was at the Novotel hotel and I loved it, the spa was in the other hotel you have to cross the street, and I went in the morning it was quiet, and I loved it, the girl in the morning is super nice ! he has a very sweet voice. Charming and very attentive, thanks again! And restaurant some waiters 10 out of 10. The masseuse is a bit I don't know anything... and the fault was the Turkish bath, but we didn't care much because of the friendliness of the spa girl. and hotel to renovate..

The hotel location is great the rooms are very nice spacious and clean, dinners were tasty but that is pretty much all positive that I can say. The thing I was mostly surprised about the hotel was that most of the staff did not speak any English, it was very hard to communicate. The receptionist had very basic knowledge of the language :-( I would expect more from 4****. Some of the staff was very very impolite and rude, especially at dinner time. We stayed at a room with no balcony, so the terrace closing time at 9pm was somewhat inconvenient. Would not stay there again and would not recommend it!

The hotel is located in a commercial street, and I especially like the public areas of their home. The public areas in the picture are all of their home. The restaurant on the first floor has a great environment. The lounge has indoor and outdoor areas. You can order drinks at the bar. It is suitable for office work, drinking and chatting, and it feels like a coffee shop. The breakfast area is very large, with a separate floor, the content is very Western and simple. It's good overall, but the soundproofing of this room is a bit poor, and the footsteps upstairs are so clear as to be walking around in my room, and I thought the room had entered in the middle of the night. There is a Hong Kong Chinese restaurant opposite (the name is HongKong).

Never ever again stay in EXE Prisma hotel If you expect to receive a 4-start service in this hotel, can forget about it. Firstly, they informed they have a parking lot in the hotel, but after arrived they just say sorry, the parking is full. So, we had to find the space somewhere else. Not to mention, parking + location was the main pros in my decision to book the hotel. Secondly, 4star hotel should provide slippers and soap in the room, but those were missing. Soap finally received after our inquiry. Thirdly, if you expect to have toilet brush, please don’t. Your poops will remain in the toilet bowl, till the next room service. Some other minor fails – used out furniture in the room, missing flooring elements, broken fan just in the middle of the drying kids hair, tried to charge us with 4 breakfast each time including my 2 years old, and 4 years old kids, bringing dirty towels. Have to emphasize on dirty towels – better check for the spots every time when you about to use so called fresh towel. The last, but not least, we checked-out 1 day prior, but never received the refund for the last night. They offered the promo for our next stay, which will never happen. I will not get broke due to 150 EUR, hope the hotel will use my money wisely to improve their personnel clients-orientation and level of service.

Modern hotel in walking distance to spa, shopping, and restaurants . The superior rooms are above the river, shielded from traffic noise. Of, course, you need to like the sound of wild gushing water. The superior rooms have spacious tubs in addition to walk-in shower with rain fall head. Good selection of toiletry items, though some body lotion would have been nice. Ample breakfast choices, pastries, eggs, local cheeses, fruit, etc. However, nothing appropriate for brewing black tea. The water from the coffee maker is far from boiling, and there are neither teapots nor mugs to brew your tea. The waitress saw the point of the smallish coffee cups but couldn't help out. If you book via a platform and not directly in the hotel, there is a modest local tax to be paid.

We're staying here at the moment on a ski trip and I'm putting pen to paper mainly to give the staff a huge thumbs up. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. The restaurant staff, bar staff and the cleaning teams, are absolute stars . So many smiling faces. I don't think we have had such consistency of high service, with such friendly staff anywhere. It's quite busy here in the hotel at the moment, with gatherings of large Spanish families, so you could understand if the staff let things slip a little, but no, they haven't. The bar and restaurant staff are unbelievably efficient and super friendly. The just don't stop. Maybe it's clever recruitment, good training, or just good people who do their jobs well. Whatever it is, it shines through and we really are appreciative of it. The reception staff are super helpful too. We had a light break and it was fixed within an hour of us reporting it!! Great service. The hotel delivered all that we would expect from it. Comfortable, clean, a decent buffet for breakfast and dinner and a buzzing atmosphere in bar. It's our first visit to the town of La Massana and we will definitely return. Lovely little town, with easy access to Andorra la Vella too. We have stayed in Soldeu a couple of times and although we like it, we prefer it here. I think it would be a beautiful summer destination too. Anyway, a final shout out to the amazing staff at Magic La Massana. You're definitely smashing it, in all the right ways.

The hotel is located at the end of the city or halfway up the hill. From the station it used to cross the entire city. When I saw the front desk of the hotel, I asked, ”Did you actually drive?” It’s probably watching me push a box and gasp. But breakfast is OK, the hotel has a free warmth to soak (it is quite cold 36. 7 degrees - on a relatively small pool, I just met a pair of foreigners when I entered, haha small place everyone squeezed or a Beauty.

GGuest UserThe hotel has nice outdoor area, which is rare for hotels that are close to downtown. The room is spacious. The swimming pool is very nice. They have both dry and wet sauna. It was great. The staff was very friendly and nice. The restaurant was under rated. The food was very good. The waiters were nice. Definitely will stay there again. I hope the management can do more on environmental conservation. One is not to offer swim caps to guests. I brought my own caps. If people bring their own bathing suits,they will bring their own caps if hotel reminds them with email. I also hope they don't offer slippers or at least the slippers are wrapped in paper. I noticed at breakfast buffet many guests were wasting their food. They took more than they could eat. I hope hotel can address it.

GGuest UserThis is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful doorman. Best selection of fruit in the breakfast buffet I have ever seen. Within walking distance of everything. We had one of the rooms on the top floor which had a lovely terrace looking up to the mountains. The only problem we had was that the room was very hot, even when we turned the air conditioning cooler.

Most: - Central location, in the heart of Meritxell Avenue - recent, spacious, excellent bedroom - very good water room (double bath, gross mirror, separate toilets...), bathroom and perfect shower - restaurant ”Coure” excellent and attentionful staff - very beautiful and functional common spaces - Arriving host staff But a few points to improve to reach 5/5: - no coffee shop, boiler, neither a bottle of welcome water - penderie design but really not practical - perfectionable noise isolation, you hear a lot of the street - missing a welcome guide (use of bathroom and shower, lights, services offered by the hotel...) - small parking, but possibility to park in a partner parking - impossible to book a double room on the internet if you come with a baby, triple room automatically allocated and very expensive price (particularly with regard to the use of an additional bed for a baby ...) ... To avoid this, contact the hotel by phone or mail and book a double room. - hotline Pierre and Vacances paying €0.25/min. The hotel is a very good choice for the old Andorra.

SSHENGNANThe room is a suite, very comfortable and warm. The hotel's own parking lot is more expensive, you can park in the open-air public parking lot opposite the gate, it is much cheaper. Basically Andorra walks to the city center, and likes the city, the air is good, except for no special Chinese food. It is very confusing for the hotel to charge an extra 7-year-old child 40 euros a night, no extra bed, no breakfast, no extra toiletries, nothing, this money is very wrong! Although some hotels in Europe do pay for extra thirds, they are basically unable to sleep with adults and large children, so this is a bit dissatisfied!

GGuest UserThis could be a great hotel: it has a prime location in the centre of town and the breakfast buffet is excellent. Unfortunately, otherwise the hotel does not live up to the standards expected of an Accor hotel: rooms are in need of a renovation, the pool area in the adjacent Mercure was not very clean, and loyalty counts for nothing: as an ALL Diamond member, the room we received was very average, and only after escalating a complaint to management were we belatedly granted the free weekend breakfast benefit. There was no welcome amenity (nor gifts for the kids as for example in the Novotel Barcelona City), and no points have been credited for the stay so far. This hotel should not be run as a Novotel if it does not want to adhere to the brand standards and grant the loyalty programme benefits.

GGuest UserGood location near the bus station Walk no more than 10 minutes, suitable for people with luggage because if staying in the old city, you have to walk up the hill. The hotel is still quite new, the rooms are okay, the wifi is fast. The staff are friendly, but some people do not speak English fluently. There is no refrigerator or kettle. Overall, it should not be a hotel. 4 stars as advertised. Can only be full of 3 stars

This was our first time in Andorra and I didn't know quite what to expect. The prices were definitely cheaper than France, but none of the hotels that I was looking for had any kind of traditional charm, so I settled on a nice looking hotel with parking at the location as we had a rental car. When we arrived the staff was very friendly and let me know where I could park my car. It was a winding upwards path that was very narrow and if my car had been much bigger it would have been scratched and scraped all the way up. We had chosen the Junior Suite with the Spa Tub (30 Euros extra), which was on the 9th floor with a good view of the city and mountains on one side and the building next door on the other side. The room was well appointed, with nothing special except the bathroom was really big and it had a nice sitting area. It was very quiet and the bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was just okay - eggs were cold and the cappuccino machine spat out something that vaguely tasted like coffee. The bar area and restaurant all felt like something out of the 1970s and really needs an update. Checkout was fast and easy and the staff were also very helpful with that too. If you're looking for a nice hotel in downtown Andorra de Valle that's walking distance from all the shops and restaurants then we definitely do recommend this place. Just get your cappuccino at Starbucks!
