We booked a suite. We only booked this hotel after reading reviews that it was clean and had no smell. Overall, it's really clean and the room is big enough, but there are also many shortcomings. 1. In such a big house, there are many charging plugs and USB interfaces, but there is only one plug on the corner of the window next to the window for charging. The rest are just decorations. I don’t know what other rooms are like. 2. The breakfast we ordered was included, but when we went to eat in the morning, the restaurant service staff said that breakfast was not included. We explained. After a while, another person came and said that breakfast was not included. We explained again; after a while, we explained again. , another one came, a total of seven or eight people came to ask us, and it was like eating and drinking. We complained to the front desk and were given an apology, but in the end no one took care of the matter. 3. The service is not good, and I feel a bit discriminated against! In short, the reputation is not worth it, and the price/performance ratio is not high!

We stayed at this hotel last year for the first time and we loved it. So we decided to stay again this year & as expected its amazing. When I checked in I remembered Jabr from last year and he is one of the best & professional receptionist I ever met. His welcoming attitude & fast response to our needs is exceptional and outstanding. The checkin was fast without any delays, the room is amazing with views to a nice street especially at night. Jamal guided me to the suite/room, he is one of nicest staff I met and doubled checked if we need anything and made sure all is perfect. Everything was clean, the bed is very comfortable and the the morning breakfast is delicious . This is now our favorite hotel in Amman, we travel at least once a year to Amman and we will definitely be staying here again and again! The area has everything you need with cool cafes and restaurants just a block away. Um Uthaina area where the hotel is located always gives me positive vibes.

I stayed at the Radisson blue for 9 nights, I was very impressed with the friendliness and hospitality of the staff at all levels. The hotel is in a good area no car sound from outside. Averything is close to the hotel. I will rather stay in that hotel, than a 4 or 5star hotel that's far away from shops and restaurants. The workers in Golden hotel are very friendly and nice. The rooms are clean

My wife and I spend 2 weeks on Jordan, starting and ending at Marriott Amman but the major part was at the Dead Sea Resort. What really made the difference is the assistance provide by the guest relations at Marriott Amman, by Mazen and Yasmine. They were extremely accommodating and really made this trip a success. 1 point of attention was the age-discrimination at the infinity pool at the Dead Sea resort. While the pool team, led by Mohammad, with Lucas providing the drinks and Jamil on the leisure team, did a superb job, the hotel staff at the infinity pool were clearly biased to keep older folks (we are 65+) away from that area, not so nice

This is a quaint little hotel that has its entrance directly from the main road on a busy street. The staff are extremely friendly, the check in process was smooth and the room was very good with different pillows to suit your tastes. The bathroom was also up to the mark, with all the usual amenities. The breakfast was a typical Arabic / continental spread, more than adequate to meet my needs. There was also a gym which I never got around to using.

Can accommodate an extra bed but pay 45 JD per night There is a problem with the drainage pipe in the bathroom. After the shower, the bathroom is full of water. Breakfast should be eaten as early as possible. If there are many people who are arranged to eat on the 42nd floor, there will be no good things to eat..... The breakfast on the 6th floor is good, very delicious. The service of the hotel is very good, the hotel in the UAE (headquartered in Dubai) is more valued service! Compared to Israel's 5-star hotel Rotana, the price is very high. It is also very convenient to call Uber outside! It is not expensive to go to the Roman theater and the Amman Museum 2 JD. To Jerash, Uber is about 15JD, and to the Dead Sea, 20 JD. The Abudali Mall on the edge is Amman's largest and the newest shopping mall. There are quite a lot of supermarkets and restaurants. It is quite convenient to walk around and the price is ok. In short, if you like to live comfortably, it is not wrong to choose Rotana.

This is a honest review . I really had a great time at Sydney Hotel, totally recommend to you all . Stayed in Amman only because of the people, team at Sydney hotel. They are lovely people and take care of each and every traveler with all their needs. Looking to come again soon. It’s a hotel in the right location of downtown with all the chaos being away. Even yummy breakfast , clean showers and backyard. They are 24x7 so it makes it another good point. Only after finding them through booking and making sure it’s the right place. Lately I found they are really the best for even being the right place. You feel more customised and super happy in the building. The cat is friendly and the swing is perfect spot. Definitely check . You will be happy .

GGuest UserI enjoyed by stay at Kaya. It’s a newly renovated hotel and in a very good location only 6minute drive to Citadel. 10 mins to downtown. The hotel staff are attentive, especially Mohammed at front desk. His attentiveness, efficiency, and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests truly elevated the quality of my experience. The beds are comfy to sleep in. Breakfast is a buffet with many options. I would class this hotel as a very good 3 star hotel because I feel there are few things that could make it even better for example in the bathroom there could be a tray with soap, body lotion etc which was missing and having slippers in the room would be nice too. Secondly the bathrooms are a bit tight a little bit more space would have been nice. The duvets feel but worn so could be of better quality. I also used the spa facility. It looks great! I didn’t have the best massage to be honest the masseuse was really nice but seemed inexperienced- I’ve had many better massages at other hotels. But what made up for it is that they gave me a free access to the jacuzzi and steam rooms. If you want to relax here I would defo recommend it. My friend got her nails done and the colour started to chip within a few hours! Appreciate they are new so few little improvements could be made here. I would still go back for the other facilities. Other than this is a good value for money hotel, decent location to get around the city, friendly hotel staff and a nice clean spa.

PPDavidUnfortunately, the AC wasn't working in the hotel and the temperature in the room was close to 30 degrees. Management said they were unable to turn on the AC because it's ”not that time of year”. Other than that, the rooms are good and the staff are friendly. Good location but would look elsewhere next time.

GGuest UserI stayed at the W in amman for 3 weeks during May. The first time I stayed in April, I ran into a few issues that immediately got fixed next time I visited: 1- I got upgraded to a suite which was so comfortable given that my stay was a long one. Thank you Omar Yousef, you’re the best. 2- Hotel staff started calling me by my first name showing great care and specialty treatment 3- Mesh (breakfast area) staff were awesome. In specific my favorite server Abdallah who as soon as I step into Mesh, knows what coffee I want, where I would sit and what I would like to have ready on my table. It’s nice to have someone predict your needs without you saying a word. I was also impressed by Alexa’s arabic language skills and welcoming attitude. 4- Staff are courteous and try to interact with you, asking about your day, how you are liking your stay, etc. Hayek and Ahmad Dandis, I am grateful for your care :) 5- Spa services were great. It was my birthday and i decided to gift myself a massage at the spa. Sham, the spa coordinator prepared a nice bd card for me and a nice treat! It was lovely :) 6- Hotel Location is central and there are a lot of amenities around. 7- Unexpected gesture during my last day with a lovely card from the team. It made my day :) Excellent experience, will come back soon <3

AAlexhoch2011This is the second time I have stayed. Good environment: in the center of Amman. Food: Breakfast options are few, should be strengthened a little; lunch/dinner options are the same, but really delicious, I am here 2 days and 2 nights to cope with my daily needs. Service: The front desk will also take the initiative to call to inform the driver that the service has arrived, really good. Will stay again next time.

GGuest UserI loved the Cabin Hostel. I stayed only two nights, but they were just what I needed. The location is perfect. surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and shops, walkable to the citadel and theatre and souls. I checked in around midnight and there was no issue. I stayed in a private room, which was basic but clean and comfortable. Clean washrooms and showers (with hot water). 24hr access to filtered water, coffee, tea. I had breakfast on the first morning, which was fine, but the rooftop kitchen/hangout area is great. The dorms also looked good and comfortable - the kind that have proper privacy curtains. I would definitely recommend it.

GGuest UserIt is with a heavy heart that I can't give a 5 star review. I did not sleep for 2 nights at all as a result of the traffic noise. I moved rooms to a higher floor but it didn't make a difference. The honking goes all night long then the call to prayer which is a beautiful sound but guests should know about this if you stay roadside. The hotel itself is spotless, fantastic breakfast and location. Lovely staff

GGuest UserThe hotel was very popular about 25 years ago I’m told by locals. The staff are very welcoming and friendly however the hotel doesn’t seem to have ever been updated from it’s heyday. The rooms are so dusty my nose started to bleed by the time I left. The bathrooms have brown furniture and a bidet instead of a toilet spray. I hated using the toilet and bath, I felt dirtier coming out than going in! The balcony was only a foot deep and the windows let in so much noise. I would have left and booked another hotel but it was non refundable. The only thing that made it nice was the staff. Outside the hotel were taxis that overcharged but if you do need one just cross the road and hail one, it’s a lot cheaper. The hotel across the road is more modern for a similar price, I’d go there if I had to return.

GGuest UserI came to this hotel as part of a group trip. The staff are very friendly, especially the kitchen staff. WiFi is available in the reception area but this is different to the WiFi in your room which was very good. The TV is a smart TV with YouTube etc. I shared a twin room which was internal so the window is to the hall way. The room was clean with a little area to hang clothes. The bathroom has a huge shower, but remember water is an issue for Jordan. The best bit about the hotel is breakfast. There is a cold selection of fruit and cake served to your table and then the pre-ordered cooked breakfast. And off the breakfast area is a roof terrace with a view of the Roman Theatre

NNakagawaI used it when transiting to Amman Airport at midnight on Jordanian Airlines. When I told my uncle in transit, I was told to call this hotel and stay, so I booked and stayed on the spot at Hotel.com. I was expecting the Jordanian transit because it was written on the internet that I could stay for free, but I'm glad that Hotel.com was there. The hotel is just a short ride on the shuttle bus. I went to the hotel once for a transit flight tomorrow morning and got a departure stamp. The front brother, Japanese! I was surprised.
