GGuest UserWe booked this hotel for a nice and relaxing stay for our last night in Amman and it was totally worth it. After the security at the front we felt that all the staff we encountered went above and beyond. A quirky thing about the check in was that they asked us to write down our names and one thing we liked - I wrote cheese and my wife wrote comfy pillows and when we got back to our room from our sightseeing in Amman there was a cheese platter and a very comfy pillow for my wife.
We spent a lot of time at the pool on the large day beds. We also spent some time in the spa area where you can use the Jacuzzis and steam rooms. They also have some very nice large showers in the spa change rooms. The hotel's gym has some nice new equipment too.
The rooms were nicely appointed with very comfy beds, sound proofing, hidden closets, a cool mini fridge drawer, technology connections and a TV that you can cast to amongst several other features. We had a great night's rest here.
The food at the hotel is pretty good and there are lots of healthy options. We enjoyed the lentil soup that was served with a literal mountain of bread choices for room service. We also found lots of good options at breakfast including detox waters, all kinds of juices, a good hot selection of buffet items and everything in between.
This was an excellent stay and we would recommend it if you're looking to splurge!

GGuest UserThis is a great budget hotel suite, fantastic location and a massive room with fridge TV and air conditioning including tea and coffee making facilities.
The staff were friendly and at a very reasonable price.
The hotel suite deserves a 5* rating because of the location which is close to all the amenities however the bathroom room was of poor standard and a lot of insects were flying around especially in the bathroom.
The drains needed sorting out as on one night the smell was very strong at about 1am in the morning.
This hotel claims to be wheelchair friendly but unfortunately it's only wheelchair friendly if you are not travelling alone.
I phoned the hotel on two occasions before arriving to inquire about facilities for wheelchair users and was told I can enter the hotel via a ramp used for luggage but unfortunately the ramp was very steep although they did offer to help me when needed.
I also wasn't informed that the dining room was not accessible although there was a lift to the bedroom.
They were kind enough to bring the breakfast to my room although it was tasteless.
There was a ladies long hair on the bedsheet and the cleaning of the room could be improved.
I do hope the management will take my advice and publish the correct information regarding facilities for wheelchair users especially for those who are traveling on their own like myself.

LlouayHotel Costa is excellent, and the Servis was a grape and serving, Bs was in the Internet problem was a weak criterion, because I was on the fourth floor with a criterion that we were sorely billed, not a hick criterion that we simplified our stay, thank you very much.
