Al Abdali
I stayed at the W in amman for 3 weeks during May. The first time I stayed in April, I ran into a few issues that immediately got fixed next time I visited: 1- I got upgraded to a suite which was so comfortable given that my stay was a long one. Thank you Omar Yousef, you’re the best. 2- Hotel staff started calling me by my first name showing great care and specialty treatment 3- Mesh (breakfast area) staff were awesome. In specific my favorite server Abdallah who as soon as I step into Mesh, knows what coffee I want, where I would sit and what I would like to have ready on my table. It’s nice to have someone predict your needs without you saying a word. I was also impressed by Alexa’s arabic language skills and welcoming attitude. 4- Staff are courteous and try to interact with you, asking about your day, how you are liking your stay, etc. Hayek and Ahmad Dandis, I am grateful for your care :) 5- Spa services were great. It was my birthday and i decided to gift myself a massage at the spa. Sham, the spa coordinator prepared a nice bd card for me and a nice treat! It was lovely :) 6- Hotel Location is central and there are a lot of amenities around. 7- Unexpected gesture during my last day with a lovely card from the team. It made my day :) Excellent experience, will come back soon <3
Movenpick Hotel Amman

The location of the hotel is good, although it is under construction on the side of the main street, it can be reached within a 5-minute walk. Old-fashioned hotel, although the hardware is a bit old, but it can still meet the normal clean and tidy needs. Room service was quick to respond and the breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Hotel personnel and vehicles have to go through security checks when entering, so it is very safe. There are also many supermarkets and restaurants around. Overall it is worth recommending.
Amman International Hotel

Stayed here for 2 nights at the start of a week’s tour of Jordan. Arrived in the early hours of the morning and was given a bag with sandwiches, cake and fruit which was appreciated. Room was comfortable and food on the second day very good. There were a couple of bars, one of which had a happy hour. Getting served here was a bit shambolic. Lots of people queueing and querying their bills. The barman didn’t seem to be able to work out the discounts correctly and there were lots of disgruntled guests. However, the decor in the bars, and in the hotel itself, was lovely and we had a pleasant stay.
Four Seasons Hotel Amman

I chose Four Seasons among St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. One of the reasons was the convenient parking and swimming pool. The service at the front desk was good. I don't know if it was because his English was not standard or because our English was too poor. Anyway, I didn't understand much, but it didn't affect my stay. Facilities: Ctrip standard. The only platinum hotel in Amman, the facilities are definitely good and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, albeit soft, but refreshing. The feeling of quilt and pillow touching the skin is also very comfortable. But there are holes in the sheets, why don’t you change them? ! The pajamas are made of poor material and feel too stiff. Hygiene: The surface is good, but the details are not. The stains on the bottom of the toothbrush cup are quite obvious. Didn’t you see it? This is not the level of Four Seasons. Environment: Opposite is the Ritz-Carlton, and the main road downstairs is a bit noisy. Service: If the service at this price is not good, it would be a shame for the Four Seasons. There are not many types of breakfast, but the ingredients and products are still of high quality. The welcome dessert is a highlight, a local specialty.

We booked a suite. We only booked this hotel after reading reviews that it was clean and had no smell. Overall, it's really clean and the room is big enough, but there are also many shortcomings. 1. In such a big house, there are many charging plugs and USB interfaces, but there is only one plug on the corner of the window next to the window for charging. The rest are just decorations. I don’t know what other rooms are like. 2. The breakfast we ordered was included, but when we went to eat in the morning, the restaurant service staff said that breakfast was not included. We explained. After a while, another person came and said that breakfast was not included. We explained again; after a while, we explained again. , another one came, a total of seven or eight people came to ask us, and it was like eating and drinking. We complained to the front desk and were given an apology, but in the end no one took care of the matter. 3. The service is not good, and I feel a bit discriminated against! In short, the reputation is not worth it, and the price/performance ratio is not high!
Amman Rotana

Al Abdali
Can accommodate an extra bed but pay 45 JD per night There is a problem with the drainage pipe in the bathroom. After the shower, the bathroom is full of water. Breakfast should be eaten as early as possible. If there are many people who are arranged to eat on the 42nd floor, there will be no good things to eat..... The breakfast on the 6th floor is good, very delicious. The service of the hotel is very good, the hotel in the UAE (headquartered in Dubai) is more valued service! Compared to Israel's 5-star hotel Rotana, the price is very high. It is also very convenient to call Uber outside! It is not expensive to go to the Roman theater and the Amman Museum 2 JD. To Jerash, Uber is about 15JD, and to the Dead Sea, 20 JD. The Abudali Mall on the edge is Amman's largest and the newest shopping mall. There are quite a lot of supermarkets and restaurants. It is quite convenient to walk around and the price is ok. In short, if you like to live comfortably, it is not wrong to choose Rotana.
