Not very ideal, the hotel is about the same level as Hanting in China, the breakfast is terrible! No hot milk! The free water is very small and I drank it in two sips. The cleaner made the room very dirty and the bathroom is very small

To be honest, I don’t know how to rate this four-star hotel. My Palestine friends came to see me and said that the maximum is two stars, which is similar to the small hotels in China. will live here

Very convenient location. A minute away from JETT bus station and 4 min away from a big Safeway with ATM inside. Hotel room is not the biggest but very clean and quiet (I didn’t hear the morning call to prayer). There’s also an onsite restaurant that does room service as well. The menu is not the most extensive but the price seems fair and it’s easy after a long day. Everyone there has been lovely. The price for laundry is surprisingly expensive though.

It was a pleasant stay, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The WiFi is nice and fast. The staff are very friendly and happy to assist. The location is quite handy, it is close to the Jett Bus Terminal and various other shops and restaurants.

Spacious room, courteous staff, good location with many food joints, banks and malls nearby. Easy accessibility from Queen Alia International Airport and cabs for local travel easily available. Breakfast is quite ordinary and one expects a better spread in a four star hotel

Spacious and clean room, super helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is excellent, with a chef making omlettes to order. Dinner menu is varied and they do room service. Good selection of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as the tourism bus terminus for all destinations in Jordan, It is a 4JD taxi ride to downtown, using Uber is easier than haggling with drivers.

My wife and I stayed at the Seven Roses twice during our trip staying for two nights before a two day trip to Petra and wadi rum returning to the seven roses for a further three nights. The staff were very welcoming and very happy to help with whatever we needed including looking after our luggage during our stay in Petra and booking a restaurant and taxi for us. The rooms were comfortable with a great buffet breakfast including a good range of middle Eastern and other foods. The hotel was in a handy location with several restaurants, shops and coffee shops within walking distance (many closed during the day for us due to Ramadan). The JETT bus station is just around the corner with day trips to the dead sea, Petra and Jerash.
