Very good hotel, I will stay here again next time. It's very convenient to shop and eat around. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is also very good. It is close to the main road and has convenient transportation, but there is a bit of traffic jam during peak hours.

I wrote a good review for my stay last month. I will give a discount for my stay this month. It is estimated that there are too many people staying and the service cannot keep up. The time to check in has been waited for more than two hours, although the room has been upgraded, so I have to wait. It was unpleasant for so long, so I stayed for 4 more nights, I didn't want to toss, but because I changed the time to go back, I decided to change to another hotel

Ayass Hotel is a top-notch establishment and one of the finest in Amman. As an independent, family-run hotel, it offers a personal touch, with staff members responding promptly to ensure a comfortable stay. The entire team, from management to housekeeping and reception, was both friendly and professional. We stayed for extended periods in 2023 and 2024, and returning to a room beautifully decorated in a honeymoon style after a long day was a delightful surprise

Very nice hotel and good service.. I stayed in the hotel with my son for the weekend and it was my first time. First impression was very good. The staff were extra nice from the reception to the restaurant, all were smiling and helpful. The location was very convenient to me and the room was clean. It certainly will not be the last time I choose this hotel.

5 stars hotel and very good place with excellent treatment. Clean and good breakfast with excellent stuff We met a person called anas that works with hotel and he plan for us all day atracts . Thank you for everything They have starbucks down in the entrance

Rooms are very clean, hotel location is very convenient near to everything you would need, staff is super friendly especially at the restaurant, food is good and lots of option, facilities are also soothing and relaxing, recommended for business or tourism.

the most worst experience we have been , all of employees are rude , we have try the pool of the Hotel and one of the employee she said for us not to come to the pool of the Hotel at all and alot of bad things to be said for anyone we didn't do anythings wrong . so much lack of Management we go to complain about her to the Hotel they said for us that they are not responsibale for the pool than why the pool is in Hotel so much of stupidity.

Usually I stay at Ayass Hotel when I visit Amman. All of the staff are helpfully and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel nearby restaurants, supermarkets and all required daily services. I recommended for every one.
