Wonderful lodging experience. Staff is very friendly. Room is spacious and clean and bed is super comfy. Breakfast is good. No deposit required. Check in and out is hassle-free. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay there. I felt secure and clean in the updated room. Only thing I can complain about was there was no breakfast during my stay. Everything else was great. Good energy.

Not worth it! Do not do not do not do not advertise the rooms are newly renovated when they are not! This place is like the big Texan motel the westerner desk clerks are rude awful showers! I would not stay here for a bowl of piss jack daniels!

From the outside, it doesn’t look like much but inside it’s amazing! Friendly staff, comfortable, quiet rooms, and so much fun! Great spot to take families with young children, but we had a blast as well (couple in our late 50’s). Great bar/restaurant with live music and dancing too! Breakfast was also wonderful! Wish we lived closer! Tip: bring a deck of cards to enjoy the atmosphere outside of your room while watching the action going on all around you!

I loved everything about Cactus Cove and the Western Horseman Club. We stayed 2 nights in July 2025. The staff are attentive and caring, the hotel is adorable and great for kids, and the club serves great food and drinks at reasonable prices.

They charged us for a renovated room and then put us in one of the old rooms. The carpet was sticky and the room smelled. This was not a housekeeping issue - the rooms on the third floor are just gross.
