- The staff was extremely rude with negative body language, pretending to be least bothered about your concerns and comfort. They would roll eyes and shrug shoulders even if you highlight basics like no water in room, no wifi, electricity failure or room cleaning. - There was no water in bathroom (both wash basin & shower area) on day 2. We had to waste until 1pm to take shower before we could go out. And no electricity for 30 minutes. There is no power back up. - The breakfast is terrible. Its not a breakfast, its an insult to the guest. The breakfast is served in a plastic tray which needs to be picked by yourself from a counter. Breakfast includes 2-3 pieces of tiny bread & butter, 3 thin cucumber slices, 3 thin cucumber slices and butter. Cappuchino or latte is not included, you need to pay extra. - There is NO daily housekeeping. Room cleaning is done once after 3 days. So be prepared to use the same bath towels and bed linens for 3 days. (In *********** website, it states that daily cleaning is available). - Wi-Fi connectivity is poor and gets disconnected often. It is NOT suitable to work from home. ITS A HOSTEL, DISGUISED AS A HOTEL.

Понравилось все! Отель новый, поэтому вдвойне приятно всем пользоваться. Вкусный завтрак, подается по порциям, расположение отеля удобное - ближе к горам и речке, весь персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный. Однозначно рекомендую!

First I want to clarify that the photos taken are much prettier than the actual condition! The actual situation is very average and worse than imagined! It was very special to stay in an old apartment-style dormitory room for the first time! There is no air conditioning (only electric fans are provided), no refrigerator, the equipment is simple and old, and the TV is hung on the wall like a decoration and is not used! All room types are the same, no choice! After staying for 4 nights, the cleaning staff didn't even say hello. There was no interaction at all and they looked very cold (maybe because of the language barrier!). I didn't take out the trash or do any cleaning work during my 4-night stay. I had to do all the work by myself. ! I guess they don’t understand what “service” is? ! I think I may have inherited the bad habits left over from the Soviet era! This time it finally opened my eyes and it was a rare travel experience! Travelers who want to stay in this dormitory are reminded to be mentally prepared! Just keep simple and simple habits...safe and smooth.

I liked everything very much, the hotel is in the city center, I took a taxi, it’s not expensive, the bed is equipped with a socket and a lamp, which is very convenient. There is a locker that is locked with a key. Cleaning is done every day. The linen is clean and fresh, it is possible to order your own laundry. The hostel administration is very friendly and welcoming. Next time we will definitely stay here if there is availability.

老闆是中國人，哈薩克族小帥哥，語言溝通沒問題，對於境外旅遊商務人士來説，很重要的；民宿在阿拉木圖富人區，是一棟帶有小院的獨棟別墅，房間數量不多，有廚房，可以自己做飯，民宿離市中區各景點需要打車前往，周邊有一箇中國餐館，廚師是新疆哈薩克族，離民宿10分鐘路程有一個較大規模的生活超市，老闆生意做的很佛系，民宿房間各類酒店類配備物品基本不全，待改進升級，個人覺得，民宿整體氛圍應該更温馨一點，多多參考一下國內的民宿風格，住了一週時間，整體感覺還是很好，小院裏麪的蘋果樹上的蘋果可真好吃，隨時自己去打，老闆都準備好工具的，開心！
