Были в номере люкс, это конечно не люкс, но в целом все было хорошо, уборка в номере и смена полотенец каждый день, предметы гигиены. Больше всего понравилось расположение, очень удобно было добираться в разные места и передвигаться пешком, просто вечером погулять возле Дворца республики. Завтрак входил в стоимость, был с 7 до 11,но по факту в 10 уже есть было особо нечего, поэтому если хотите позавтракать, надо вставать рано, чего в отпуске не хочется. Сауна, бассейн и тренажёрный зал на троечку, но мы и не ради этого ехали. Территории своей почти нет, но при этом всё таки можно посидеть вечерком на улице за столиком, ввиду отсутствия балконов. В целом можно рекомендовать как хорошую и доступную гостиницу.

In general, my nights were uneasy: light in the window, the inability to open the window to let out the fresh air (though it is possible to do better). It was necessary to explain to the taxi drivers where the main entrance to the hotel is located, which looks like a service and not for the first time you guess that it is the entrance. Your own free transfer – is a miracle, they want to say great thanks for two beautiful trips. The first, from the airport, thanks to the wonderful man that while I was dealing with the lost baggage, he didn 't leave and waited for me this hour, although we didn 't even get in touch because I forgot to warn the hotel that I was delayed at the exit from the airport. Great human thanks! The trip to the airport was not less comfortable, everything was on time and at the top level! Staff on the respiratory was always friendly, responsive, went to meet when needed. Thank you very much) Room service was also excellent. As for the interior decoration, the room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, the truth at the table was extremely uncomfortable to work unless you are amateur to throw Leg on leg and etc.

Our stay at Ritz-Carlton Almaty was exceptional, in fact our fav part of the city as tourists. The best part was the warm service from the staff, in particular thanks to Yekaterina (Kate), Malika, and concierge lady. Kate was welcoming and informative upon check in. Guest service staff Malika gave us attentive care throughout our stay and accommodated our preferences, which truly enhanced our experience in the country. Concierge lady gave us comprehensive advice on where to visit. The view from both our room and the Sky Lounge was unparalleled. Snow-capped mountains framed the landscape, offering a mesmerizing backdrop that undoubtedly ranks among the best in Almaty. Will definitely come back here if we’re back in the city.

I am always struck by the approach of such ”enterprises,” whose business is worth praising and, accordingly, to use their services/service, so they immediately dig prices 2 times!!! Thus in this hotel! The rent of the conference hall began to cost 2 times more! I tried to clarify what is connected - is there little: could repair, some appreciation, new services or SP have raised the staff? But no, just so decided. To be honest, it is not worth this room. There are other more interesting options on the market. In general, disappointed and nobody else will advise this place - neither numberA nor conference hall!

I spent a night at Tenir Eco hotel and it was a truly amazing experience, out of the ordinary. The hotel is located in Shymbulak in high altitude. Rather than a hotel, it is an ensemble of small individual “houses” and each has a sauna and the comfiest beds ever. The views are amazing and the room is very well equipped especially given the isolated location. Service was top-notch and If you need anything during your stay, you can call the reception and they would bring us anything we needed right away. They are also very proactive on offering help which was really appreciated. Breakfast is served in a nearby restaurant and the food was amazing although very limited in choice. The only disappointment is is that although their eco branding, their was some single-use plastic equipment in the room (bathroom amenities, toothbrush, etc). The only thing that was missing in my opinion was a bathtub which would be an amazing thing to have after a day in the cold skiing. It’s definitely on the pricey side but well worth it for this unique location and experience !

I chose this hotel because of its great location, reviews of its helpful staff and its value for money. They succeeded on all levels. Rooms are basic, but everything is clean and works. The upgraded me to a Deluxe King on my second visit which was nice. The included breakfast buffet is fantastic, and the restaurant/bar is open all day with a good variety. Of local and western dishes. The shiny new metro is a one block walk. The Super Magnum Grocery store is 5 blocks. No mater what request I made of the front desk staff, they came through. I needed to find a taxi driver for a 6-hour one-way cross-border trip to Kyrgyzstan, and they came through. I was very impressed, and thankful.

Very good, the lady at the front desk can communicate in English without any barriers, and the breakfast is a home-made breakfast.

Так себе. Еда в корейском ресторане норм. Остальное подушатано. Не понравились одеяла и наволочки. Непонятно как они стираются, выглядят как покрывала...
