Nice and clean hotel with friendly reception girl

Everything was smooth enter . Reception Eyuer very nice worker help me a lot good service .I well come back in future thanks Almaty

Not good, every day you have to remind them clean the room but they still forgot, No new towel, at the first day, there’s even no drinking water, hair drier is broken,every step you have to remind them. During 4 nights, they didn’t clean the room at all.
