Great location nice staff average clean free coffee free water all over it’s good . But after 12am look main door

I extended3 more days with FM hostel for a very important reason . As I am an elderly lady reaching Almaty for the first time at 1.30am . MDM Venus ( I hoped I get her name correctly ) she stayed up late for me and really warmth my heart knowing someone is there for me at such wee hours . And she will check on me if I come back late to make sure I am ok . She is really wonderful wonderful , I really feel sad when I said goodbye to her . Aigul is also another kind lady , despite she can’t speak English , she uses google translate to answer my questions and help me arrange a taxi ride . Solo female travellers, you will be under good cares if you stay here . The shared rooms had curtains on each bed and a socket to charge your phones . You can do simple cooking at the kitchen too . So , big thank again to theses 2 wonderful ladies .

Strategic location , walking distance to Mega Shopping Mall , accessible by public transport and help desk is nice and we are able to communicate in English.

The room is small, but located in a good neighborhood and so easy to find. Very close to bus station and train station. The receptionist is friendly

Space a bit tight but with price is consider ok.

Good location, helpful staff. A little bit noisy and no hostel policy for bedtime or rules, for short stay it's ok according to price. No AC, no fan, bathroom is very small.

After strolling around Kanas in Altay during the 2024 National Day holiday, I decided to take a 200-yuan bus to travel abroad. Ctrip is still very powerful and can book rooms abroad. This homestay has a total of four rooms. The first one is a female dormitory, and the second and fourth are male dormitories. I booked the third room as a standard room, which is more expensive. The homestay has a refrigerator, washing machine, and self-cooking facilities, two bathrooms and shower rooms. Everyone is of good quality. The two aunties at the front desk take turns on duty. The slightly fat one is very enthusiastic, and the thin one is more cunning. She charged me 15 yuan for shampoo and shower gel.

There is no subway station nearby, so you need to walk a little distance. Fortunately, it is within the city. There are supermarkets nearby, so it is very convenient to buy things. The space is not very large. The kitchen is simple enough to boil water, but not suitable for making complicated meals. Just keep it simple.

The Kazakh lady at the reception desk was very helpful. It was my first time in Almaty, and there was basically no one who could speak English. The lady had no problem communicating in English, and explained everything to me clearly, just like meeting a relative. I arrived by plane in the morning, and most hotels can only check in at 2 pm. So I chose this hotel and checked in before the check-in time. WiFi, hot water, and showers are all available. Various tourist attractions are very close to the hotel. I promised the lady that I must give a very good review in **.

The beds are very hard, you sleep like on the floor, the doors and locks in the bathroom and toilet are tired, it's okay for one night, it's conveniently located in the very center
