"I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. I had a very pleasant impression of this hotel. It is very clean, the hotel is new, everything is thought out, the bed and towels are snow-white, there is everything you need, the staff is responsive and friendly, they helped me call a taxi, print documents. The rooms have air conditioners, which also work for heating, the room was very warm. The water is hot, there is shampoo and shower gel. There are even new sponges, dishwashing liquid and garbage bags. The Internet is very good. There are many cafes and shops near the hotel, a large supermarket is 5 minutes away. The hotel speaks English, Spanish, Russian. I was delighted and if I return to Alicante, then only to this hotel 😍🥰😍thank you 🩵"

"Prime location as it is so close to the airport bus station and old town. Very bright and clean room, friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that disappointed us was the smell of the toilet as we could smell the bad smells from pipes from time to time, otherwise it was great probably the best European hotel i have been to ever."

"The suite is very nicely decorated and with walk-out balconies!! Me and my husband has the best 3-nights stay. The suite has its bedroom separated from the dining area which allows me to do work while my husband needs to rest in.
The location is just perfect central to everything. The washing machine and the cooking utensils allows us to relax and dine in casually after we’ve been out for a long day!
We’ll come back to stay again if we come back to Alicante!"

FFrequentTravellerFlowerCleanliness: The room was clean but there was a lot of dust coming from the bedsheets and pillow cases or anything that had fabrics for which reason we had to keep the window open all the time.
Location: The location is perfect for those who are flying out from the Alicante airport. It’s only 7 mins drive from the airport. Our room was overlooking the beach, so you could watch the sunrise in the morning or even have a stroll on the beach. The walk to the beach was around 10-15 mins walk. The hotel has its own private car park. When you arrive at the gates, the gates automatically open as you park closer to the gates sensor.
Service: The check in service was quite slow. There was already a queue when we arrived. The guy at the desk was on the phone and another person in the back office coming in and out of the room. There wasn’t any communication about how long we will be waiting, whilst carrying our back pack after a long drive. After 10 mins the guy from the back office calls another person out and then the queue started disappearing. As for the check out, it was quick and simple. All we had to do was place the key into a check out box and that’s it.
Amenities: There was no hot drinks in the room. You had to go downstair to get a hot drink which was included in the room price. The bathroom had no towels or floor mat, which made the floor very slippery when you came out of the shower and also the bathroom has no air ventilator. The room also had a tv that had access to Netflix, YouTube, Amazon prime etc, which u would need to log in using your own account details. All the channel on the TV was in Spanish, even the English movies or tv shows. I didn’t know how to change it to its original language.
Downside: I paid for a double room and 1 child bed, but because it was only me and my partner, they gave us 1 double bed where as I was hoping to have two separate beds in the room. I wasn’t happy with that. But because we was tired from a long drive, to then waiting in the reception queue for 10 mins, we both didn’t have the energy to complain and just wanted to rest. So we accepted the room as it was. But was vey disappointed that the room didn’t look the way it did in the picture and then on top of that the fabrics were releasing a lot of dust which made it hard to breathe in the room unless the window was open. But then opening the room made the room cold, so we just had to put up with it instead and be happy with whatever we got for the price we paid.

MMiukacheLocated in a quiet neighbourhood the hotel is just a 15 min walk into the hustle and bustle of the city and the beach. Excellent bath tub, Korres toiletries, comfy bed, great variety of food for breakfast and super attentive staff. Lovely jacuzzi, sauna and a rooftop swimming pool.

Toutefois, nous avons été surpris par l’absence de certains produits d’hygiène de base tels que la brosse à dents, le dentifrice ou la crème corporelle. Il n’y avait pas non plus de bouilloire ni de petits en-cas dans la chambre. Des boissons gratuites (café et jus) sont bien disponibles à la réception, mais le choix reste assez limité. Enfin, en ce qui concerne la localisation, l’établissement se situe à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du centre-ville, ce qui peut représenter un léger inconvénient selon ses attentes.

GGuest UserAn excellent travelodge close to the airport yet just 20 minutes stroll along the tree lined Esplanade to the centre.
Plenty of hot water for a bath or shower. Breakfast and coffee was great can eat on terrace. Light meals can be purchased in the evening or just order a delivery. Small bar for a night cap.bed and bedding firm and comfortable. Free secure parking mini library kettle and iron available on request.

Hotel is near the beach
We are at reception if they had complimentary water and they pointed me to a vending machine. This was 11 o’clock at night next door and purchase water, vending machine prices.

DDejan SkaljacThe hotel itself is a bit dated and most of the decor reminds me of a decade before this century . I'm just not sure if the decade is the 70s or the 80s. The power outlets in the room were few and far between - again harking back to a time when humans didn't have a few devices to charge all the time. The sound proofing could be much better. That said , the location couldn't be any better. You're on a quiet side street but a minute long stroll gets you to bustling Plaza Luceros, where you can catch rhe metro to anywhere or your airport bus. The service was amazing too. I needed late checkout and they had a very convenient 5pm late checkout for only €20. Can't remember anything that affordably priced for staying that late. What Leuka lacks in mod cons and decor, it more than makes up for in service, location and competitive pricing.

The minus thing there is the beach , there is no beach near it , you have to ride for it to the center of the city, I thing this will not be comfortable for the people who come for along stay on the beach, specially the transport fare is too expensive from there , it’s 4,50 € , so if you 2 person as minimum so it’s better to take a taxi , because a taxi cost 10 € from the center to the hotel , taxi cost the same as 2 person by public transport 😅, otherwise i recommend it , its nice hotel ❤️
