Don't come near this place if you are over 25..... and thats pushing it. Full of kids causing havoc. Out till 6am waking up all residents. Caught one lad urinating off the balcony. Throwing toilet rolls out of windows. screaming and shouting from balconies, take over the entire pool Jet 2 claimed this was a family hotel IT IS NOT . So be warned !!!!

Myself and one other friend were prevented from leaving this hotel in the early hours of Saturday morning by an overly aggressive and intimidating receptionist. He was unable to give us a valid reason for this before he kindly informed us if we gave him 1500 euros we would be free to go!! He took both of our phones from us and smirked while so. We were so lucky that the receptionist would be so brainless as to leave our phones charging behind reception (so we could send the money to his bank) before we could grab them and make a run for it while his eyes were elsewhere.

Fabulous for the price. Rooms are basic but very clean. Lovely pool which is thoroughly cleaned every day .pool bar is lovely also serving drinks including cocktails and very good snack meals . The staff were all absolutely lovely especially Marcos who couldn’t have been more helpful. One of our party was ill and Marcus did everything possible to help . All in all everything we could have hoped for .

People That work here are very mean. They yell at you and are not able to have a normal conversation. Watch out for the cleaning ladies they steal things from youre room. Towels were Never replaced and a lot of shady characters walking around the area.

Me and my partner stayed here for our second holiday, and we couldn’t have asked for more wonderful, friendly and welcoming staff who were always up for a laugh! Rooms were clean and cleaners came in every day. We would most definitely come back! Loved every second

I stayed there for 2 weeks beginning May. I went with my husband daughter and my mum came with us. We had a 1 bedroom apartment it was nice, only I asked for a double room. So mum and daughter slept on the sofa beds in the living room area. Kitchen was tiny only had a hob so no baking in the oven. It didn't have a washing so we had to use the laundrette up the road. Our rooms were cleaned daily towels changed and beds made. The staff at the hotel were really nice. They also had a small restaurant on site food was nice some days we just had lunch there. They also had a bus service to bring to oldtown I would definitely go back, but next book 2 rooms

I had 2 weeks at the Mirachoro late April. It is a lovely friendly place to stay. The staff are excellent and go out of their way to look after you. The reception staff are amongst the best I've seen. They are also very knowledgeable of the local area. The rooms are very large and cleaned on a daily basis. Recommended!

Had a good stay, staff were very friendly and helpful!!! The room had a lovely view and been on the 7th floor made it good! The pool was nice and clean and the area round the pool was inviting.... The was a snack bar and pub and pricing was not bad! Would stay again. Thank you
