I think this place is quite far from been a 5 star W service. The cleaning arrived around 6 pm and also we had a bad situation with the room cards (it stoped working on the 3rd night).
On the other hand the room by itself was spectacular, big and bright. F&B service was good as well.
To conclude - do not expect perfect work on reception but at least you can enjoy friendly restaurant staff.
Gorgeous hotel, very close to 2 beaches, walking distance to *****, but not so close that you can hear all the parties! Room was lovely, cocktails very good, staff very friendly & welcoming! Only thing I would comment less that 5/5 is there was almost no vegan options at the breakfast, which was a shame as we had paid for breakfast included and I couldn’t eat much! Anyway other than that amazing hotel, will definitely stay here again!
Been to Portugal many times but this was our first time at this Hotel. Yes the hotel is a bit far out, but if you use Uber a taxi will cost no more than €7 into Albufeira town centre. The hotel is lovely and so clean, with the exception of a few spots around the pool that always looked black and never dried. Also a few tiles need replaced in the jacuzzi part. The water in the pool is sooooo cold, I’ve never felt a pool so cold. Even when I got out I had goose bumps. Having said that it didn’t stop me from going in. There is also a lovely beach about 15/20 mins walk from the hotel, with a lovely beach bar/restaurant. Quiet location with not too much round it and not a very well equipped shop either. We were not really impressed with the food at the hotel. It was ok but not great. My husband is by no means a fussy eater and he wasn’t impressed either. Breakfast was the better of the two meals. Food at the pool bar was nice. Staff were always very helpful. Some looked a lot happier than others and the cleaners did a brilliant job the rooms and bar areas inside were always spotless. ( I noticed that when staff were clearing plates at meal times that some guests hardly even acknowledged them, never mind saying thank you. These people work very hard and they are not invisible, so please don’t ignore them. ) Happy Hour at the bar needs a bit more advertising. The morning we were going home we had an early start7 am. So we ordered boxes from reception the night before. Oh dear!!!!! The bags contained a drink, yogurt, apple and sandwich. We couldn’t take the drink or yoghurt through security and when we got to departure we got a drink and sat down to eat out sandwich which was soooo dry we had to bin it and the apple was so hard and bitter it went out too. So I would not advise ordering this. All in all the hotel is clean and quiet and very comfortable but the food lets it down. I know this is only my opinion and people do enjoy it, but we spoke to others who stay at the hotel but don’t eat in it, so enough said. Also I would like to mention the Jet2 rep Christiano. He is by far the best ever holiday rep we have ever come across. The most caring and knowledgeable rep by far. Both my husband and I got badly bitten my mosquitoes and something else. He arranged for the hotel to put a bug plug into our room and phoned us every other day to see how we were. He also told us about some fantastic restaurants. One was Adega dos Salgados, a Portuguese restaurant. If you love Portuguese food check this place out it’s amazing. As I said, hotel good but food not so. Enjoyed our stay but don’t think we will rush back.

We came here 6 years ago and were looking forward to coming back. Unfortunately we were left disappointed. We checked in and the toilet in our room was broken. It kept running and consequently the tank refilling. We called reception who sent maintenance up quickly. They ”fixed” it but it still wasn't right and then wouldn't flush fully. We asked to swap rooms which they allowed us to do. As a whole the rooms haven't changed in 6 years which was the problem. They're now looking very dated and worn in need of maintenance. The shower was annoying as it constantly moved from right to left whilst on and at the same time down the shower pole. Meaning you had to hold it with one hand whilst trying to wash with the other. The shower screen also leaked so by the time you've managed to have a shower which took twice as long the floor was soaked. I found myself having to mop it up so that we didn't slip. The toilet seat was also broken on one side so it would slip off. All minor things which add up and could be easily fixed. You also have to pay for the safe which seems a bit crazy. We'd come from two previous hotels on the same trip and not once had to pay for the safe and they weren't 4 star hotels like this one. The pool was nice and pool towels are available. Breakfast was good, you have to select a time slot, I guess due to covid. Be warned you can't use the indoor pool unless you bring or buy a swimming hat. The spa area also looked nice. The air con in the rooms worked well and the beds were comfortable, it's frustrating as this hotel could be really nice but lots of little things let it down, all easily resolved with some TLC but all which make it not worth the money paid.

The hotel has perfect location for the Albufeira just on old town the beach just behind the hotel ,15mins walk to the to city center where the big supermarket cafes shopping center
the room so brigth and big enough plus kettle tea and coffee, water ,the only down side is there is bars with very loud music is bite problem,I high recommend .
Excellent location for access to the sea (Albufeira beach) and the cliffs. Center reachable in 15m via the beach but also with a free shuttle bus provided by the hotel. Nice swimming pool (chilly for the season). Excellent breakfast and quite variable buffet with extended hours. Structure a little dated, in particular the room (the neighbors' air conditioning is a little noisy and needs some revision)
Fantastic ten stars super attentive staff I was with 3 children and they managed to provide an excellent location for the apartment. I strongly recommend. To be repeated next year without a doubt. Congratulations are all.

Well, the hotel is new. So it's clean and comfortable. Very very friendly staff. Room is all white, with some design touch - especially bathroom area. Not sure about toilet area due to the glass door, which is only serve as a kind of curtain to separate it from the room. Due to ventilation and the sounds I would say that it is not an optimal solution. Who knows, maybe for some younger guests it would not be a problem. Be aware that the whole area arround hotel is big circus, with a lot of noise and drunk people screaming during the night. I guess it depends on the purpose of your jurney. Fantastic swimming pool and it's ares on the roof. But swimming pool was really cold in May. Ok breafest, nothing special - but you get your basic morning meal. Stayed for just one night, got lucky with quiet the room (something what is very depending on your neighbours) so I put 5 stars on my review, which is a bit high I believe.

QQIUZHELUNThe location is good, an 8-minute walk to the seaside. There are few people and beautiful views. The breakfast is good. The room has a balcony which is great. The only thing is that the design of the wash basin is unreasonable and water splashes all over the floor when you wash your hands.
A quick fly & flop week, for that purpose it was fine. Check in OK, it was late so nice and quick. Room was fine decor dated all leather and glass so a bit 80's not enough storage so hard to keep room tidy. Bathroom small but fine cheap toiletries, towels & robes fine. Balcony looking over pool was fine a bit small. Pool area quiet and relaxing, beds & umbrellas have seen better days, all grey colour a little dull. Breakfast this was the worst really, cheap products no decent yoghurts, berries, nuts, egg station was OK but when I saw that the egg mixture was in a plastic bottle (for omelettes, gross ) I had fried eggs. Bread & pastries were a bit better. Tea fine. Staff I found slow and they do not seem happy, Marcos was about the best and seemed to work hard so left him a tip. Did not eat in the restuarant or drink in the bar so cannot comment. Gym was good with all you need, room a bit small. All other other areas were clean. The surrounding area is fine near the beach and a good long boardwalk to get your steps in. I would not rate it 4 stars and I would not stay here again.

AAnonymous UserThere are relatively few buses in the Albufeira area, so it is still suitable for self-driving. The hotel has free parking, and the receptionist at the front desk is very enthusiastic and meticulous, introducing the surrounding attractions in detail. The size of the room is suitable, but the ventilation system is not very good and the room feels damp. The breakfast is very good, including fruit cake, smooth eggs, yogurt, etc., very rich.
Travelled with my disabled father with his walker, however the hotel kindly lent us a wheelchair which we would never have managed without, especially outside as the paths are very uneven.Rooms amazing, Food great,Staff fantastic and helpful, couldn't use shuttle bus with my father so used taxis very expensive unless you have Uber app, entertainment bit limited missed the quiz as wasn't made aware it was in the TV area till too late for seats. There are 2 pools we only used one near to my father's room in case of toilet needs, it's not heated however I don't mind that, would return but on our own to explore area more.
CCurious KittyThe location is near residential area and is peaceful and quiet. Our room and balcony faces a not very pretty lot but it didn’t matter so much as we weren’t in the room much of the day. The room was clean and the kitchen very well equipped with utensils and appliances. the sofa bed sheets had some hair which was not too pleasant.
On one of the mornings, the electricity went out for 30 minutes but luckily it wasn’t too hot at that time.
As it was September, the hotel was fairly quiet most of the time although the front desk told us they were fully booked.
There were supermarkets nearly so it was convenient to get food and drinks, and there is a couple of very good Portuguese restaurants within walking distance.
MMargaret TSuch a lovely 10 day stay. The staff are friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotlessly clean, linens changed every day. The view from our room was stunning (304). The breakfast was buffet and the choice astounding. We also ate a few times in the ground floor restaurant and of course used the ice cream parlour! We spent a few evenings in the bar, with Noonoo at the piano ( except for Sundays when we were entertained by ”Presumed Innocent”) fantastic place to watch the sun go down and served in luxury. We loved it. Thank you all. PS. To contradict an earlier reviewer. There IS a swimming pool, but we didn't use it as the beach is on the doorstep!

GGuest UserGood location within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Lovely sea/pool/street view depending on what floor your room is.
Delicious and expansive buffet breakfast.
I had to change rooms because the TV and nightstand light was not working. Excellent service.

Clube Maria Luísa was a fantastic choice for our trip with another couple. The rooms were spacious and recently renovated, offering some truly lovely views. Their pizzas were surprisingly good—perfect for a laid-back meal after a day by the pool, at the beach, or exploring the city. The location couldn’t be better, with the beach just a 2-minute walk away and two private pools for when we wanted to stay closer to the apartment. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Sérgio for his kindness and hospitality. It’s a great spot for a relaxing and easygoing holiday—I’d happily recommend it and will definitely come back for summer!
JJorden/- Lovely cosy apartment, that looked even nicer and more modern than on the photos.
- While not super big, the space has been very cleverly used and it felt like having my own mini home.
- Kitchen is well equipped, so you can really use it to cook your own dinner (I just missed a colander to drain rice and vegetables, but I realise it must be impossible to cater for every individual guest's preferences). Enough pots, pans, cutlery, even a corkscrew and dishcloth are provided. No spices, oil or sponge though, so (quite understandably) you need to buy or bring a few things yourself.
- Lovely balcony, sunny most of the day and I could even watch the sea from there.
- Good location, as long as you're fine being near ”The Strip” (and not so near the old town). Very close to the beach. In a central but quiet location (at least in February, but my guess is that it's just far enough from the Strip to be reasonably quiet in busier months as well). About a 10 minute walk from Santa Eulalia bus stop from where you can take a bus to Faro (and other places on that route, such as Vilamoura and Quarteira). It's about a 40 minute walk to the main bus terminal. There's also a city bus, but I never really worked out that system (taxis are everywhere too and apparently not very expensive either).
- Great value for money. I extended my stay by 2 more nights and certainly recommend this place.
While I very much enjoyed my stay here, there are a few small things that could possibly still be improved. Those are really just small details though!
- I'd suggest putting a few extra bin bags in the apartment. Cleaning takes place every 3 or 4 days, which is totally fine. But especially if guests cook in the apartment, the rubbish contains food rests and starts smelling after a few days. It's no problem to change the bag myself, but having a few extra bags in the room would be helpful.
- There's an illuminated ”emergency exit” sign above the apartment's entrance door, on the inside the room. That's really annoying at night, because it's like always keeping one light switched on in your bedroom. Can't those signs be placed outside the room? I ended up covering it with a dark T-shirt every night, which solved the problem too;-)
- There's no socket near the bed.
RRONGThe problem with this hotel is the management. The hotel is very big and the route sign is not clear. I was lucky to find the room after walking for 30 minutes. And the breakfast information is wrong, the parking information is wrong. These problems should be improved through management, and good results should be obtained.
