The most terrible hotel, starting with boorish service, food, cleanliness and everything else. There was never any beer in the bar, even though it was all inclusive, and that's what we prefer. I had to buy it at the store. Why then did we honor “all inclusion”? Of course, three-star does not imply great expectations, but here it doesn’t even come with 1 star. Do not buy rooms in this hotel for anything!!!

I will remember this hotel forever!!! I arrived late at night due to a delayed flight! There was a Turk at the reception who said through an interpreter that my room did not have air conditioning and a balcony.... I looked at this information with surprise!!! I say how? Pay extra 20 dollars and I’ll put you in a room 1+1 and everything will be ok! I paid extra! I went up to the 8th floor, although mine was where there was nothing on the 3rd!!! (Then I realized that this was, to put it mildly, just a deception) There is no soap in the room shampoos! The blanket was a short cotton towel! Yellow stains on the mattresses!! It smelled like sewage! The elevator was not configured as a priority so you go from the 1st to the 8th floor, it first goes down to the ground floor and then goes back to the 8th! !!On the eighth floor the elevator button is broken.... I went down to 7 to go down!!! In the all-inclusive bar they served a limited amount of alcohol from 10-22 00 then the shop is closed... like, sorry, no more!! All beer time was running out!!!!! For the last 3 days he wasn’t there at all!!! They say we don’t know when they’ll deliver... we drank gin and vodka with Schweppes... and you drank a lot, you still have to leave it for the others.... 4 glass on the bottom with diluted Schweppes!!!!!!!WHAT THE **** IS THIS???They fed...but semi-finished products from soybeans and dry chicken are something!!!!!!The room was cleaned without warning!!!Went in and opened the door the door and wipes the floors....what if I’m lying naked or with a woman? It’s good that there was another room where I rested and locked myself in!! ONE PLUS A CLEAN POOL!!!EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!NOT IN ANY WAY I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS!!!!!!!!!!

First of all, it is a hotel worth the money because it is cheap. I would like to share my experience with you as of the entrance, in terms of location, it is on the main road, about 1 km away from the beach, since there is no parking lot, we had to park our vehicles on the street and in the streets at other times, and we also had minor problems with the hotel, which is located right under the hotel and 50 meters away. We had arguments (don't put it here, we'll get it pulled, etc.). The reception was nice, the guidance was nice, the entrance was clean. We went to the rooms, the rooms were very minimal, but the balcony width was nice, but the bathroom, sink and WC were in a very narrow space, which inevitably creates problems. Room cleaning was average, we took bed linen with us and laid it out (personal obsessions). The pool size was average, neither big nor small, but the surrounding cleaning was poor. Pool cleaning was adequate. Pool bar cleanliness is poor. There is no limit on alcohol and other drinks, but the quality is poor. BİM products are used instead of coke, fanta and sprite, alcohol quality is questionable... The bar staff is very ignorant and the tip hunter somehow asks for cigarettes if there is no cash. Cups for tea and coffee are washed by hand without detergent and served with stains. Let's come to the restaurant, the open buffet serves 3 meals, no snacks. There is definitely turkey, chicken, gizzard, meatballs, snithzel, one of the main dishes, 1 kind of vegetable dish, rice and pasta and 1 kind of soup. I couldn't comment on the taste because everyone's taste is different, but I liked it. There are definitely 8-10 types of salads and appetizers. In general, the restaurant's food and tables are clean, but the cleanliness of the place is probably due to poor staff. As I said, the beach is far from the hotel. The hotel does not have its own place, but sun loungers and umbrellas can be rented from the hotel for half the price. For my general evaluation, I can say that it is a good value hotel. It is a good place for families if you go to the hotel at an affordable price and do not have high-level expectations. I can't say I won't go again, but I'll consider it.

In general, at 3. We took it for 2 days only because there were no other options in this location. We paid for a superior room with a balcony. They didn’t check in for a long time, in the end they gave us a small economy room, like we’ll move you tomorrow. I wonder why they paid extra for 1 night? It is written that the staff speaks Russian, this is not so. One doesn't even speak English. If they hadn’t gone and asked to change the number, they wouldn’t have changed it. The economy room is dark. The shower is broken, dirty, smells damp. The air conditioner was barely working. As they say, there were no problems with the elevator, there were long waits a couple of times, nothing out of the ordinary. Superior room With a view of the mountains, a decent balcony, a good bed, the air conditioner blew like crazy, there were no other modes) the shower is more decent and cleaner, with soap + they give you a mini gel - that’s a service))) no damp smell, furniture newer. Oh food. Who is praising, I don’t understand, you haven’t eaten normal food? Soy balls like dog food, dry chicken in spices, rotten vegetables fried in oil (from lunch it was as if they had been lying in the sun and they were given to them for dinner, disgusting!) 5 plates of salad to choose from, but everything was the same, a mix. Once there was a grill for dinner, the poor chef stood there in the heat for 2 hours, frying a chicken fillet well. Second dinner - there was no grill, which was a pity. Oranges in abundance, once there was watermelon. In general, there is a lot to choose from, but most likely you will have a fasting day) there are no desserts and thank God! Usually 3-4 stars are just margarine and sugar on bread. Drinks - local cola, lemonade, beer. Juices in a machine made from powder. The coffee machine makes terrible coffee, it’s better not to risk it, just take tea. Wi-Fi is paid $1 per day for 1 device. Normal for 3* The most interesting thing is the beach. From the hotel there is a 50% discount on sunbeds (90 liras 2 sunbeds + umbrella, without an umbrella 60 liras. As of 08.23), 14 the beach is excellent. Clean, shabby umbrellas of course, but where to go, the main thing is clear water, sand and views, mountains. Walking for about 15 minutes at an easy pace, going back up the hill is not critical. On the way there is a street with shops and cafes. The area is very small, if you are planning to relax by the pool, this is not the place. There are tables for lunch right next to the pool. And it itself is minimal, only for children to splash around. At the entrance there is a gazebo - smoking room. By the time you go in, you'll come out stinking. The hotel was full of Russians, Kazakhs and Turks, so I don’t think they will improve anything, and they charge like that. You can spend the night, live for a week and relax - absolutely not.

A 3 star hotel is just that: 3 stars. We went with our daughter. There are undoubtedly advantages because there is a sea there. But there are also disadvantages in relation to tourists. Especially to the Russians. There were a lot of Turks on holiday, their treatment was clearly better than that of tourists from Russia, even in terms of the fact that they were allowed to go ahead, and then everyone else went to eat in the dining room, which can hardly be called a restaurant) They so solemnly served beef liver spotted on the grill every day as if it were a delicacy. You go up to the bar and are simply openly forced to give a tip for what is already included and paid for. Separately, I will say about the intrusive guide Mahmud, who took our documents from us at the information meeting and did not want to give them back until we bought excursions from him at exorbitant prices than they sell everywhere else. Explaining this by saying that he will get screwed by his bosses if he doesn’t sell excursions. Why are these nerves needed, especially on vacation? Regarding the massage, I don’t recommend it because the massage therapist makes almost no effort and just pretends that he is giving a massage. Thank you for not being completely hungry and for having a place to sleep. The rooms were very clean, no complaints about cleaning.

- We checked into the hotel quite quickly. The guy who checked us in spoke English, but the second guy didn’t even know basic words in English, so we had to show everything on our fingers. - The elevator broke down very often, and in general, if you want to know what pain is, just take a ride on it :) - In my humble opinion, the food is excellent, the drinks too, at least once there was a mini-conflict because we wanted to drink tea at 23 :00, they even wanted to take away the tea leaves, although they would have poured it out anyway. - The room is not bad, although it is old, I think the air conditioner we had will soon break down because it was making loud noises and was almost dying. - Hama and Massage are generally excellent, the man speaks both English and Russian, he’s a nice guy, so I advise you to go there right away in the first days, you won’t regret it, he gives an excellent massage.
