Been to this hotel twice, and both times were without any reasons for complaints. Rooms are spacious and very clean, good beds and everything you need from an apart hotel. Pool area really nice, enough sun beds and a good size pool. Always clean and decent prices in pool bar. Staff and owner friendly and always willing to help if needed. Restaurant serves food i both pool area and the main restaurant, and the food i really nice. Best cheeseburger in Alanya. Perfect hotel if you are looking for a carefree place to stay for your holiday. I will gladly come back.

Came home today after being her one week with my son. Like other say, its loudy. Its the same over the hole City. Exelent Staff, the food was great, room was nice, the pool was perfekt. Love that is not alowed to occupi sunbeed when you not around. 5 out of 5. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed a week at Sunway Apart Hotel. Pool area, bar and restaurants were very nice and comfortable, staff super friendly and always willing to help whatever you need. Rooms are quite basic, would have hoped to have had a bit more light available in the living room. It's also good to notice, that the soundproofing is not great, so you'll hear street noise and prayer invitations from nearby mosque. Overall, a place where I would like to stay again.

I have been going on vacation for 30 years and I have never seen such a disgraceful hotel. The hotel owner was disturbed by our 8-year-old twin children running around the pool and told us to leave the hotel. We had come here to stay for 7 days during Eid al-Adha 2023 by paying cash through the ENUYGUN website. All hotels were full during Eid al-Adha, but despite this, the hotel owner told us to leave the hotel. We took our remaining 6 days' money and left the hotel at 17:00 in the evening. We searched for a hotel for hours and with great difficulty we found a newly opened hotel in the OBA area and we saved ourselves from spending the night on the street.

Неплохой бюджетный отель. Отдыхали в составе двое взрослых и ребенок 5 лет. Выбрали этот апарт из за наличия собственной кухни, чтобы готовить для ребенка еду. Не сразу обратили внимание при бронировании, что за кондиционер и вай-фай в номере надо оплачивать отдельно. Завтраки в стоимость тоже не входят. А ресторан в отеле довольно таки дорогой. Мы там ни разу не ели. В округе много кафе с ценами на порядок ниже. У нас был номер на третьем этаже. В номере хорошая стильная мебель, горячая вода есть круглосуточно. Уборка номеров производилась, но иногда от нее приходилось отказываться, так как горничные приходили в дневной сон.В отеле неплохой бассейн с водной горкой. Спасибо русскоговорящему сотруднику Мухамеду. Всегда отвечал на интересующие вопросы. Буквально в нескольких шагах от отеля есть магазин А101 и детская площадка. До пляжа Клеопатра №10 мы доходили за 15 минут. Это немного, но в жару очень напрягает. Своего пляжа у отеля нет. Поэтому купили в Мигросе пляжный зонт и коврик. В отзывах многие жалуются на близость большой мечети, но нам она совершенно не мешала. Наоборот, создавала восточный колорит. В этом отеле отдыхают европейцы. За время нашего пребывания русских мы там не видели. Могу рекомендовать данный отель непритязательным туристам. Сама во второй раз я наверное бы не поехала. Я предпочитаю отели на первой линии и ближе к центру.
