One of the nicer hotels in Alanya, only 10 min away from Alanya center. We stayed for 1 week and had a good experience overall. Arriving just before diner ended de staff helped with our bags and made sure we could still eat before the restaurant closed after our long journey. Food was good and varied each day, with lots of choice for vegetarians. Poolside and beach side food was also nice. The beach area of the hotel was also in a good location and there were always sunbeds available. The rooftop terrace/bar was really good and especially great staff that made our stay even better and more enjoyable. Our room was nice and well kept with a balcony. De mini bar was free and refilled after every housekeeping visit which was really nice. If you want to visit Alanya center there is a call for taxi button just outside the hotel, a taxi will arrive in a matter of seconds sometimes, prices varied from 8/15 euros. The only negative thing I can say about the hotel is the elevators, sometimes you had to wait for ages for it to arrive and by the time you get in you basicly stop on every floor because people press the button and give up. We were lucky to be on the first floor so we could take the stairs, but this could be more frustrating if you where on the 10th floor for example. Overall, nice and clean hotel, good food and friendly staff. Very much recommended if visiting Alanya

I came here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and we liked much the hotel . İt was our first time here and we absolutely want to come back here because restaurant of the hotel , animation team, staffs were nice and we would like to suggest the hotel to everyone!

diamond hill is a hotel where you will certainly not be disappointed. It is a delicious hotel, where both the food and the sweet staff are top notch. We have been very happy with our stay here. If you choose this hotel you will not be disapointed

Excellent experience all around! Wonderful food, service and live music. I was staying at the hotel for 8 days and had a really enjoyable stay. Between the very friendly staff who were very helpful and attentive, and the beautiful poolside and rooms, it is a stunning location, especially with the hotel's private beach. The buffet was incredibly varied with many different styles and tastes of food. I personally really enjoyed the Turkish themed night! It felt very authentic. My friends and I had an excellent stay here, and will certainly be visiting again.

The hotel looked great when we arrived.sounded great too 5* ultra all inclusive far from great cold food.no tea coffee facilities in the room.shower not cleaned & door would not close properly.breakfast the worst I've seen anywhere unless you like mash n veg for breakfast only thing worth having was omelette or fried eggs cos they were made fresh

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel from any point of view! More like a 2 star at the most. We arrived late at night after travelling since 8am but were not even offered a drink when we checked in at reception. Nor were we offered a meal although the restaurant was still open. We were rushed to our room on seventh floor but since it was dark and the curtains were closed we didn’t look outside. Imagine our horror the following morning to discover three huge blocks of apartments where building work was still going on. The hotel is not in a resort but surrounded by commercial buildings. The very busy main road is a short distance away. Ambulances with sirens blaring were a regular occurrence. The bedroom is basic but cleaned well each day. The soap dispenser didn’t work but we reported it and it was sorted the same day. Food was lukewarm and the hotel obviously catered for Eastern Europeans. No theme nights and no entertainment whilst we were there unless it was on very late. The pool was very busy and sun beds crammed together. The beach is narrow and next to a very busy main road- hence the need to go through an underpass to access it. We have complained to the travel agent since we returned but the hotel have accused us of deliberately making false statements! Wouldn’t advise anyone to go to this hotel

Olur first experience in Alanya and web love this City because of diamond hill resort. Very cute receptionist and their manager hava she found us and asked how iş going our holiday. This is important. Go to spa you will also like it. Rooms are cleaning every day. So web are happy to be here. Love from poland

Just come back from a 10 day holiday in the Diamond hotel, the staff are really friendly and welcoming and that means a lot. The spa was fabulous I had five massages while I was there as I have had trouble with sciatica I've come home feeling like a new person. Food was really Good.

Truly magical. I travel frequently to various destinations, but I have never been to Turkey. I must admit that all my expectations were more than met. The hotel is located not far from the city center and has a beautiful, well-maintained private beach. As a person with a disability, my priority is, of course, the accessibility of the hotel. Thanks to reception, my stay at the hotel was truly pleasant without any serious barriers or complaints. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and it is evident that the cleaning staff does a great job! The mini bar was replenished every day with an unlimited amount of drinks.
