We stayed here last October & has such an amazing holiday We came back again this June 2024 just back after again having a great time Hotel is Immaculate, staff are fantastic & understand I stayed in an accessible room. With a wet floor but hace stayed before i other too. All clean & all with great views of a partial sea view food is great too a Great selection At all times Great snacks available at all times too Flat breads ice creams etc Pool is Immaculate and clean and a great pool area for lounging around At end of pool area is a list or steps down to a private beach where there is part of your all inclusive wrist band is a brach bar serving food drinks and snacks and is all free Food is amazing especially our favorite chicken sandwich & the burgers & chips Staff there too where lovely Beach is gorgeous & very clean with free sunbeds Views are outstanding On the beach As are the views from 5th floor moonbeam All accesable via lifts and stairs Entertainment is good too We absolutely love this hotel So much so we've booked for next September already Dont let bad reviews put you off staying here It really is fantastic and weather In Turkey In June was fantastic 38⁰ Didn't seem like a 2 hour transfer so don't let that put you off either As going down the coast The scenery is so worth it Highly recommend

This is my third time in Alanya. Ive had good experiences in previuos trips and this hotel didnt dissapoint. Nice food and very clean room. Staff very friendly and perfect service. Very close to beach with private access . Overall perfect! The hotel entertainment team gave shows everynight and a mini disco for the litle ones in the amphitheatre. I would definetly return again as its like a little paradise.

Good selection on food and activities to do. Nice and tidy rooms. Good sea views and the volly ball activity is really good on the beach. Also the free trip into the town is well worth doing. Overall a really good clean place where you can have a really good time with family and freinds

Great Hotel with great food. We really had a good time an will return also the staff was amazing and friendly....no clue where the bad reviews come from but couldnt find anything wrong. We stayed here a week and will definetely return next year :)

It was our second stay in Grand Kaptan Alanya. That says it all - we would not go twice if there was something substantially wrong. The stay was really nice, good food, nice weather, great swim. In two years there was doen a lot of improvement in the hotel, although one thing stays horribly the same - smokers everywhere, stinking ashtrays, and worst of all - people smoking while you eat. That is why I have given only 4 out of 5. There is one thing worth mentioning - spa and massage. That is 5 ot of 5! We had massages done by Dayu and Ayu. They were excellent!. And then, at the end of our stay - we went again. This time we were "done" by Dayu and Pebrie. Again, 2 hours of luxury, as good as the first time. Thanks a lot!

The rooms are very spacious and very lovely, had the best sleep. All of the staff were amazing. We went to get a massage and I had Pebri, she was absolutely amazing great work, very strong and very professional. The entertainment crew were amazing too, allways trying their best to involve you in all the activities which is great.
