stayed at Monart City Hotel for 7 days we'll I mean calling it a hotel is debatable more like a retirement home. I had the absolute worst time here would not recommend to anyone. firstly I would like to state there is a bug going around which me and My partner caught I did not eat for the rest of my holiday 4 days the food is awful does not cater for children or fussy eaters and it definitely does not cater to English people. evreyone stares at yoh if yoh are English you are made to feel extremely uncomfortable if it wasn't for the two other English families we met there I don't know what I would have done. The slide gets turned on for 2 hours a day which you have paid to use. the rooms are awful got rold I was in a cosy room and I was not tiny balcony grubby overlooking and the shower leaks out water and I can't even for to sit on the toilet because the shower was so close no privacy as the door you can see threw. the gym that was stated on jet 2 was a nice large gym we chose this hotel for the gym for my partner and he could not use because the pictures are false to what it is 30 degree heat and they don't even have the air-conditioning on. food timing are set to certain times so your starving half the day it states there is a a la carte resterant well there is not. jet 2 sells you a dream that it is not true there's nothing to do. they give you dirty looks when you ask for bottle water. you have to pay for all the extras which jet 2 does not advise and you have to cross a dangerous busy road to get to the beach not for children at all. The pool table was terrible flooring is a trip hazard where my partner nearly tripped over it and when you want to play pool reception tell you they have lost the pool ques so you can't play I was trapped in the automatic door. Also no coffenin rooms i have attched all pictures below honestly I could continue the list this is beyond disgusting for a hotel I wouldn't even call it a hotel I will NEVER be going there again!!

We loved our 10 days although a bit to hot 30c+. The staff everyone were amazing, friendly, polite and kept everywhere really clean. We had our own routine of bfast in restaurant, sit in monart street as it's cooler and a slight breeze. Then we'd go to the front pool and got drinks till lunchtime. Big choice of Turkish food, cold salads and fresh meat on grill. Not great for vegans. I would contact hotel directly if you're vegan. If you want plain food, there's the snack bar to get hamburgers, pizzas, sandwich rolls open noon to midnight. Great if you arrive late like we did. The rooms are cleaned as often as you want. Just put the ticket on your door to let them know. We were moved to a different room as we'd paid for a seaview, but it had trees in front of room on ground floor. Management upgraded for free and we had a superior side sea view. It was amazing could see all of Alanya. If you have a problem talk to management they'll do everything they can to make your stay a happy one. Not all of the negative reviews are truthful. So beware. The downside is the hotel is on a main busy and noisy road, topped with the sea makes a lot of noise too. We have rebooked to go back next year as we loved it so much.

This was our first time trying alanya and this hotel and can honestly say it's a lovely hotel and not far from every thing your own private beach just across the road The all-inclusive was nice plenty too choose from we mostly ate at the snack bar cuz we have fussy kids there was a couple of young lads that was so lovely and took a shine to my youngest can't remember there names one worked in snack bar and other one worked at pool bar at back and in restaurant he also works at caspers just up the street which we went to a few time nice food and drinks and reasonably priced one thing I would say about this hotel is entertainment not great mostly singers and a band nothing for children but for the price we paid we enjoyed it and would stay there again

My friend and I enjoyed this hotel as it wasn't full of kids so pool was quiet.entertainment wasn't that good but depends on what you want.cafe was lovely for coffee and ice cream. Drinks were same as every other hotel cocktails included but not brill.food plenty of it salads .fruit.bread.meat.soup.cakes etc.never starved. Wee snack menu was good but took ages to serve you help if they weren't on their mobile phones lol.beach is across the Rd sea a bit rough awkward to get in and out as its on a wee incline.but good always get sun lounger.you can walk to alanya in about 15 mins or bus service was good but busy. Wee market on mond.supermarkey near buy and shops and caspers bar .room was clean. We enjoyed it if your a family with children this hotel wouldn't be ideal .

Just arrived home from our holiday at the Monart City hotel. Our holiday was fantastic the hotel was spotless and the staff couldn’t do enough for us, the food was delicious especially the grill and had lots to choose from. All the extras was what made our stay very enjoyable and we will definitely be returning, The pool with the slide was excellent and the life guard was so friendly The staff at the snack bar couldn’t do enough for us either and the food was again delicious as was the ice cream bar, coffee shop and cake shop. Our cleaner was wonderful we stayed in room 1302 she would leave extra water and put my daughters Godzilla toys on our bed and arrange a different shaped towel animal to surprise her which she loved, also the bed were so comfortable and soft for 7 nights I didn’t wake up with a bad back! We definitely had a 5 star treatment at this hotel x thank you for making our holiday perfect x

Staff were helpful and friendly. There is a separate grill section in the restaurant that we weren’t told about until the last few days but otherwise great hotel. Easy access to the beach and good selection of drinks. People were reserving sunbeds at 7am so you need to get up super early if you want a good spot!

Hotel was clean. Good variety and taste of food. Receptionists, bartenders at hotel and on beach were friendly, willing… On arrival we were welcomed and accommodated by super and friendly employee named Suat. I would love to come here next year again.

Just come back from 7 days at Monart City with the wife both us celebrating 20 years of Marriage. I will list this review in pros and cons. Pros - The food at the snack bar was generally amazing, everything but the burger (which was a bit bland) was fantastic from the Pasta to the freshly cooked pizzas. This food was available from 12pm to 12am so you never went hungry if you want a late night snack (Pizza oven was taken off at 6PM though). The evening meals were sensational and hats off to the cooks for the food. We tried a bunch of foods and loved it all but the highlight was the fried rice. It was quite simply the best me and my wife have ever had. I looked forward to dinner time every night as it was easily my favourite food of the day The staff could not do enough for you in this hotel and there was plenty of them, never looking round for a bar staff member or help with something in the hotel, cleaners were simply everywhere and it shows the hotel is so clean you could eat off the floor not to mention the daily maid service which refreshed out towels every day and gave free bottles of water for our mini bar all as part of the cost (we had a superior room with sea view, I am aware basic rooms don't get the free water every day). The beach area just crossing a road had plenty of FREE sunbeds and the beer was free, serving everything bar cocktails and some snacks, yes they did snacks at the beach as part of your all-inclusive package so you could order a burger and fries with a beer. Most places charge for beds on the beach, not this hotel. We also got free icecream for parts of the day and free barista coffees in a little side street which is a little romantic at times I must say. The entertainment was top notch also, we got to the hotel and looked at the entertainment and was not impressed by what we saw at first until we actually watched them. I advise anybody to give them a chance as we were pleasantly surprised each night by various acts. The hotel is right near everything you need that the hotel does not provide. We daily went to a store called ekomix for essentials like extra towels and some gifts for example. The fake shops are literally within 5 minutes of the hotel so you don't have to walk to town to get your shopping on so the location is great as nearly everything you want from Turkey is on your doorstep. Adding to on your doorstep the hotel also has visiting barbers, tattoo artists and masseuses. they do have a set rate however they are open to a bit of bargaining if you are so inclined, my wife got a tattoo to commemorate the occasional and I had a lovely massage, both were cheaper than initially quoted so don't be afraid to ask as these as far as I can tell are all outside contractors and not hotel staff so are happy to barter for their services. The cons - If you hate hotels that allow ppl to hog sunbeds all day without even using them, then sadly this hotel will frustrate you. The hotel has 2 pools, one at the back whi
