DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL.Hotel is disgusting, rooms vintage in appearance, unclean and cold. THERE IS NO HOT WATER, Staff CANNOT FIX THE PROBLEM. Staff have told us it has been this way for a while, we just want a shower after a long day travelling. There is no reason given for us having no hot water.

Despite being nearly the end of the season, the staff was very professional, warm and welcoming. When we arrived at 2 am, they had plates of food waiting for us. And on the day of our departure, they opened the dining room early so we had time to eat breakfast before leaving. The food is Turkish and absolutely delicious. Every morning a cook makes omelets or fried eggs if you want it. They do serve chips, pancakes and the odd breaded chicken (for kids I suppose), but that's about it. Many of the ingredients at the salad bar are staples, i.e. the same every day. I loved it, because it meant I could experiment with different things during our stay. Lots of fresh fruit available at every meal. Fantastic cleaning standard. Yes, there are odd corners that I would fix if it were my home, but this is a hotel, and the overall impression is that it is very well taken care of. The pool is not heated, but amazingly clean. Always plenty of sunbeds available, both in the sun and in the shade. They have their own little spot on the beach where sunbeds are free to use, but you have to pay for any food or drinks, which is fair. Would absolutely return in a heartbeat.

We came to this hotel for our honey moon and my partner’s birthday. Last year, we had a great experience in Alanya, but this year it was horrible (accommodating-wise only). Since day one the receptionist was rude, when I asked for extra towels he replied “what do you need them for? Don’t you have 2 in the room already? No extra towels”. We asked for an extra room key and the price is 10€ per week! What a rip off. Also you must pay for the internet… which is really slow. Anyways, this did not discourage us and we went on with our city adventures. A friend that we met last year came to see us all the way from Kemer; he was really happy and we went to party. Unfortunately, he drunk too much and he was unable to return to Kemer so we thought of bringing him to the hotel and pay for his stay. The receptionist (old man with glasses) was really rude from the beginning because of how our friend look like (he is Kurdish and apparently Turkish people don’t like Kurdish that much). We were ready to pay, but our friend did not have an ID. There has been an exchange of words between them and then we left not to cause any trouble or disturb the other guests. We had to sleep on the beach that night because we could not leave our friend alone. The next day we return to the hotel and the receptionist was once again rude to us and threatened to kick us out. I went to sleep and my partner had a shower and noticed a message at our door “please come and see us at reception “. My wife went downstairs and the receptionist and his manager took her in their office where they started yelling at her. We had already apologised the day before for our friend but for them it wasn’t enough, they wanted to humiliate us and ruin our trip. Even our “tour guide” from the company called Meeting point told us to behave otherwise we will be kicked out. My wife didn’t even want to stay in the hotel anymore as we felt unwelcome. Anyways, we decided to give it another try and guess what? The next day we came back at 2am after a busy day of having fun and found our room a mess. All our things were moved and we found a bag of drugs/tobacco next to our room. We left the hotel as felt not safe and the receptionist refused to show us the camera and also the police could not help. I will spare you the whole story, but long story short, another guest was able to open our room with his card. We stayed in room 202 and the other guest stayed in 502. That’s why I stated in the title of this review that the hotel is not safe. Once again, the reception manager tried blaming us “oh you didn’t close the door), but we were not the last people to leave the room, because the cleaning personnel had entered the room after us and they always close it after. Luckily, nothing important was missing. Finally, the reception manager apologised and asked us to come back…. Well, it was too late, we felt really bad staying there , as if all eyes were watching us… and for what? We just tried helping a friend and when

We stayed at the sealine hotel as we read some great comments on the place but these comments did the place know justice as you have to go and see for yourself. We loved it that much we booked back up as soon as we got home this hotel is a small hotel but what it lacks in size it makes up for in every department the rooms are spotless. The service was amazing the staff were better and as far as the food I'm normally a fussy eater but there food was lovely and we ate there every day didn't have to go out to dine like we normally do it was that good. Like I said the staff were great they really made you feel welcome and couldn't do enough for you every one who stays there is treated all the same like family there where some bad reviews but I really can't understand why as it was one of the best places I've ever stayed at so if you choose to stay here you really won't be disappointed as its so relaxing you don't want to leave . And I wasn't payed to say this it really was that good so if you want a quiet relaxing one to one service holiday then look no further you have found what you are looking for the hotel owner pretty much lives there and eats all the food we eat from there aswell so the food has to be good and the chef can even make plain pasta taste nice as he knows how to use seasoning. well there isn't much more I can say other then amazing amazing amazing you have to give it a try.

It was easy to get sunbed as early season and hotel only half full. 2 pools, cold water. All inclusive very limited. No coctails. Only beer and HOT wine. They keep white wine at room tempature (+35). Cola, fanta, Sprite, soda. Juice and water self-service. No snacks. Only sweets at coffee break, no bread or anything salty. Breakfast and lunch Ok. I eat out at evening, not at the hotel buffet. Turkish show at friday night. Belly dancer at tursday night. Sponsored ny leather shop, so they are trying to offer you ride to their shop. Just say no Thanks. Near everything. On East side (better side). Near dolmus stops. Near migros. Good location.

The hotel is really well located - if you are looking for peace and quiet, I would not recommend a room on the street side. The employees are all friendly, some speak German. The food is very good!! Disadvantages are: Cleanliness, especially in the shower! Water slide costs 10€!! With all inclusive you can only empty the minibar once, after that you have to pay. There are no bottles you can take to your room. At the cocktail bar there are only local drinks that are free, you have to pay for all cocktails. If you want to change money in the hotel, they offer you a bad exchange rate. You have to pay for food and drink on the hotel's private beach. The rooms are very badly soundproofed, if you sit on the toilet, you can hear the upper neighbors on the toilet.

The rooms themselves are ok, unfortunately if you have 2 rooms, only one has air conditioning, so that it is always very warm and humid in the second room! Unfortunately, the two pools are filled with chlorine from 6 p.m. so that bathing is impossible and forbidden! Instructions such as not jumping off the edge of the pool are not followed and not checked! The employees are very nice and helpful, unfortunately only 2 to 3 speak German or English! The food is almost the same every day, but it's delicious!

I don't understand the bad reviews for this hotel! I went there with a friend in September 2021, because I was led by reviews and ratings, but I really regretted it. Maybe the reviews are written by those whom the waiters and the hotel manager serve cocktails in the evenings, I do not know. No anti-coronavirus measures were taken, everyone served the food themselves, crowding in line. The dining room is unbearably stuffy, even in the morning. The food, by the way, is very mediocre. Yes, I was not hungry, but I was not tasty either. The rooms are old! Yes, two-room, it's convenient. The air conditioner broke down several times. The technician came and repaired, but at night I was forced to sleep without air conditioning, languishing from the heat! I can’t turn around in the shower, although I’m S in size, I’m afraid to imagine how fat people get stuck there. All the furniture is shabby, the sheets are washed, but old, there are stains that are immortalized in them forever. The room was cleaned twice in 10 days. Perhaps we were so unlucky, the cleaning lady did not like us, although they left a tip, others write that they clean every day .. it's strange. The beach is a complete disaster! I almost broke my legs on these slabs and boulders, as a result, every day I went to another beach and paid for sunbeds! 20 lire a day, by the way. I went to the free beach twice, which is located on Cleopatra, but there is such an inconvenient transfer time that I had to return by taxi! In general, of the advantages - only the location, it is convenient that in the center. Well, for me personally, the fact that there is no infrastructure for children, and therefore there are practically no children themselves. I don't like being around children. I will not return there, for this money you can find a decent four!
