Kleopatra Micador Otel

Very clean hotel, staff friendly, small pool but ok. Food was not bad always found something that we all liked. 3 meals a day with cake and coffee at 4 pm but no other snacks at all. The bar opens at 10am closes at 10 pm and not lively. Choice of drinks on all inclusive were very limited which is disappointing but option to buy other drinks at 6 euros each. The rooms were immaculate with option of daily cleaning. Alanya has lots to see and do with many excursions to choose from at varying extra costs. Town center with its many shops was only £5 in a taxi inc tip. The beach was only 200-300 meters away. Overall we came at a quieter time for a relaxing break and was happy. If you are looking for a lively place to visit then its a no and not for young children as not really anything at the hotel to occupy them just one very small paddling pool. The airport was 1.5 to 2 hrs away. Overall lovely hotel with great staff but not rally for me. With all that said it was only £800 for 2 and love holidays were fantastic

Worst hotel ever, the only good was a kind front desk manager. Food is disgusting, beds Are hard and no neglisjert arter 18.00 o clock. I will never never reccomend for anyone. The posistion of the hotel is ok, not far away from beach. But not worth it

The stay at Kleopatra Micador was a very pleasant expierience. The staff was polite and always helpfull. The hotel is decorated in a luxurious way. Everything was very clean both in the rooms and the rest of the building, especially bathrooms. Water in the swimming pool cristal clean and the surroundings and the garden furniture in a good condition too. Some friendly cats visited during meals but they weren't annoying or bad behaving. Food in the restaurant was very good, each day was something else to choose from, of course meat options but vegetable as well, fresh fruit with almost every meal. Localisation of the hotel is amazing. It's located almost in the center of the city, 10-15 minutes walk to the sandy beach, a little more to the traffik to the mountain. The city is living so you can't get bored here. Air conditioning in the room works very well, also the pilot is easy to use. The only thing that is worth mentioning is the fact that you must pay to use the wi-fi but the internet which is provided is quite fast and reliable and in my opinion it's worth its price. In summary Kleopatra Micador is a great place to stay in Alanya.

A few days ago I was on vacation in Turkey in this hotel. I have to admit that I was a little bit worried because of the reviews. I was very glad that we finally chose this hotel. The holiday was wonderful thanks to them. The staff is very nice, they always helped with what I needed. The hotel is very clean, the ladies always came to clean. The staff at the reception is also very nice and helpful. The food was great, you really had a lot to choose from, even though it was more or less the same for the last 6,7 days. The taste is always sour, but I would vary it more. The only thing that surprised me in negative was that the hotel did not have free Wi-Fi and we paid for it not per room, but each of the rooms had to pay if they wanted to use it. Thank you for everything, and thanks to that hotel, we had a perfect vacation.

Nice and fine small hotel. Decent food, many different dishes and sufficient quantity. Service was seemly. Receptionist, she, Merve, very kind and helpfull. Excelent location, near beach and near main street. Nice words for all staying.

Stayed with my mom for two weeks and we had a great holiday overall! Hotel was small and cozy, public areas were nice and clean. Also pool was nice, even though it was kinda small. But the beach is not too far and you can get two sunbeds and a parasol for 4,5€ (100lt). Lobby and lounge area was decorated nicely and staff working in reception were always smiling and greeting when going out of coming in. The room was quite small for me and my mom, but that’s mostly because we travel with so much stuff with us and spread it around in the room. So it didn’t bother us too much. Room was also renovated and the air conditioner was new so it didn’t make too much noise. Rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaner ladys were always smiling and greeting us when we saw them. You could hear most of the noises from hallway and other rooms, but I feel like that’s just normal. We weren’t bothered by that. Selection of the food is quite small, but we always found something to eat and food was overall delicious. Also lots of vegetarian options and at some nights also fish food available! And there was always someone making something fresh in the grill. Staff was working really hard to always keep tables clean of empty plates and glasses, so you could always find clean table to eat. Also after you left from breakfast, lunch or dinner somebody came to wipe the table. The guys working in the bar were amazing! Always smiling, making small talk and joking around with us! Normally there is always someone/few of the staff that don’t smile or talk, but not in here. And when they had time it was nice to have a chat with them by the bar. Our only complaint is that there is only one working elevator and 6 floors. At the busiest times of the day it was impossible to catch it to go eat. And I actually once got stuck in the elevator with one of the cleaner ladies and two Russian guys. Luckily the cleaner lady got contact to someone to get it moving enough so we could open the door by hand. Special thanks to the guys at bar for making our holiday even better. Definitely going to come here again!
