But on the third day we had to change tickets due to our grandfather's health. We were very worried about him and were afraid not to have time to see him anymore. We explained this at the reception and asked to return the money for the remaining period, we were ready to show the return tickets - we didn’t go to some other hotel, we went home! But Lola said that this was impossible, it was necessary to make a request through the accounting department. When I asked for this, the answer was no.
