Amazing experience. The only thing that disappointed us is the check in process. It was very long and there was lack of “welcome ceremony” which we’d really wanted to see.

It's just a rural version of Banyan Tree. It's not worth the money. The mini bar is charged for such an expensive price. When I asked her if it wasn't free, she told me that nothing is free in this world. The room is very small. The bathroom is made of glass and you can see outside. There is no heating. The shower water is hot and cold. It's also cold when you get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I asked for a thick robe for the sound bath, but it was not delivered to me after several hours. I was so cold lying on the floor. There was no Arabic coffee for breakfast. You can only order two kinds, but each one is very large.

Except for the swimming pool, everything is terrible. Ali at the front desk is unreasonable, irresponsible and rude. However, if you want to take pictures at the swimming pool, you can book a caravan hotel under its umbrella.
