Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

Overall everything here was perfect although the rooms are alittle outdated. I was given a bath robe and a pair of slippers which was lovely although by the third day the bath robe was taken and never replaced. The bar staff are fantastic nothing is ever too much Wissem Mathlouthi went over and above his job role and made me feel very comfortable which was lovely as I’m a solo traveler. Would definitely recommend this hotel whether you want to relax or do all of the entertainment which there are too many things to mention. I will return 😊

Firstly maybe not for people with mobility issues as lots of steps. Staff are very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Not many Brits here we were the only ones there for eight days. Meal times were fun you could have to wait a while for clean plates and some weird and wonderful food but there was always something good to eat. Only basic drinks available on AI vodka whiskey and lager. The animation team put on good shows would have been better if we knew what they were saying but visuals said enough. We enjoyed our stay but would prefer somewhere a little more touristy.

This 4-star hotel is located right next to the beach. The hotel offers rooms with views of the sea, the garden with palm trees or the large outdoor pool. Guestrooms at the Hotel Abou Sofiane all have a private balcony and satellite TV. The hotel also offers a fitness centre, a Kids' Club, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts and water sports activities.

Booked for a 10 day all inclusive break with a friend. Plan was to have a relaxed chilled holiday, and it delivered. The actual hotel is nt a 5 star, it is a bit of a rough diamond, but the staff definitely deserve the 5 star. We were in a bungalow, few issues but resolved immediately, with apologies. Food was in my opinion standard for all inclusive, could always find something to eat. The entertainment was good, although kids club was on till 9.30 every night. The beach.. oh my! Stunning and a restaurant looking over it included in the all inclusive. But finally staff were fabulous, always happy to help & with a big smile!

Very good hotel, reasonable SPA price, 20% discount for hotel guests, special technicians are in place to abide by the law, Ctrip also offers a buffet dinner and breakfast for low room rates, which is really a pleasant surprise! There is also a karaoke PARTY in the hotel lobby at night. In short, this is a perfect accommodation experience!
