Quiet stay, good reception, excellent services. The hostel needs renovation and more maintenance.

Me & My Partner Left The UK For Some Winter Sun… We Found It Here, In This Beautiful Hotel. One Of The First Few People We Met On Our First Day Was A Wonderful Entertainment Guy Called Zizzo He Is Part Of The “Animation Team”… For Our Two Weeks He & The Other Entertainment Company Kept Us Smiling…!! There Was Nothing They Wouldn’t Help With… We Also Met The Head Restaurant Manager Who Took Care Of Us From Day One Along With All His Team (Our Table Was Always Ready For Us) The Head Bar Manager Wahid Regia Who With His Team Of Bar Staff Brought Us Drinks (“Two Beers” / “Two White Coffees” / “Two Sprite’s” ) We’d Hear As Once Every One Of Them Had Met Us Instantly Remembered What We Liked…!! For Two Whole Weeks (While On A Much Needed Break) We Were Like A Prince/Princess Being Taken Care Of…!! Zizzo Found Us Most Mornings (When Not Still Sleeping) Outside Having Our Morning Coffee… & Introduced Us To “Darts” Which I Now Have A Diploma In As The Winner & Participant…!! I Have A Very Basic Knowledge Of The French Language… Which Is Just One Of The Many Languages Our Now Dear Friend Zizzo Can Speak With Which He Greeted Us With A Bonjour Or Gutten Morgan Etc… As I Know Just A Little German Too… The Whole Experience Was Just Blissful… Thank You

Stayed in this hotel with my mum who is 73 yrs old … unfortunately we came on the 1st September unbeknown this is when the Algerian holidays were … we were the only English in the hotel and were shown where to eat which was in a makeshift area not the main restaurant as this was only for soft bands .., not all inclusive … felt we were not worthy . The Algerians were given priority !! After a discussion with managers we were told we could eat anywhere we wanted however no food as the Algerian people took all food then left it on the tables !!! Disgustingly wasteful , we are out at hard rock most nights and other restaurants. The beach restaurant was lively during the day . Staff amazing and waiter service … the best place in the whole hotel to eat. Staff on the beach lovely but had to pay for mattress for sunbeds !!! Or lay on a plastic broken sun lounger !!! Also the drinks at the bar not good … handed out cans of beer as no draft !!! If wanting bottles of water they were at a charge even tho all inclusive !! These should be free however charged for water by bar staff!!! Bought 10 bottles to put in room as ran out of water. Snack bar in lower lobby between 3/5 small sandwich . Nothing left for other guests as only sandwiches made by 1 member of staff was like being in a prison getting rations Wifi sporadic only worked in reception area not near pool and intermittent in room …. Staff tried to be accommodating however Algerians took over the place . Even the children were disgusting and so rude. Very clean in communal areas and cleaners work hard to keep hotel Clean … however clientele very dirty leaving cig ends and rubbish all over even tho bins to use, communal toilets also dirty and no paper towels or toilet roll to use. Rooms need updating as old, we were on the reception floor very spacious however wardrobes and dressing table area infested with ants . Also in the bathroom . Shower in bath enamel in bath all chipped and very sharp when stood in bath to get a shower had to put a towel in bath to stand on as not to cut feet !! Clean towels daily in roomshowever only 1 large towel daily had to ask for more towels as 2 persons in room. All in all I think we chose the wrong week which put a total Dampener on our holiday. The Algerian rude people were everywhere and totally took over the hotel and they were gready and wasteful with food … Love this area of Tunisia however this hotel Not the best … would never return to this hotel however have stayed at the other Mouradi hotels which were a lot better booked to return November so will walk past this hotel and put it down to experience!!!

Massive hotel with 618 rooms, fresh and sea water pools and its own beach. Stayed here for two nights at the end of a small-group tour of Tunisia. Friendly helpful staff. Large rooms with all mod cons. Huge choice of food at breakfast and (buffet) dinner.

Indeed c is the best holidays we spend The hotel with its incredible view of the port El kantaoui and their top service especially the Proprete c is great we are happy and Franchise we will choose next year that this hotel

An amazing 10 days at Seabel Alhambra. The staff could not do enough to help. From the cleaners, our waiter khalif and all of the animation crew, it was superb. Made more impressive by the fact that it was Ramadan. The energy and spirit they showed to my whole family was incredible. I have danced, sung and laughed with all staff. Thank you for making it an amazing holiday for us all, my kids will miss cookie and francos cuddles ricos smile but we have his t shirts as memories. Thank you all for teaching me how to dance. We will be back soon!!

I would class this hotel in the same league as a royalton by name! It definitely is not. It’s a 5* but it’s really a 3* tops. I work remotely and there WiFi just does not accommodate I simply cannot work from it. There is no snack bar throughout the day you have to pay for it! We are all inclusive we have never been charged for food in an all inclusive EVER! Day 2 and we are very disappointed to say the least. No entertainment other than a singer on an evening. I do not usually complain but we are highly disappointed! Hotel is very clean and friendly staff but all in all it’s crap!

We stayed here for a week as a family and we had an excellent experience. The staff go above and beyond to keep everyone happy and catered for The entertainment team were amazing and they kept us entertained all week. They offered a variety of shows and day time activities which included Archery, Zumba dance, Darts aqua aerobics and kids shows. Special mention go to Hamed the waiter. He is one of a kind. He deserves a ProMotion for his excellent service overall the staff make this hotel. Mondo and crew thank you for an amazing holiday. We will definitely be back. The facilities are excellent too and all areas were immaculate at all times
