Firstly maybe not for people with mobility issues as lots of steps. Staff are very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Not many Brits here we were the only ones there for eight days. Meal times were fun you could have to wait a while for clean plates and some weird and wonderful food but there was always something good to eat. Only basic drinks available on AI vodka whiskey and lager. The animation team put on good shows would have been better if we knew what they were saying but visuals said enough. We enjoyed our stay but would prefer somewhere a little more touristy.

The hotel excels in every respect The food in particular is varied every day and top quality service in the hotel also excels in friendly staff and clean rooms. All in all, a hotel that I can recommend to everyone.

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.
