The rooms old and also there ia no aircondition and freedge it is not good hotel and the food it is not good at all.. I lose my money The pool and game it is ok

Soviva hotel On arrival the receptionist wasn’t welcoming. We arrived early and waited for our room, the facilities in the hotel were not explained and there were no directions given to where the restaurant, bar or other amenities were. Got to our room and there were no towels, had to request these three times until I bumped into the lovely manager Moaz who was very helpful and got them for us immediately. The lobby is very nice and modern the rooms and hallways are very outdated. The carpet is dirty and the rooms have no plugs for charging ports only charging port is in the bathroom and for the tv. Our room had no fridge again Moaz rectified this for us immediately. There are no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms. As we weren’t told by reception that we had reserve seating in the dining area we queued. It wasn’t until the second night we realised we had reservation access and should be served when dining for breakfast lunch and dinner. The entertainment staff are extremely helpful and work very hard they were the best part of the hotel!!!. Always ensuring we were ok and had what we needed they even took us into the town free of charge to the local markets and ensured our safety. If you need anything ask for Willy and any member of his team their service is outstanding always going above and beyond. Please tip the entertainment team!! The bar staff are very polite and hospitable. Each time I went to reception the receptionists were very impatient, abrupt and rude. None of them smiled or greeted you and allowed others to interrupt your conversation. The waiters in the restaurant that service the reservation section are very nice and helpful they work very hard please tip them. If you are part of the reservation area you can ask for something specific such as fries, nuggets, burgers etc if you do not like the local cuisine. The salads and desert were good, they leave bread out which just attracts flies and they do not cover the food over to prevent contamination from the flies. The pizza is left on the side, and not covered over to protect from flies. Our room was cleaned to a very good standard each day. Please tip the housekeepers they do a great job! The spa wasn’t what it cracked up to be I paid for a hamman and a lymphatic massage it’s was nothing like described and everything short of a hamman if you’ve been to Turkey and had an authentic one you will know. There was no steam room before hand, the massage therapist left me for 10 minutes, I wasn’t sure what was going on and got cold! Then she came back and I had to scrub myself down, they are supposed to do this for you! The massage, it felt like all she did was rub oil in. The lymphatic massage again all she did was rub the oil in and didn’t touch my lymphatic points. If you want a massage go to the main road there is a spa near the shop. The WiFi is terrible for such a large hotel wifi only works in reception. WiFi boosters need to be on each floor of the hotel. For an

You were with us from morning until night, by the pool, on the beach, during every moment. You never let us go anywhere alone – you cared for us like we were your own family. Soviva Resort Port El Kantaoui Worst hotel I have stayed in Tunisia ********* Reception staff was great very helpful Our room was good after a night of no sleep they moved us to a different room This was the good thing Now for the bad Guests rude they where like wild animals especially when it came to food time was like feeding wild animals They take so much food and not eat half of it Had to queue for a long time to get food Which was not edible We eat out most nights Guests shouting at staff because was told can only have example I lady wanted more than 2 crepes The guests throw them back at the young girl making them see was cry poor girl She did explain you can have more but need to queue again The hotel needs to look at different ways to control the restaurant The service at the hotel was bad they only asked you if you wanted to to drink a few days before you go home which they probably think would get tips for this no service at restaurant no napkins or cutlery on table you had to find them yourself Hotel full of rude Algeria people I saw one woman use the large spoon that you serve the yogurt with put in her mouth then put back in the yogurt Told the staff but they didn’t care The animation staff was very friendly Also the pool man The pool was good but very busy felt like everyone was on top of each other like sardines The lift was broken for 3 days For a all inclusive you have to pay for a bottle of water You get one on your room Please save your money and choose a different hotel

I am in Hotel soviva, the place here is very wonderful The graph is clean and the services are good. And the pool Beautiful, the tigo is great, the food is delicious, and Yogo has everything you need, as well as the music. We thank animations 😍😘Maryam very much. 😍😍
