The room very clean and beautiful food but the service not enough

The hotel, food, beach, animation and everything is good in the hotel but three days after we arrived, we have found massive cockroaches in our room. They were hiding in the closet. After we went to the reception to get a new room and it was extremely hard to do they didnt understand how big the problem is. I hope they get rid off the woman working at the reception Challouf Hilel she was extremely unkind and she was ignoring us. Its not our first time in Tunisia but its definitely the first time we have found cockroaches in our room so we are never coming back to this hotel. The roaches are showing how dirty El Mouradi Club Selima is. We dont recommend this hotel.

If I could give this “hotel” 0 stars I would!! We came here on the 15th July and was looking forward to our first holiday together, as soon as we got to reception we were told to come back in 3 hours as the room is not yet ready.. when we had went back it took a while to get seen to again and reception is over crowded.. we were eventually given our key and went to the reception on. When we arrived at the room the room was filthy had not been cleaned or anything, we went back to reception and waited a further hour to be seen to again and was given another room. The room had been attempted to be cleaned, we tried to get on with our day and was at the pool when we head back to the room we noticed ants now and then, then they were all over the bathroom, the next again day we went back to the reception with our suitcases and one receptionist rolled their eyes. The others could see us standing there waiting to be seen but would just walk right past us and ignored us, it was meant to be a holiday and we spent more time waiting at reception than actually being able to enjoy our holiday!! When we eventually got seen we were told the cleaner has a magic spray she will spray it, by this time I just wanted out of there our skin was crawling at the thought so they decided to move us rooms for the 3rd time but would take another 2 hours baring in mind it had already been 2 hours standing waiting to be seen. We went away and came back five minutes later and says we would like a room now as we should not have to come back in two hours as we are meant to be on holiday and it isn’t feeling like much of a holiday as we have stood at reception majority of the time. After about 45 minutes we had a key to another room. The room looked bigger and was clean. As the night went on we started to spot ants again but was now and again, as the days went on there was more and more ants, and started crawling around my hand luggage bag, and by our second last night ants were crawling up the wall and on the bed. On us, I had woken up on the last day happy to be going home but was greeted by about 100 ants in my bed right beside me as soon as I opened my eyes, it is very traumatising to say the least!!! The food is awful, who has turkey and gravy for breakfast ? There should be a selection of European food for people who do not like to eat your cultures food! We paid for all inclusive but had to eat out for breakfast lunch and dinner as the food was sickening, also the alcoholic drinks ran out by about 8pm so all inclusive is a total waste of money. Rooms have dirty shower curtains, cracks on floor, and look really poor, nothing like you see in the pictures! One of us went for a shower and would take about a hour for the water to drain away, There is not enough sunloungers for everyone sometimes we just had to leave our towel at the side and go in the pool, same with the beach, there in not enough chairs at the night time entertainment lots of people standing ect. Save your money
