The room environment is really good😊 The most important thing is that we arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, and the lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic to check us in. The old security guard was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to greet people and carry luggage. He was very warm late at night. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas, and the setting was very user-friendly. Two Siemens washing machines and dryers were really invested in the hotel's hardware. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I booked this hotel again because the first time I felt good. However, this time I felt very bad. The hygiene was very poor. There were hairs on the sheets and quilt covers. The toiletries were opened. I don’t know if others used them, but they were opened. The bath towels were not clean. It was past one in the evening when I returned to the hotel and cleaned up. I didn’t want to call the front desk and just stay for one night and leave in the morning. However, when I lifted the quilt, I saw other people’s hair. I called the front desk and the front desk said they would change the sheets. I asked if there were any empty rooms and planned to change rooms. When I got to another room, I saw that there were more hairs on the bed than in the current room, so I decided to change the sheets and quilt covers again. In the end, I didn’t rest until almost three o’clock. The hygiene is really hard to describe.

The TV was not adjusted overnight, maybe there was a communication gap. The floor heating in the room was not warm enough, and it was very cold after taking a shower.
