3-Star Hotels in Ahmedabad

Staying in ***tra One since 1st Sep'23 & checking out tomorrow. This is the longest one hotel stay that I have ever had in a single stretch & I can say that I did not feel out of home during this time. Well connected hotel location, Very well maintained Rooms did not give me a chance to complain. Good quality food with variety of dishes available in the menu did not make me long for home cooked food. Special mention for Pawan Kumar & Ravi Kumar, apart from all other support staff including the security staff, who ensured that I had a comfortable & memorable stay at the hotel. My heartfelt thanks & best wishes to the team of The ***tra One by Blues Hotels.

Absolutely filthy, dated and run down. Unprofessional unhelpful staff. By far the worst hotel we stayed at in India. The pictures must be from 20 years ago. The shower had mould, tiles coming off, peeling paint. The delex suite was tiny. The mini bar was not stocked with basics. Soft drinks? We paid 2000rs for an extra bed in the room. Money was taken but we were told they don't have extra beds and could only offer a thin dirty mattress on the dirty floor. We asked if they could find a bed, the Receptionist was super rude, kept talking to everyone but us when checking us in, and refused to even try to find a bed. If we knew the bed situation we would have not booked this room or hotel. When we asked her about airport transfer for the morning she said book an Uber (we assumed this was normal and they did not offer an airport transfer). They did she couldn't be bothered to do it. When we returned to the hotel from sightseeing another member of staff asked if we had wanted a transfer. He arranged it for us for 1000rs, we had 6 suitcases so agreed as he said the vehicle was large enough to fit them in. We booked for 5am. When we got downstairs at 5am, firstly no one to help with luggage ok we ***aged to get it down. The *** at Reception told us that the driver would be back in around half hour he has popped out. Like what do you mean we booked at this time and have a flight to catch, the pilot isn't going to wait for us Then he said the bags won't fit in the vehicle (it was the same model of vehicle we had arrived to the hotel in). The *** who had booked the transfer was shown all luggage, and told the number of people. We explained nothing had changed since we booked the transfer so how could the bags suddenly not fit and could the driver disappear at the booked time. He was really unhelpful and unprofessional he said he didn't know what conversation was had and he could not do anything about it and we had to wait. The driver did not turn up. We were going to miss our flight if we waited any longer. After running through the airport with 2 small kids we ***aged to make it to our flight after Uber. I would never make the mistake of staying here again. Amateur dirty hell hole.

My stay with my family at Elysian Residency, Ahmedabad was truly memorable. The room was of high standard. The cleanliness was very well maintained. The sensor-operated illumination of the room complimented the interior decoration. The staff, especially Mr. Santosh, was extremely courteous and made our check-in and check-out processes hassle-free. The location of the hotel is an added advantage. The airport and railway station can be reached within 15-20 min. Really looking forward to plan my stay here again.

Hi guys, I was here for business meeting, I must appreciate there service, the staff was highly professional and cooperative, Mr. Vijay and Mr. Mohan was there throughout the day and he ensure comfert of all the participants, great food.... great tea...I recommend this hotel for any type of business meeting.

This Hotel is like my Home in Ahmedabad. But, this time I am a bit disappointed. The Room alloted to me had poor Air Conditioning. The Fridge was not switched on whilst giving me the room. It was only on my complain, it was put on. No TV channels were functioning. Only on my complain, it started functioning. The Dinning experience was also not to the mark as enjoyed by me as & when I stayed. The experienced staff handling Dinning Area were missing/transferred. Only 4 water bottles(Half Litre) are provided. Each hu*** being needs to consume at least 4 Litres of water per day. If it is double occupancy, water should be provided accordingly. In these summer months more care is needed on this aspect. I can understand that this pandemic has shaken this Industry segment. But, with opening of economy, people who have started travelling again look forward to at least the same comfort level as per their previous experiences. I am pretty confident, the ***agement can easily handle these petty issues & resolve them at the earliest. Specially the Dinning Area, Senior personnel need to be restored. Because after a tiring day, a good meal with care helps a person feel happy & rejuvenated.! My Best Wishes to this wonderful Hotel & their ever caring staff.
