Der Eingangsbereich ist hell und freundlich gestaltet. Zimmer ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sauber und modern. Sehr gut ist hervorzuheben, dass es sowohl Wasser (still oder mit Kohlensäure) als auch Kaffee 24/7 kostenlos gibt. Da können sich einige teure Hotelketten ein Beispiel nehmen.

Meine Arbeitskollegin und ich waren auf einer Tagung im Eurogress in Aachen und benötigten eine Übernachtung in der Nähe. Schon als wir ankamen begrüßte uns das Personal sehr freundlich und das Ambiente in den hellen Farben sprach für sich. Man fühlte sich wie im Urlaub. Zu guter letzt wurden wir mit einem kostenlosen Upgrade überrascht und bekamen ohne vorher nachgefragt zu haben die Junior Suit des Hauses. Wir liefen durch den tollen offenen Flur und waren einfach begeistert. Mit so einem tollen Zimmer hätten wir nicht gerechnet, zusätzlich hatten wir eine tolle Terasse und haben gar nicht mehr das Gefühl mitten in der Stadt zu sein. Das Hotel bietet zusätzlich kostenlos 24/7 Kaffe&Co an und ging auf individuelle Wünsche wie verlängerte Aufbewahrung für Koffer ein. Alles in allem eine 11 von 10. Wenn wir erneut nach Aachen kommen ist das Hotel die erste Wahl
