This hotel is located at a very convenient location, can walk from Luohu border to the hotel and is very close to Exit C of Renmin South Metro Station (Line 9).In the vicinity of the hotel are many restaurants, massage parlours and supermarket. There is one weakness of this hotel, the hotel is a bit old, and does not have a comprehensive security system in the lifts, that means anyone (who is not a hotel guest has access to all floors and rooms of the hotel) this could be risky for the hotel guests. In the past, I have stayed in this hotel. I noticed that the hotel had been renovated, the lobby and hotel rooms are much brighter than in the past. This hotel has a pool and gym, but I had not used it, therefore, I would not comment on it.

Every month, I come from Hong Kong to stay at the Victoria View Hotel. The hotel has a large room space and is a one bedroom, one living room suite. The smallest rooms are 40-50 square meters, and there is also a laundry room and gym on the fifth floor. The second floor of the hotel is the subway station, which is not like Victoria View Hotel in Hong Kong, which is expensive and has small rooms. It is also very close to the Luohu Port, which is only 2-3 kilometers. Xiao Ling at the front desk of the hotel is also very good, with respect and conscientious dedication. This time we stayed at the same number as before and will come back next month.

I am super happy with this hotel. We arrived in Shenzhen quite early before the check-in time. At first, we planned to keep our luggage only but we were lucky that they allowed us to check-in. Their staff is very helpful thanks to Benson who showed us the way to Hong Kong. It's very near to the Hong Kong check point so you can walk to the check point and explore HK by using MTR Lo Wu. Next day we keep the luggage here before we going to the airport. The hotel is a bit old but we love it.

The staff at Atour Hotel Shenzhen Luohu Diwang, especially Ruo Guan, provided outstanding service during our stay. From a friendly greeting at check-in to arrangements for luggage storage when taking an excursion to Hong Kong, the staff was exceptional and efficient in meeting our every need. We chose this hotel because of its central location in Shenzhen, and found it to be very conveniently located near Grand Theatre Subway Station and a variety of neighborhood shops and two large shopping malls all within easy walking distance from the hotel. We also made use of the hotel's self-service guest laundry which was a much welcomed amenity during our two week vacation.

The price is economical and the facilities are well maintained. However, the toilet seat obviously does not fit the size of the toilet seat. The front desk service is really kind and friendly. Even after checking out and sitting at the front desk for a short rest, the waiter provided us with water to drink. 5 points is given Service, but the room always had a strong smell of smoke. Even if the exhaust was turned on and the air conditioning ventilation function was selected, it had no effect at all. The food delivery robot is cute

The landlord was very enthusiastic, and he came to pick me up and bring the room as soon as he received the order, and explained the use of various equipment. I booked an economical single room with a separate bathroom. The environment and sanitation are generally the same. Although the sparrow is small and complete, there is a hair dryer and disposable items outside the porch. There is no problem with a business trip or a transition in Hong Kong for one or two nights. The opposite street downstairs is Luohu Village. Walk past Luohu Port for about 20 minutes.
