No. 4 of Hot Spring Hotels in Shimane Prefecture
The hotel which sold most in TyuSikoku area in 2013. Mixed big open air bath and walking Japanese garden.

"A very beautiful courtyard-style hot spring hotel; the Japanese-style room I booked was more spacious than I expected. The hotel environment is beautiful, and the hot spring is comfortable. The staff are warm, attentive, and provide meticulous service. The breakfast and dinner were of very high quality!"

"Zin and No are worth going, no doubt. But 1. Don't book breakfast and dinner at the Japanese hot spring hotel on Trip.com (2 meals and 1 parking), you can book accommodation, and buy breakfast and dinner at the store, because you are afraid of disputes in foreign travel websites to book Japan. Hot spring hotel. (It means hot spring hotels, not normal hotels) Breakfast and dinner are the lowest grade. There may be many grades to choose from when you buy it. Hot spring hotels are a Japanese culture with their operating rules. When you see that your meal is different from others, don't doubt it, that's it. 2. Before you decide, if the comments of foreigners are not very good, then you don't want to decide. Even if I have lived in Japan for many years, it is the first hot spring hotel that needs to enter the house to cover the quilt and lay the sheets. The big bath is still possible, and the skin care products are all available. 3. The outdoor unit of the air conditioner is very loud and buzzing all night. There is another machine with a louder sound at night. I don't know what it is. Fortunately, it stopped at 10 o'clock. The sleeping mat is a three-stage sponge. The middle part has been softly slept, the support is very poor, and I can't sleep at all. And people sleep on a thick sponge with a thin layer of sheets. They imagine how hot they are. The quilt is thick. The air conditioner is turned on and the face is blowing cold. The quilt can't be covered when it is turned on. I basically didn't sleep all night. Itchy all over in the middle of the night, I don't know what the problem is."

"I'm already a repeat customer. The hotel is spacious and comfortable; I highly recommend it. Both meals were delicious, and I suggest booking a room that includes two meals. I asked about the menu, and it seems like a four-night stay is needed for a complete cycle of meals. Next time, I'll stay four nights."

"The room was large with 13 tatami mats, and the large window overlooked Lake Jinsai and the cherry blossoms on the lakeside, and the bird watching with the binoculars borrowed at the front desk was enjoyed. It was a pity that the bath could not be used at 0 〜 6 o'clock, but during that period I was able to relax with a free massage chair, so I was able to eliminate fatigue and stress. The food is very satisfying with the taste and the number of items, and the children are especially delighted with the desserts that can be selected. Even for breakfast, I replaced all the miso soup of shrimp. However, there are few trains that stop at the nearest station (Konan Station on the Sanin Line), and you may lose time that you don't think you will have to calculate access to that point. There is no taxi at Gangnam Station (unmanned station), but the inn came to pick me up and was very helpful."

"The hot spring was pleasant and the washing area was spacious. I booked with breakfast and dinner included. I think this was the simplest course for the price, but dinner was a full course and I was full. The final dessert parfait was a specialty and was very delicious and filling. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes, so it was hard to choose. The clam miso soup was excellent. All the staff were very kind and I would like to stay with them again if I have the opportunity. It was more than worth the price. Thank you very much."

Nicely situated in the centre of one of the two main streets in Yunotsu. I stayed in the bottom capsule which is much more spacious than the top capsule since you get space to put your belongings. Kitchen was equipped with basic condiments like soy sauce and cooking oil. There is a coin laundry facility in the adjoining building - 500 yen for wash and 100 yen per 10 mins of drying. The only concern I had was with the check in process, which luckily for me I was informed about before by reading the reviews. Check in is at Kazeto, another hotel around 5 mins walk away from Watowa. This can be troublesome for guests arriving by foot as you’ll need to backtrack to Kazeto if mistakenly arriving at Watowa first. Staff at check in were helpful and friendly (English speaking) and provided ample information about the facilities and attractions in Yunotsu and surrounds.

It's a very small place. There are few young Japanese people. They are all local middle-aged and elderly people. The hotel staff can hardly speak English, but we can communicate smoothly by gestures. It costs about 50 RMB to take a taxi from the JR station to the hotel. There is no hotel email address when booking through Ctrip. It may also be that the hotel does not have it, so we can't contact the hotel to pick us up. We can only wait for an empty car at the station. When leaving, it is much more convenient to get a free drop-off. There is a drop-off schedule in the picture. Please tell the hotel front desk in advance.

It’s really a very good hotel. I didn’t expect anything from Shimagen, but from the beginning of landing at Izumo Airport, all the way to the hotel, I met very warm and friendly people. The staff of the bridge management were very enthusiastic and responsible. The design and facilities of the hotel can be said that I have lived in the top three in all Japanese hotels. The design is obviously very attentive, convenient and practical, not fancy, simple and generous, and the room is really clean. The hotel is on the right hand side of the station and the traffic is convenient. The reception staff at the front desk were not only enthusiastic and patient, but also specially printed the Chinese version of the hotel guide, moved, great praise! ! !

It feels like an old inn has been renewed for private guests. The building may be old, but the interior is beautiful. The single private room is super small with only a bed. Well, there is no problem with lying down and looking at your phone. It's a private room, but of course, you can hear the snoring in the next room, as well as the sound of opening the bag. It might be better to have an earphone. However, there is an inner hot water, the location is good, and the price is sufficiently satisfactory.

When you leave the station, don't rely on Google Maps for directions as it might send you on a long detour. Instead, just turn left and the bus stop is right there. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, and they even offer hot spring services, which is a fantastic perk! The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

It was delicious with only breakfast. I didn't have dinner, so I went to a nearby izakaya. The owner of the izakaya used to make banquets here better. I heard that I can't cook for some reason now. The inn itself was awarded by a travel agency and had a shield. Clean and good. The hot springs are also good. I thought it would be better if there was dinner. Iwami no Kata 々, who was present at the izakaya, was very friendly and fun.
