"This was our first family trip to Changbai Mountain Wanda Resort, and we chose to stay at Wanda Jin Hua. Throughout our stay, Tu Tu from the executive lounge provided excellent and thoughtful service. She added us on WeChat early on to inform us about our benefits and scenic spot reservation details, which made our entire check-in process incredibly smooth. On the day of arrival, we even received complimentary pastries and fruit. The room was spacious with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful mountain views (՞ਊ՞)👍. The benefits were great fun, but since our child was too young, he couldn't enjoy many of them. We'll definitely bring him back when he's a bit older."

"The hotel's ski package is really great value for money, and the hotel environment is also nice. Although it's a bit far from the ski resort, there's a shuttle bus, so it's not too bad, and you hardly have to wait. The ski slopes are plentiful but the number of people is moderate, and there are always staff members in the ski equipment hall to help you. The skiing experience is excellent. The hotel rooms have basic amenities, and the heating is very strong and warm, but they are extremely dry. The breakfast food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the included hot spring tickets are a good deal; soaking in the hot spring after skiing is very relaxing. However, the service needs improvement. The shuttle bus to the high-speed rail station is infrequent, and the time and location are unreliable. They said it would depart at 3 PM, but when I asked the hotel staff if it was on time, they weren't sure. When I walked over and saw the bus arrive, it drove off without waiting a second, which was quite frustrating."

"Staying at Crowne Plaza Changbaishan Hot Spring Hotel offers a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and relaxation! This was my first time in Changbaishan, and choosing a hot spring hotel was an incredibly smart decision 😁 The hotel is right by the North Gate (Old Gate), just a 3-minute walk away, which is super convenient. This gate is exclusively for hotel guests, so there are very few people. You need to book your tickets 7 days in advance via WeChat Mini Program. The hotel front desk will issue a paper voucher, and you can enter at your reserved time. The shuttle bus takes you directly to the transfer center. For the return journey, you'll go to the new North Gate, and the hotel provides a shuttle service there too. All in all, it's extremely convenient! The hotel lobby has direct access to the hot springs, and you can enter as many times as you like during your stay. Soaking in the hot springs after a hike is just incredibly comfortable 😜 The Garden Restaurant on the first floor offers a rich buffet breakfast. For dinner, they have hot pot sets that are great value for money. Coming back from hiking to a warm hot pot is simply delightful! The hotel's back garden has pets for viewing. The alpacas are plump, and the sika deer are very friendly and super cute! Our stay included two activity options: off-road vehicle and cable car sightseeing (at Heping Ski Resort) and adventure溪溯 (at Julong Volcanic Pumice Forest Cold Spring). Both were excellent! You need to book one day in advance, and the hotel provides a paper voucher and arranges transportation. The scenery was stunning, we had a fantastic time, and took many amazing photos 🤗 The hotel assigned us a dedicated butler who was responsible for our entire stay. They communicated with us in advance to arrange high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off, and reminded us of various important details. This made our stay effortless and worry-free, and the overall experience was superb!"

"Our stay at the Yanji Dinosaur Hot Spring Hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The family room was incredibly well-decorated and thoughtful, with a large slide right inside the room. Our child absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave. The hotel environment is also fantastic; lush and green during the day, and beautifully lit up at night. The lobby design is grand and dreamy. Being right next to Dinosaur Kingdom makes it a perfect one-stop destination for family fun and vacation. Highly recommend to all parents!"

"I booked a deluxe king room with a view. Before checking in, I contacted the hotel to request a room with a bathtub. Upon arrival, the front desk graciously upgraded me to a room with a bathtub and a courtyard, which I really appreciated. The hotel service was excellent. The shuttle bus was very convenient and came whenever I called. The hotel environment was also great, with direct access to North Lake Park. I was lucky enough to see black swans walking around on the hotel grounds – that made me so happy! There's also a cute animal park with peacocks, deer, and guinea pigs. It was a wonderful stay, and I'll definitely be back."

The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the mountain view was absolutely stunning. The overall resort feel was excellent, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Changbaishan."

"The overall experience at the hotel was good, and the service attitude was excellent. The shuttle service needs to be booked in advance, and bottled water can be provided free of charge upon request in the room. The breakfast selection was rich, but both breakfast and the hot spring are located in the adjacent Puyue Hotel, requiring a short walk, which can be a bit inconvenient for round trips. Overall, the value for money is good, and I am very satisfied with the experience."

"This is an excellent hotel with incredibly warm and attentive service! Firstly, it's the closest hotel to the old mountain gate, just a 2-minute walk away, so we didn't have to queue at all during the National Day holiday. Secondly, they offer high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off throughout our stay, and can also take us to nearby attractions. Thirdly, the breakfast was amazing! The restaurant staff were very enthusiastic and proactively asked if we needed anything. The ginseng chicken soup, noodles, dumplings, and wontons were all delicious and plentiful, perfect for us southerners. Fourthly, a dedicated butler was provided. Butler Li Chao was incredibly responsible and always ready to help with anything. Fifthly, all the front desk staff were wonderful. They helped with our luggage and reservations, and the service was exceptional. They even upgraded us to a family room when they saw I was traveling with two elderly family members, which I really appreciate. Sixthly, the hot springs were superb, and we could book them anytime. Seventhly, there's a food court right next door, making dining very convenient. The stone pot bibimbap, stir-fried pork with kimchi, and BBQ were all delicious. Eighthly, the hotel provided complimentary access to the Volcanic Stone Forest attraction, river trekking, and ginseng digging, all of which were a lot of fun and suitable for the whole family. My family had a fantastic time, and we'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Changbai Mountain."

"The pool offers a great variety of features, really making you want to jump in. However, some guests were smoking by the poolside, and they should be directed to the designated smoking areas more promptly. There weren't many hot spring pools, but they were adequate. The water pump in the ”Doctor Fish” pool was too strong, and there were very few fish. After five or six people sat down, it would take more than 3 minutes to see any fish. I suggest adjusting the pump's intensity. The various hotel-organized activities showed excellent planning, especially the beautiful fireworks display. Our butler was very professional and helpful when we needed assistance. They genuinely considered the customer's perspective rather than just mechanically processing requests, which deserves high praise! Perhaps due to the hotel being over ten years old, the facilities in my room showed some aging. I recommend regular, staggered checks of things like the sink drainage, shower water pressure, toilet flush, and electrical outlet looseness. The decor's classic, palatial style was quite appealing to my family, but the facilities shouldn't feel dilapidated. Even minor issues with key facilities can significantly impact the guest experience. The breakfast buffet was good, but there was only one coffee machine, often leading to queues. The coffee machine's water tank also needed more timely maintenance. The charging stations are a 20-minute walk from the lobby, and the superchargers incur an occupancy fee of 0.5 per minute after charging is complete. This is very inconvenient for guests with hybrid cars who need to charge. Having to walk over 30 minutes round trip for an hour of charging can easily deter guests from charging. I suggest introducing slow-charging stations. Finally, the service staff in the hot spring pools and changing rooms had a somewhat rigid attitude, which I hope will be improved."

"Erdaobaihe Town is about 2 kilometers away from the bustling downtown area with many restaurants, making it convenient to get to Enduoli and Yunding Market. Food delivery is also easy to order, with robots delivering right to your door. Mermaid Pine Park is just across the street. The room facilities and decor are quite good, and the hygiene is excellent. The breakfast looks abundant, but in reality, the variety isn't particularly wide, though the taste is decent. A highlight of the hotel is its hot springs. Besides being free for guests, they also welcome external visitors, so there's a fair amount of foot traffic. The hot springs feature indoor pools on the first and second floors. On the third or fourth floor (I can't recall which), there are many saunas and various themed relaxation rooms, including stone, mugwort, and traditional Chinese medicine saunas with different temperatures. The fifth floor has an outdoor swimming pool area. The management is quite mature; the whole process of getting a hand tag, changing shoes, changing clothes, and returning the tag is very smooth and convenient. Visually, the hygiene also seems good. There are several attentive aunties in the changing rooms who actively guide you. There are small spin dryers in the changing rooms, which are handy. If you rinse your swimsuit and use the dryer, it will dry much faster. Overall, the experience was very good. If you choose to stay in Erdaobaihe, this place offers good facilities and hot springs to enjoy."
