"This is my second time staying at this hotel, purely because of its location. For its spot, the amenities still offer great value for money. However, this time I booked a king room and was given one facing the street. My much-anticipated holiday, a relaxing mountain escape in southern Anhui, was ruined by a night of noise. I understand that the Yellow Mountain entrance/exit sees a lot of traffic, but the reality is I didn't sleep a wink. I'd suggest upgrading the windows on the street-facing side to high-standard, soundproof ones – it would make a real difference. The breakfast selection also seemed a bit limited. Overall though, it's still consistently good and remains one of the top-tier options in this town. These are my honest thoughts, hope they're helpful."

"I visited Huangshan with my parents and my five-year-old child this time, and choosing accommodation was quite a headache. That is, until we checked into Min'er House – my worries completely vanished. This guesthouse is incredibly family-friendly! 👨👩👧👦 The owner is even more thoughtful than we are: Before our arrival, the owner asked if we had seniors or children and helped us plan an easy itinerary suitable for the whole family. Upon check-in, they not only assisted with our luggage but also specifically arranged a low-floor room for my parents. On the morning of our mountain hike, the owner personally drove us to the transfer center, and the thoughtful pickup service upon our return saved us so much trouble, especially with elderly parents. 🏠 The room design understands family needs perfectly: We booked a double queen-sized bed room, and the space was very generous, allowing both the seniors and the child to move around comfortably. The bathroom had a dry-wet separation, and the anti-slip flooring was excellent, giving my parents peace of mind when showering. The most pleasant surprise was the bedding – it was soft and very skin-friendly. My child fell asleep as soon as their head hit the pillow, and my parents, who usually have trouble sleeping in unfamiliar beds, slept incredibly well. The mountain view from the window was breathtaking; waking up in the morning and watching the clouds and mist from the window with my family was an unforgettable feeling of happiness. Highly recommended!"

"We had a really great time! The hotel called a driver for us and we have a super smooth experience getting around the town. Staff was SUPER nice. They provided maps for our Huangshan Mountain visit. Always offered cold water and breakfast. Helped us bring our luggage to our rooms, to and from car. Super friendly and enthusiastic. One of the hotel staff also keeps a pet dog on the premises, so if anyone is allergic, please keep that in mind. The dog does roam the hotel. But she’s very tiny and super well-behaved. Very cute! It does seem like all the rooms are on the third floor so if anyone comes with super heavy luggage, please do keep that in mind. Rooms were super clean, had plenty of amenities and the small town area around the hotel had so many shops and food. Night time is very eventful. You do hear the night life in the rooms but it didn’t really bother us. If you’re sensitive to noise, please do keep that in mind. I would definitely recommend. Overall great experience!"

"Soaking in the hot springs right in your room was amazing. In the evening, we took a lovely stroll around the town and even caught a show – it was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, and after that, we headed to Yijiangnan, which had some beautiful scenery. This place is perfect for a vacation, and it's not expensive at all. I highly recommend staying here; you really can't experience the full atmosphere of the town unless you're staying within it."

"I am very demanding of the hotel. I searched for a few days when I came, and finally determined this one. I wanted to live for a day to see how the environment was. I have been living here. I am really satisfied. The location is good. The room is very new and the scenery is beautiful. The service is even better. Here, the boss is very straightforward and responsive. Let us have a very complete trip. Thank you ☺️ and recommend it to friends. If you come to Ningguo to play and brush this homestay, don’t hesitate. There is nothing wrong with choosing here, and then I also like the big sister of the restaurant. The people are very good. It feels very kind 👏👏"

The homestay is located at the South Gate of Tangkou, Huangshan Scenic Area, close to Emerald Valley. It is about a 5-minute walk to the entrance of Emerald Valley, about a 7-minute drive to the Huangshan Scenic Area transfer station (free shuttle service provided), and about a 1-hour drive to Hongcun Scenic Area.

"The surroundings are lovely, and the air is fresh. The small pool by the entrance, though closed in winter, houses little fish and turtles, making it a great spot for kids to relax. The duplex room is very spacious and well-equipped, perfect for families of all ages. The shower and hot tub were incredibly comfortable, and there's even a laundry room on the fourth floor. But the highlight was definitely the service! On our first day, we had to get up at 5 AM to climb Huangshan, and the owner had already prepared trekking poles, raincoats, and portable breakfast for us, dropping us off at the bus stop right on time. We were lucky enough to catch a rare sunrise on the mountain that day. The breakfast on the second day was incredibly rich, with over a dozen options, and they even prepared steamed eggs especially for our baby. We casually mentioned how delicious a certain side dish was, and when we checked out, the owner gave us a big bag of it, along with some local specialties and homemade dried bamboo shoots. This stay truly gave us that unique 'home away from home' feeling that only a guesthouse can offer. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're near Huangshan. Wishing the owner great success!"

"Temporary booking of this Morandi hotel exceeded expectations. As soon as I entered the house, the bedding was refreshing and smellless, and the cleaning was particularly careful. The room is large enough, the hot water comes quickly, and the living is very comfortable. The staff is gentle and responds quickly if there is a problem. Breakfast hot dishes, noodles, fruit are all complete, eating very satisfied. The hotel is quiet and quiet as a whole, and it is suitable to go out and rest. I really recommend it."

"I visit Mount Jiuhua every year for pilgrimage, and my stay at the Holiday Hot Spring Hotel this time was fantastic! The hot spring water was wonderfully warm and soothing; after a soak, I felt completely relaxed and all my fatigue melted away. The hotel's location is convenient, the environment is peaceful and quiet, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. "The hotel is conveniently located near Hongcun, about a 7-minute drive away, and the Xiuli Scenic Area is also nearby. There's an underground parking garage, so it's very convenient for those traveling by car. This is a very well-designed hotel; the corridors and courtyard arrangements are full of thoughtful details, making every photo Instagram-worthy. The facilities are also outstanding – I always give high marks to hotels that provide washlets in every room. What truly deserves the most praise is the service. My father had a toothache and wanted to eat rice porridge with vegetables, which wasn't on the menu, but they proactively offered to prepare it for him. They even checked in on him during subsequent meals. The cleaning staff also offered caring advice. And the thoughtful souvenir given at checkout – these personal touches truly enriched our trip and made it unforgettable."

I was attracted by the pictures, but I was a little disappointed by this homestay in the ancient town. After all, you can stay in a very good hotel in Wuhu at this price. Let's talk about the general environment of the ancient town first. It is said that tickets are charged on holidays. Few shops are open at night, and there are few people in the morning. It is said that there are performances, but there is nothing suitable for children after looking at the program list. Many shops are closed, and the streets with closed doors can also show that they were once prosperous. It should be good. Let's talk about the hotel. The room area is OK and the environment is generally good, but my child is afraid of the slide and thinks it is too steep. I tried it myself and it was true, so I lost one of the fun of booking this room. The breakfast is really incomparable to star hotels. It is matched by the owner himself. I saw the reviews before that the small animals that can be fed were only empty cages. There was a cat. The baby could only play with the cat for a while. On the way to the room, I had to pass the cat house. The smell almost made me faint. There are also advantages. In terms of service, the boss contacted in advance. When I arrived, the boss went to the door to pick up the tickets in person. There were several times in the middle when the remote control and bed sheets were replaced. The boss solved it quickly. The owner of the B&B is indeed very responsive to the guests' service and has a very good attitude. The air conditioning in the room is very powerful, the terrace is quite comfortable, and it feels good to sit on the terrace as the sun sets. Overall, I gave it a score of four, and I hope it can be better. Or the price can be more affordable.

My stay at Luming Valley Hotspring Holidays B&B exceeded every expectation from the moment we drove up the hill. My husband and I stayed in the Mountainscape Terrace Mountain View Suite, which genuinely felt like a 5‑star hotel room. It was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with an incredibly comfortable bed, a fully stocked mini fridge, and a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The smart controls operated by “Xiao Bao” were a fun and convenient touch. We were completely blown away and honestly wished we could have stayed in the room forever. Even before our arrival, the staff communicated with us via WeChat to ensure everything went smoothly. We were able to speak with an English‑speaking staff member who took care of every detail for us—booking the hot springs, arranging breakfast, dinner, and afternoon tea, and even offering to help us get to the train station on our last day. Their attentiveness went far beyond anything we’ve experienced at other hotels. We were even given a thoughtful bag of gifts upon departure. Because the hotel is quite isolated, we ate all our meals on-site. The cuisine is Chinese, which isn’t usually my preference, but everything was delicious, freshly prepared, and presented with great care. A standout was the afternoon tea we enjoyed on our second day. We could choose to dine in our room or at the restaurant, which was perfect depending on how we felt each day. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot springs. There are four in total, and we used the two located higher on the hill, which offered an incredible view—even on a cloudy day. The temperature was perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff assured us that each pool is drained and refilled after every use, which gave us great peace of mind. Soaking in the hot springs in the heart of winter, surrounded by Huangshan’s beautiful mountains, was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is about an hour from both Huangshanxi and Huangshanbei stations and easily reachable by car or Didi. Due to the weather, we didn’t visit the mountain scenic area, but the staff were more than willing to help us plan if we wanted to explore the surroundings. This was truly a 10/10 stay. The staff make you feel like you’re the only guests there with their warmth and attentiveness. The design and architecture are stunning, and the hotel even smells amazing. I have absolutely no complaints and would rank this among the best hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. It’s a perfect romantic getaway, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape. I can’t wait to return!

This B&B is pretty good! The front desk staff was very welcoming and even added me on WeChat for easy communication. They offer transfers to and from Huangshan Mountain, which was really convenient. Booking a time slot for the hot spring bath was also a nice touch, though the water was incredibly hot – it started at 42 degrees Celsius and then went up to 44 degrees, which was just too scalding to stay in. Our room also had a large circular bathtub. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out, and the breakfast was decent too. It's a great spot for families.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Likou, Qimen. Nestled in the heart of nature, the location is serene, peaceful, and perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind. The surrounding landscape is lush and beautiful, making it an ideal retreat from busy city life. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent service provided by Liang Hao at the reception. From the moment we made our reservation, he was incredibly helpful, providing detailed information and answering all our questions promptly. During our stay, he continued to be attentive and welcoming, ensuring everything went smoothly. A particularly memorable moment was enjoying a cup of local tea offered by Liang Hao in the hotel’s beautiful tea room. The atmosphere was warm and authentic, and it added a truly special touch to our experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking tranquility, nature, and outstanding hospitality. 谢谢你们的热情款待!

The hotel location and landscape is top notch for this region. Kids friendly - the indoor playground was amazing! We enjoyed the great service from the staff, especially Ms Xiang, who was very warm hearted and helpful. Can not expect the hotel to be a real 5-star compared to the well developed tourism places, some areas of improvement: many people still smoke inside the facilities - including the public hot spring area, swimming pool, even the hotel lobby. Some of the facilities inside the room are not well maintained - be sure to check them and request for fix or change the room if needed. But for this area, I’d highly recommend this hotel for family stay and a very relaxing experience at a reasonable price.
