I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. I paid a hefty price, but seeing the rating on TA, I figured it was worth it. The entrance to the hotel and the lobby are impressive and fancy. But that’s where the good stuff ends. The room was average size. The lighting was poor. The door key refused to work throughout my stay. But the reception told me every time that it will work. This meant me going up to the room, trying the key and then coming back down to reception, getting somebody to come with the master key to open my door. The bathroom was also very small. There were no toiletries. The towels are pathetic. They were black, torn and frayed. The hotel could not provide decent towels over the full duration of my stay, inspite of getting them changed over and over again. If you are staying here, please carry your own towel. The food is average and quite expensive. Breakfast was included and the variety is decent. But the menu does not change much and becomes repetitive. I found the dinner buffet quite expensive and so ate in the room. But this wasn’t cheap either. The check-in and check-out are another fiasco as the staff is not trained and don’t knew what they are doing. Their computer system kept shutting down and it was a mess. The only good part was the house keeping staff, who were running around, doing their best. But the hotel does not provide them with much. I definitely will not be coming back to this hotel the next time I am in Noida.

The location is very good, in the city center, there are three big shopping malls around, there are also many street shops nearby, shopping is very convenient. The breakfast is also quite rich and the facilities are more upscale. The only problem is that sometimes it is not very human. If you want to continue, you need to inform in advance, otherwise the hotel will sell the room and go back to no place to live at night.

STRONGLY RECOMMEND 😀😀😀😀😀 Staffs are so professional specially at the reception , hotel is located in decent place , I had shifted from hotel shanti palace to hotel aero star due to poor services and unhygienic room. I like to thanks chef who made chicken chilly’ it was really delicious 😀 I would love to visit again when I come to Delhi.

Meals are average, but McDonald's is opposite. There are many small tricycles around, and Uber is convenient. The hotel price is okay now, the front desk and service are ok, the hardware equipment is random, mainly the air conditioner, the old air conditioner is very noisy
