This check-in was not pleasant because I had to wait for 3 hours. I placed an order at 14:40 and arrived at the hotel at 15:10. The counter had not received my order yet. We stayed in a room for 6 pax.the room was spacious. it provided separate room for bathtub, shower and toilet. When called housekeeping for toiletries, a machine robot will bring up to your room and called the room to inform us that it arrived outside our room so we can pick up from our room. It is so convenient to go X park from cozzi Blu hotel. We just took the lift to level 2,turned out from cozzi market side , the x park was there. We walked to outlet from the bridge at level 2 too.
