Overall, it was decent. The location is very convenient. My first impression was a little off because the mattress looked a bit old, but after checking, I found it was clean, so it wasn't a huge issue. The mirror above the sink was also a bit too small. For breakfast, I went down a bit late and there was hardly anything left. I hope these points can be improved.

This place actually exceeded my expectations significantly. I was just looking for a safe, cheap, and conveniently located spot to crash for a night, but it turned out to be surprisingly comfortable.
First, let's talk about the location. It's super close to the station, so you don't have to drag your luggage around feeling like you're on an endless trek. There are convenience stores, coffee shops, and drugstores nearby, which is great if you need to grab something late at night or feel hungry. For someone who's tired of navigating maps by the end of their trip, the location is a huge plus. The area is bright and lively at night when you're heading back, which makes a big difference in feeling safe.
Next, the ”female-only” aspect. I initially thought it was just a gimmick, but it really does make a difference once you've stayed here. The overall environment is quieter, and you don't have people talking loudly in the middle of the night or feel any strange staring. There's keycard access for entry and exit, and floor management seems quite thorough. The showering and makeup areas feel very comfortable to use, which I think is really important.
The room was much cleaner than I expected. The mattress wasn't saggy, and the blanket didn't have any weird smells. While the space obviously can't compare to a hotel room, it has everything you need: sufficient lighting, power outlets, USB charging, and storage space. I was worried the room might feel stuffy, but the ventilation here is quite good, so you don't feel like you're ”packed up and ready for shipping” when you sleep.
The public facilities are also well thought out. The showers are clean, the hot water is consistent, and the hairdryer isn't one of those weak models that leaves your hair wet after three minutes. The lighting in the makeup area is excellent, and many women use it to do their skincare and hair without bothering each other. Some amenities are also provided, which is very helpful if you forget something.
The common lounge area feels like a small co-working space. Some people are quietly on their phones, others are planning their itineraries, and it's not too noisy. The Wi-Fi speed is stable; at least, I wasn't frustrated while watching shows.
Of course, it has its limitations. The soundproofing isn't perfect like a hotel; you'll still hear luggage being moved and doors opening/closing. If you're a very light sleeper, I'd recommend bringing earplugs. However, for this price point and overall quality, I think it's excellent.
Overall, this place is great for solo travelers, short trips, or anyone just looking for a safe and clean place to stay overnight. It's not a luxurious accommodation, but the details that matter are well taken care of. In a way, after staying here, you'll think, ”Capsule hotels have really evolved into this!”

The hotel entrance is inside a Family Mart, which made it a bit hard to find. The facilities are quite old, but the location is super convenient – right downstairs you have a train station, taxis, and convenience stores. The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. I also participated in a brownie-making activity, and it was a fun, hands-on experience!

It's close to Hualien Station, about a 5-minute walk away, but the entrance is not very wide, so be careful. Lockers with keys are available.
The staff were friendly and all facilities were clean.
There is a common space next to the reception, but it is not face-to-face, so it may be a little difficult to talk to other guests.
My bed was a double and spacious, but there was only one power outlet, so I couldn't use the bed lamp and adapter at the same time.

Great location, super close to everything in Ita Thai. Rooms are SO SPACIOUS! I’m 5’4 and I could almost stand up in the pod. There’s even room for your bags next to the bed and the whole pod locks so you don’t have to spay for a separate locker.
Staff are friendly. Everything is clean, especially the bathroom/shower room. There’s a kitchen area on ground floor and a rooftop. It wasn’t a sociable hostel really, but I wasn’t there for that so it was perfect.

Location: You will need to walk up to 15 mins with the last part of the trail to be uphill. If you have heavy luggage, you will need to do some workout. But overall, it is located in the quiet area of the town and very peaceful. Around the corner, there's a 7-e convenient store.
Room: Big and spacious, and very clean. To note that, the fridge is sharing among all the rooms in the same floor.
Service: Good and excellent customer service.
Breakfast: Decent but not entirely amazing.

The check-in counter is separate from the actual accommodation, and it's a self-service check-in process. The room itself is quite spacious, and the 'space capsule' bed has a basic cable TV. Due to the material of the capsules, there's quite a bit of noise when guests enter and exit, but luckily, my fellow guests were very considerate and kept quiet all night. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is good, but the shower water temperature was very difficult to control and the water pressure was quite low, making showering a bit of a challenge. Overall, it's a hostel with no major highlights, but no significant drawbacks either.

Great stay at Yilan Inspiration hostel. Stayed in a 4 person dorm, and it had it's own attached bathroom, and the room was clean. People at the front were also very nice. They checked in with us before we arrived to check when we would arrive, and provided instructions for the car. They don't provide towels for use. They do have some coffee and lots of books available. Thank you!

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right opposite the Y13 exit. First off, you'll need to climb stairs to reach the service counter as there's no elevator. The bathroom is en-suite, and they provide lockers. As for the bed setup, there's a small space at the head for personal items, and extra room at the foot of the bed for your luggage, backpack, and other belongings, which really helps create a more private feel. They offer a simple breakfast including toast, buns, shaomai, coffee, and tea.
GGuest UserThis hotel is super convenient, just a 1-minute walk from Taipei Main Station's M2 exit. You can easily walk to Ningxia Night Market and Ximending in about 20 minutes, and even Dihua Street if you're up for it. Popular spots like Fuhang Soy Milk and Shuangyue Food Company are also within walking distance, so you'll have no trouble finding great food and shopping from morning till night.
The guest rooms are located on the 5th to 7th floors of a multi-purpose building. While the double bed takes up most of the room, making it quite compact, there's a small indoor balcony-like space at the back. It has a compact table and chairs, perfect for eating takeout, and enough room to open your suitcase.
AAllanYongSoonTzek93I had a really enjoyable stay at MeWorld of Taipei, and overall it was a very positive experience from start to finish. The accommodation was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable place to come back to after long days exploring the city. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and well organized, which immediately gave me peace of mind.
One of the highlights for me was the convenience of the location. Getting around Taipei was easy, with public transport, food options, and convenience stores all within walking distance. This made daily planning very flexible, whether I was heading out early in the morning or returning later at night. The area felt safe and lively, yet quiet enough to rest properly.
The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Any questions I had were answered patiently, and communication was smooth and clear. Check‑in and check‑out were straightforward and hassle‑free, which is something I really appreciate when traveling. It’s clear that the team takes pride in keeping the place comfortable and pleasant for guests.
The room itself was comfortable, tidy, and suitable for resting or working, with everything I needed for a short or longer stay. The environment was calm and relaxing, making it easy to sleep well despite being in a busy city like Taipei. I also appreciated how clean the common areas were, showing good attention to hygiene and maintenance.
Overall, MeWorld of Taipei offers great value for money and is a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a smooth stay experience. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Taipei and would happily recommend it to friends, whether they are traveling solo, with family, or for work.
SSiva Rama 256Check in takes only 5 minutes and check out much more faster with 10 seconds with a self check out machine that will suck in your room card.
Check in gets faster with your reply to the property telling them what type of room you have booked and what time you'll arrive. With booming businesses and too many bookings, the staff might get entangled in mess, so partially you reply is helping them to get grounded and avoid mistakes.
The property is clean, neat, nice and next to easy transport and family mart and 7e.
GGuest UserThe room is clean and spacious, facilities are great, and the staff are super friendly.
The hotel is a bit of a walk from the train station though.
Since it’s converted from an old commercial building, you have to climb about 10 steps through the mall to get up to the hotel, not the most convenient if you’ve got big luggage. Also, at night some of the mall doors get locked, so you might need to ask security how to get in, which is a bit of a hassle.
Overall, it’s more suitable for business travelers than leisure ones.

KKel5655I stay in Taichung once a week, and if the price and room type are within budget, this is the only place I'll ever stay! The location, room design, and facilities are all excellent, and my wife and kids absolutely love it! Every time I stay in a different room type, I'm never disappointed. I really hope the garage rooms could also be around 1800. It's truly amazing, I give it a very high rating.
SShuxiaThe location is fantastic, right behind Shin Kong Mitsukoshi. The elevators and front desk area look a bit dated, but the staff were decent. They put a large bed in the room, but because the room was small and the duvet wasn't warm enough, I got cold in the middle of the night and had to turn off the air conditioning. The kettle had dust and limescale marks. However, the bathroom was really clean, and the toilet was modern. I was genuinely surprised and impressed that the shower had two types of showerheads. It's a very good budget hotel. I'd definitely consider staying here again in the future.
GGuest UserThe location is convenient, and they offer free bikes (single-speed, but free!). The room view was expansive and beautiful, and breakfast was decent. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if it was because of the towels, but I developed several red rashes on my body. I only noticed this after checking out the next morning, so I didn't get a chance to tell the hotel.

GGuest UserThis is a very convenient location with plenty of food and entertainment options nearby. The young men and women at the front desk were incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and attentive. They helped us plan our itinerary and transportation for our trip to Hualien Yilan, and also shared recommendations for delicious food and fun activities there. The room was also quite neat and clean, overall everything was excellent. Definitely recommend!
MMr.TouristWe had a good stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located just 5 minutes from bus stops and an 8-10 minute walk to the Metro station.
The room was clean, though there were some stains on the bedsheets. After I requested a change, staff promptly brought clean ones, which was great. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy. Overall, a good choice!
