During the National Day holiday, I took my kids to Taicang. When I was searching for hotels, I saw that this hotel had a parent-child room with Octonauts. Because of copyright issues, many such IP rooms were no longer available. How could I miss it? It turned out that I chose it. The room was very good, a suite. There was a small living room at the entrance. There were all Captain Buck and Doctor Guajipi dolls, which were super big. The kids loved them and played with them all the time. The buffet in the morning was also very rich in variety, the waiters were very friendly, and the hotel transportation was also very convenient. I would choose this place again next time if I have the chance.

It was raining heavily when I arrived at the store. Unfortunately, there was no underground garage, only the ground. Finally, I ran into the lobby with my suitcase in the rain. There is a sign hanging at the front desk, issued by the Finance Bureau, and designated by the government as a hotel. The service staff didn’t smile the whole time. Government-designated hotels are just awesome! 😟 The most embarrassing thing is that after untying my hands, I found that there was no toilet paper in the two toilet paper boxes next to me🧻! This is the first time I have stayed in so many large and small hotels, so I won’t mention how to solve the problem😠. When I got up the next day, the outdoor temperature had reached 29 degrees, and the air conditioner on my floor was not turned on! It was unbearably hot inside. 🥵After complaining to the front desk, the air conditioner on this floor was turned on.

Although the hotel is a bit old, it is fully equipped and adjacent to the Wanda Plaza business circle. It is convenient to travel, eat and park. Especially it is very close to the museum, library, and food hall. It can be reached in ten minutes on foot. There is also a net red 18 noodle restaurant nearby. Especially suitable for parent-child travel, is to choose the floor as high as possible, the low floor is not quiet enough, there will be a large air conditioning outside the sound after 6 o'clock in the morning.

Very good! The staff do not speak English but very helpful, the room is clean and with a nice modern style, located in a quiet area, near KFC, convenient store and Starbucks. The laundry room is completely free and available. The breakfast was awesome

The exact room I’ve booked is located in different building, 250 meters away from the reception. The receptionist just pointed to the direction into the darkness, naming the building number. I had to come back to her to get the directions using the map. The room itself is nice and clean. But there’s no elevator and the handle for the shower was lacking.

The hotel has convenient and free parking, and there are two underground garages, which is really good. The room is also very clean. It is located in the city, so it is very convenient for eating and shopping. Give it a thumbs up. I will stay here again next time I come to Taicang

I booked a special king bed room. According to the reviews, there are two room types. I also specifically contacted the hotel to make a note to ask for a cover for the bathtub by the window and children's toiletries. Finally arrived at the store...I was given the middle room type! There were no toiletries provided for the children. In the end, I had to wait for a long time to change rooms with my 2 and a half year old child and a lot of luggage. Then I was given room 901... When I opened the door, I felt... This room must have been occupied for a while... There was a smell of dust (people who understand will understand)... Then the bath towels and towels were a bit damp ~ adults can just use it I can only say that I hope the service can keep up. The price is not too low in Taicang.

The lobby is quite high-end, but the building structure does not seem to be designed for a hotel. The route from the elevator to the room is a bit roundabout. The style of the room is more traditional government hotel. The bedding is quite comfortable and it is very quiet at night. What is more surprising is that the toilet paper is placed directly in the washbasin grid. The hotel is far from the restaurant, which takes less than ten minutes to walk. The breakfast variety is less than the price of 58 yuan, and the quality is average. The overall cost performance is average.

The Shaxi Ancient Town around the hotel also left a good impression on me. It is within walking distance and very convenient. The ancient town is very lively and provides me with many leisure options. Overall, this accommodation experience is very good. Whether it is the environment, facilities or services, I am very satisfied. For friends who want to find a quiet and comfortable place to relax, this is definitely a good choice.
