Great Stay with Minor Inconveniences I recently stayed at Grapevine garden and overall had a good experience. The location was convenient. The check in and check out process was fast. The room was comfortable, but there were a couple of areas for improvement. The water pressure in the bathroom was quite low, which made showers a bit frustrating. Additionally, the towels had a bit of a smell, which could be addressed. Despite these minor issues, I still had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again for the convenience and overall comfort.

The location was perfect in the middle of Semporna town. The front officers was also helpful and polite and would recommended.

It's been the fifth day since I checked out. The deposit hasn't been refunded to me yet. I don't know if it's because the lipstick accidentally rubbed on their towels, so the deposit is not refunded. Is their towels worth rm100? I can wash it off when I rub it on my clothes, but they can't. The room is quite comfortable and well-equipped, but there is a lot of dust, and the sound insulation is not good. I was awakened by the sound of the next room in the middle of the night. 距离退房到今天第五天了 deposit还没有退给我，不知道是不是因为口红不小心蹭到他们的毛巾上 所以不退deposit了 他们的毛巾价值rm100吗？我蹭到自己的衣服上都能洗掉 而他们洗不掉 房间蛮舒服 设备齐全 但是灰尘超级无敌多 隔音也不好 半夜一直被隔壁房的声音惊醒

Such a spacious room and very comfortable. The beds are large, the room is really spacious just like staying in a mini apartment. The surroundings are nice, just a few steps to Imago shopping malls and eatery area also available up to 12.00 midnight.

Restaurant food is great. Room temperature is fine around 18-22c Room weather is too wet Dehumidifier or AC is needed, but not provided. No room internet WiFi and lack of power plugs / USB plugs for mobile devices charges.

The chalet is a good size although it was really not sound proof as you could hear conversations clearly from the neighbours. The morning mountain view from the chalet is magnificent. The restaurant is decent for Kundasang. Little irritation that the bathroom is water logged after use.

1. The hotel has just opened, all facilities and equipment are very complete and new, there is also a very clean large swimming pool in the middle, someone cleans the pool every day 2. The boss is Chinese, the whole process is communicated in Chinese, and the attitude is super good! WeChat messages are replied in seconds, the sense of security is very strong, the kind of response is always responsive! As long as there is a problem, the boss can solve it 3. There is a free shuttle to the pier or back to the homestay, just contact the boss 4. The cooking skills are really good, the chef is also a Muslim, the kitchen is open, very clean and hygienic, someone is cleaning at any time, and you can order at any time, the most important thing is that the price is cheap and the portion is really huge! ! ! ! 5. Including diving and islanding in Semporna, we ordered a package with the boss, which is also a very good experience. We took a lot of underwater photos and videos for free 6. When we were leaving for China, we had more than 500 Malaysian ringgits left. We asked the boss if we could change it, and he directly changed it into RMB for us. Special thanks! ! !

stay here for 2 nights with the Fam the room agak luas ..nice place for family vacation specially when you have kids this place is for you they have indoor playground.love the environment❤️ kalau nak datang for swimming monday whole day close,wednesday and friday half day only. &  they don't provide facilities for cooking  .overall okay. we might stay here again next time. parking lot just near the lift 🛗 & it's free.

11/10 would book again. Super clean, lots of amenities (stove, laundry, kitchen), free bread and instant noodles. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Best accommodation for its price point, highly highly recommend!!

The boss is Chinese, very nice and friendly. I will choose this place again next time. We couldn't get a taxi at the second hotel, so the boss gave us a ride for free. The room was newly renovated, very clean and had organic hemp. It was very suitable for friends to hang out together, and it was very quiet, not noisy at all. Most dive shops are at the pier, about 1.2km away. It's not very far to walk there, but there are no sidewalks on the road and there are a lot of cars, so you have to walk in the mud next to the road, which makes it very dirty. There are also a lot of mosquitoes on the road. The store has a car delivered to the pier every day, but the time and location are fixed. The dive shop I chose is not at the pier, so I didn't use it. I have seen several other hotels with similar prices before, some of which are more conveniently located and have in-room toilets. The bathroom and toilet are shared and it is not convenient to go to the toilet at night. The toilet is quite dirty. The dirt on the toilet seat is so serious that it cannot be wiped off with paper towels. At the same time, there are many mosquitoes when going to the toilet. The water pressure in the shower is also very low, and there is no cold water if there are other people taking a shower nearby. There is only one bed in the room and no other facilities. The hygiene situation is okay and the bed is relatively clean. There is a small balcony, but the balcony door is broken and cannot be opened. The only thing worth mentioning is that the bed is very comfortable, it seems to be a latex mattress. In addition, my room was close to the outside and the window faced the road. People passing by the bus can see directly inside, and the noise is very loud. Every night I wear noise-canceling headphones to fall asleep.

Stay here a night before flight next day back to KL. Surrounding is quite deserted so if alone just becareful. Front desk is friendly. Its a budget hotel so quite reasonably humble. Good for short stay prior flight the next day

The triple room is on the first floor with a private bathroom, and it is cost-effective. The inn is a 10-minute walk from the pier and a 5-minute walk from dozo. The location is very good. We went out to sea for three days and had a lot of fun.

The hotel is in a great location, with a large supermarket at the door and the seafood market close by. The room is warmly decorated and fully equipped. The key is that the boss is very nice and enthusiastic. We stayed for two days and felt very comfortable. Recommended!
