老闆和老闆娘都好熱情！到了以後怕我和媽媽不熟悉就帶著我們逛了一遍！民宿還準備了電瓶車免費讓我們騎😍 住在城市的我們太喜歡這種騎著電瓶車 逛著古城繞過村莊的感覺！是在太舒服！！然後害怕我們不懂得路回家 還時刻提醒我們可以隨時微信視頻給他們～ 有什麼事都一一解答～ 回到客房後還送了一堆水果和小吃！就連我們退房了還不忘給我媽塞水果！我和媽媽住得太開心了 馬上就推薦給要去邊城的親戚朋友們～ 朋友聽見了馬上跟我要了老闆娘的微信！！原本想要再續一晚，由於行程需要趕路，所以還是留下遺憾 下次再來！！如果有100分 我給老闆和老闆娘100% 🥰🥰🥰

Four friends traveled together and it was a very satisfying stay. The room was very large, and the boss also prepared welcome fruits, coffee, and afternoon tea. The room can directly see the core attraction Laladu, and the ferry crossing is right downstairs. It's very convenient. The hotel is in a very central location. It's so comfortable to have a late night snack and stroll around the old streets of the ancient town! The boss is very nice and knows everything about the local area. He knows everything you ask. Awesome Must praise!

This hotel must be rated 100 points. It has a good location and is very close to Bailang and Gaoyiling. Downstairs is the riverside for a walk, the air is fresh! The boss has put a lot of effort into the B&B. The bath towels, face towels, toilet seats are all disposable, as is the projector.... There are also steam eye masks, tea leaves, fruits, and dried small items. They are really thoughtful! The most important thing is that the room is very clean! I want to emphasize that the boss is very enthusiastic and talkative!

The room is very clean and comfortable with good scenery and view.  The owner and staffs are very kind to us even we cannot speak Chinese. They tried helping and gave suggestion. The location is also good. It's close to many spots. The owner call Taxi for us and facilitate everything well on the day we left. She also provided ginger sugar as souvenir. I highly recommend this accommodation to the visitors who are planning to visit Fenghuang old town.

Located in a small alley, you’ll need to walk down some steps to get to this alley from 豹子灣 (Baoziwan Jetty). The hotel is in the quiet corner of FengHuang Old Town, the popular nightspots and pubs on the other end of the river. Our room is on the 4th floor (entrance and reception are located on the 2nd floor, bizarre) overlooking the river, giving magnificent views during the entire stay. Room is small, but comes equipped with a powerful air conditioning. Bathroom is a bit tricky as it is a step up, and the drainage is not very efficient, if you have the shower running for some time, there’s risk of water overflowing into the room.

First of all, this was the most charming room I've ever stayed. The bed was very comfortable, the view was amazing, and the overall atmosphere of the room, with wooden details and complete tea set made me wish I could stay more days at this inn. The staff was also extremely helpful: they helped us arrange transport to and from the train station, gave us tips for visiting the scenic area, and even lent us traditional clothing for some photos. The town of Furong is small and lovely, perfect for a getaway of a few days. Even after visiting the scenic area (for which the hotel staff got us discount tickets), we still enjoyed a lot just staying at the hotel room, drinking tea and watching the scenery. I'm already looking forward to staying there again!

Amazing boutique hotel located in the center of Fenghuang old town, with amazing staff and great luxurious atmosphere! ❤️ The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated and with all modern amenities. Everything was incredibly clean and felt brand new. Our highlights were the comfy bedsheets and the elegant bathtub, which were the perfect end after a long day of traveling! Breakfast in the morning comes as a set menu of Chinese typical breakfast dishes, including noodle soup , dim sum, fresh fruit, all tasty and made fresh. In case you are too lazy to wake up early, in the room there is available a nice selection of local teas and coffee free of charge.☺️ The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is central to the old town and yet away from the noise of the crowds and bars which stay opened until late ar night. All main points of interest are easily reachable by foot within 5 minutes. A special mention goes to the family staff who went above and beyond to meet our request! They not only helped us organize car transfer from and to the train station, (including carrying our luggage to the main road since in the old town no cars are allowed), but also to book tickets to the nearby attractions, give us restaurant recommendations, and even provide heating machine for the room. We cannot recommend enough this hotel for anybody who wants to spend a great relaxing time in Fenghuang old city. They surely know how to make a guest feel pampered for the whole stay! 5🌟 top service, thank you !!!

Very good hotel! The service is very thoughtful and the attitude is very good, and the boss responds to any needs in seconds. The aunt at the palm is also very delicious. The room was upgraded as soon as I checked in. The room view was beautiful and I could directly see the clear and vast Dongjiang Lake and the hills. At that time, I went out to Bailang Town and couldn't come back when it rained. The boss even called a private car to pick us up. Night wine, afternoon tea and breakfast are great, and snacks are not heavy every day. It is highly recommended to come for a short vacation.

It really is a luxury hotel for a cheap price. I had the cheaper room with view on a concrete wall, but the features are great. Bluetooth sound system going through the room, large recreational space, modern and spacious bathroom. Too bad the staff engaging was not friendly. But apart from that, it’s probably the best hotel I’ve ever been in this price range.

Traveled in December, it was nice for us as there wasn’t a lot of people. Really easy to communicate with them through Wechat. They got us a car for train station pick up and drop off. Upon arriving, someone came out to get us. It’s a flight of stairs down first (they offer to help with luggage) but would say to pack light because we were struggling. It’s a couple minutes walk to the place, I believe they have two, so depends which one they bring you to? We got the connecting rooms via balcony. It was nice because it was two rooms and each room had its own bathroom. We were able to see the water bridge (I believe) right outside the balcony which was nice. Good thing we were just on the first floor so with our luggages, stairs wasn’t too bad. Since it was not peak season, even with the bar nearby, it was not too loud for us at night. There’s some restaurants and photoshoot shops nearby as well. We did the photoshoot store right next to this stay and it was just ok for reference, feel like you can get cheaper elsewhere. Everything was pretty clean but there were some issues. Since it was December, it was cold. And when we first arrived, there was no hot water (just all freezing cold water). They said water heater was just cleaned or something when I asked. They said hot water should be back at night but our water when we showered wasn’t too promising. And then the heater was barely warming up the room so we were basically freezing. We took out all our jackets and all and we were still cold. Our room door to the balcony window was also broken which I was frustrated at first since it was cold, no hot water, heater not working, cold air blowing in. They eventually fixed it and I did appreciate the lady giving us portable heaters for the room to use. Overall, I think it’s not a bad place.
