What a lovely, tranquil place to stay. We had two weeks there in August and you wouldn't think it was peak season it was so peaceful. Good points: staff excellent and attentive, sunbeds always available, grounds spotless and tidy, restaurant food was good, 24 shop which sold the basics, rooms clean and pool warm. WiFi was ok, not great but still adequate I can't really find any other major faults, a little far from the main nightlife but only appx €7 in a taxi or lots of buses available 2 mins walk from the bungalows so it was no big deal. The entertainment noise from a neighbouring hotel was unnecessarily loud in the evening but was over by 11pm, again, it wasn't an issue as we were out most evenings. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return, a special thanks to the receptionist staff who always had time for a chat and who gave me a room near the pool as requested due to my mobility not being great at the time. The hours would pass so slow if the animation team wasn’t here , what I can see is that they work very very hard like everyone else I’ve seen!! The apartments were very clean and well taken care of, and it consisted of being cleaned everyday without missing one spot!! The food was amazing , diverse , everyday something new and thematics like Italian , Asian etc , but in my opinion our experience of mine and of my wife was that Antony , Emir and Rey made it so much better , emir with his consistent running around making sure everyone is happy , Antony giving us a joke that made us smile for days and every single time and Rey with his amazing dancing skills !!! We loved every second and we will make sure if these ones are still here we are coming back 100%!!! Thanks dunas and thanks to the animation team!!!

Just had a week at club vista serena and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was excellent and exceptionally clean. We had a first floor apartment, the patio area was great to just relax, it had a sun shade which was a bonus! The pool area was very clean and well maintained. The Venice Pool bar is also excellent and reasonably priced, the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The food is fantastic! All the staff at club vista serena were most welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The apartment was cleaned daily. I really can't think of anything negative about club vista serena. I would definitely return without hesitation.

This is a good place to stay. Good area. Good pool, and heated. apartments and communal areas are spotless. Apartments are spacious and comfortable. The staff at this resort are lovely and helpful. For the price you get a great deal. I will definitely return. Negative No draws to store things and little room in wardrobe for a family. Kitchen is very poorly stocked and no oven. Food is poor quality especially breakfast. However lots of nice places to eat local or cook breakfast in apartment and eat out on the lovely terrace each apartment has.

This is a beautiful and well placed bungalow complex! There are so many flowers, trees and fruit growing on the site, it makes you feel separated and in your own little world. Having the outside veranda, which is massive, and having small trees/hedges to block you from the 2 bungalows opposite, really makes you feel like you’re staying in your own villa. It’s so peaceful here, really clean and well kept. You always see housekeeping, maintenance and gardeners keeping the place clean and well maintained. The pool is great, and just what you need to cool down. The onsite bar is excellent and really well priced. There is also an laundrette here, which is reasonably priced! Across the road there is a supermarket, restaurant and more pools at the sister hotel. This hotel is definitely a bit more noisy. I made friends with several cats, all really friendly. All of the staff have been super friendly, always smiling and always happy to help. There’s everything you could need in the kitchen. The fridge has a small freezer compartment, there’s a kettle, saucepans, frying pans, big salad bowl, lots of cutlery and cooking utensils. Really really lovely, peaceful and relaxing place. I am shocked that this is a 2 star complex. It does not feel like you’re in 2 stars at all. I will be back! Really enjoying my stay here (I still have 1 more week!). I have already recommended this place to family and friends.

The room is clean, large in size, well-equipped and comfortable! The hotel has a swimming pool and the surrounding scenery is beautiful and pleasant! The flowers are bright, the trees and flowers are unique, the hotel dining is particularly rich, and you can order two meals a day! Good service attitude! Luggage storage service at the front desk! There is a parking lot in the hotel! There is a shuttle bus to the beach, very convenient! The price is high, it is recommended to stay here! Will be very satisfied!
