I call and he immediately sends me to the maintenance guy (it wasn't the maintenance guy, he was the one who cleaned the rooms, a very nice Italian guy that I knew before) not being able to solve anything I decide to leave. The very rude receptionist named Carmendelia does not offer me any solution because she says that the maintenance guy was on free day. Well, around 4 in the afternoon I'm leaving. When I mentioned it to Booking, this chain now alleges that the air conditioning was working and the maintenance person tested it at 4. (all lies) because they don't give me any solution. They tell me that the direct is English. Well, from here I plan to put up a complaint form and I will do everything possible to have them do an investigation in that complex. So that they can investigate if they are really well insured and comply with all the regulations. It's really painful, I imagine what can be done to a foreigner. Thanks for ruining my mini vacation. The location of the complex is very pleasant, as is the service at the reception. The room cleaning is very superficial, fresh towels are only available upon request. The maid only speaks Spanish, which isn't very helpful. The complex is very quiet, which was very pleasant.
