The property is behind the city electrical sub station and on a busy part time for South Pattaya road so easy to miss and a long way to turn around. There was some difficulty and delay checking in. The internet log in was a challenge and despite asking for help still had to figure out on my own. Despite being adjacent to the electrical sub station, they still lost power my last day, a huge explosion on the telephone pole as an insulator blew up, then several hours to repair, so I left early lugging my suitcase down 5 flights of stairs. So not for me.

we chose cosi pattaya because of the shuttle to wonder fruit festival. our weeks stay has been exceptional. easy walking distance to the beach for sunset, coffee just opposite the hotel, and there is convenient store in the hotel itself.

The lobby was spacious and stylish, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a great sea view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were good. The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring Pattaya. It also provides free shuttle bus services to Terminal 21, Beach, and Central Festival which you can book the trip and the retuning trip from the concierge. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a huge selection of dishes to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend the Centrepoint Prime Pattaya Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to stay in Pattaya. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the location was perfect.

A great equipped hotel for family with children. My kids have enjoyed the long water slides, the wave pool, kids water play area, kids playroom, gaming room. Amazing and delicious breakfast and buffet dinner selection, also catering kids menu as well! Helpful staff, clean rooms, it’s highly recommended and we will come back again!

The hotel is located in a very good location, directly connected to the beach, giving it a private beach-like feel. The restaurant staff took great care of us, and we were very impressed with both the breakfast and dinner. The rooftop bar was also stunning. The room's soundproofing was excellent, and the pool was amazing. On the downside, we arrived at the hotel slightly later than the normal check-in time. Upon arrival, we were informed that our room was not yet ready and were asked to wait without being told how long it would take. Additionally, the check-in staff only verbally informed us where the lift was located. Honestly, it would be better if they could walk guests to the lift, as the hotel's layout can easily mislead guests and cause them to go the wrong way. Once we checked into the room, we found hair on the floor, which was clearly not ours. The beach bag was not set up in our room, and we had to call to request it, even though my friend's room was properly prepared when they entered. The second day, housekeeper took away the bathrobe and did not replace it. When we called to ask for a replacement, we were questioned about how many people were staying in the room, which felt unnecessary. It would be great if management could look into these issues and make improvements. Overall, however, we still enjoyed our stay.

On our next visit, I plan to request a poolside view. The room includes a large television, extra bottles of water, and substantial wardrobes. An alarm clock is provided for convenience, and the bathtub is impressively large, with generous toiletries available. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, as well as a minibar stocked with coffee, tea, and a refrigerator. During your stay, take advantage of the amenities, including two small pools, a gym, and a sauna, along with a small playground for children. For those driving, free parking is provided. Breakfast was enjoyable, though quite basic. We dined on the ‘Zen’ side, where the ‘Egg Station’ is located outside the ‘Me Eatery and Bar’ restaurant. If time permits, Mandarin Eastville is conveniently close to the evening market, Max Pattaya Boxing World, Mini Siam Miniature Park, Pattaya Park Tower, and the Million Years Stone Park and Crocodile Farm, with several popular attractions within walking distance. Whether you’re visiting for business, pleasure, or both, Mandarin Eastville guarantees a memorable stay in Pattaya. The tranquil semi-remote location provides a pleasant escape from the busy areas of Pattaya. There is no public transportation available, but I learned that using Bolt and Grab is quite affordable. Additionally, motor taxis can be flagged down along the main road; just remember to negotiate the fare before hopping in. However, there were a couple of downsides: although the tap water gets extremely hot, regulating the hot shower proved to be a challenge. I didn’t let this bother me too much, as the water was still comfortably warm. I also had some trouble opening the balcony door, which nearly caused me to miss the fireworks countdown. Also, don't lose your keycards to avoid getting fined. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway and would definitely comeback on the next holiday.

My recent stay at the Centara Sonrisa Residences & Suites Sriracha was fantastic! The hotel's facilities were excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I've always enjoyed my stays at Millennium Hilton Bangkok as well, especially because of their great pool and friendly cleaning staff.

The package hotel that dominated the 90s was almost ruined as time went by, but it was revived as a children's swimming pool and playground. It is worth a visit if you have young children. However, the hotel facilities are very old. In particular, the soundproofing is the worst. I can understand what is being said in the next room. A newborn baby stayed in the next room and kept crying all night, so I could hardly sleep. However, all the staff are friendly.

We are a mixed couple (Chinese and UK). The reception staff were very friendly upon check in. Our room was clean and modern. They provide water, shampoo, soap, body wash and a fridge, slippers, bath robe and a safe. Location - the hotel is located a 10 min walk to the Park Market and Toshin Market and a 20 minutes walk to the fish market. It's about a 20 minutes walk to the beach. There's some little shops around the hotel, but be careful on the little back roads due to fast cars. Breakfast - You have to make your breakfast selections on Check in, so you have to know in advance what you wish to eat and drink in the future. The coffee is nice, but the food is just a microwave wrap. It's fine for a breakfast. The first night at the hotel was good, and we got a decent sleep. The second night, we arrived back, and there was a loud game of Mahjong or poker going on next door. The problem is, they put us in a room with a (locked) adjoining door. The door is not sound or light proof. This meant we could hear every word and clink of the gambling chips and had light shining in during the night. We said to reception, but this kept going on. It really puzzles me why they put us into an adjoining room. The next morning, the next door was open, and I saw it's a room without beds, so perhaps designed just as a games room (see last picture). It definitely made me a bit wary that if one of the players had a key, they could open the adjoining door to our room. Definitely avoid the rooms ending in 09 or 10 if you want to guarantee a good sleep. This isn't the fault of the lovely workers. it's a design problem/owners issue.

location is very very good , we book villa so quite good location service aircon all good checkin was really smooth and easy , but after checkout when we arrived back to bkk then hotel staff call us and asking to pay 50thb because they found a broken glass in room i feel very surprised when we leave all look ok sudden glass broken and that much big property asking for 50 thb feel very disapointed . be carefull everyone

The accommodation is at the end of the beach. Not chaotic enough to enter the accommodation near the food source. But I waited for a room for a long time. I don't know if it was a long holiday or not.

The room is 30 sq m for 1-2 people, but I stayed alone. The hotel is near the market, food, and the road to the beach. There are no checkpoints after drinking and driving to the hotel. I feel comfortable. This is my second time staying here. I am satisfied. It is clean and tidy. There is a spacious parking lot. The price is not expensive. There is breakfast when booking through trip.com (There are some places that are not spotlessly clean, but it is still acceptable. It is not ugly). If I have a chance to come again, I will probably book this hotel again. ❤️

Japan Park Hotel is located far away from shopping, bars, restaurants and mall. But they got 2 great restaurants (one Japanese) inside J Park area, also a small 7/11 with coffee machine with Latte hot/cold. J Park also has a good fitness room. The Onsen is included for guests, Sauna, hot spring and relax room. The separate female side got a steamroom. Our visit in January (2025) we had a different room with a comfortable bed, this time in February (2025) the room we got had a very hard mattress with no overlay mattress, did not sleep as well as our first stay. The staff at the Reception is very friendly, smiling and helpful. Cleaning staff is very polite and smiling and so is the staff at breakfast and both restaurants. Reception at the Onsen is very polite, helpful and smiling. Even the security is very welcoming and smiling. Clean and modern rooms, only minus is the big height to climb into the shower/bathtub. No ATM at the hotel or nearby, bring cash or use a card. Building 5 might be to noicy with the big road near by. We had Building no 4 and it's quite peaceful.

The room is clean, but the reception service is not very good. Stayed two nights, booked online. and will stay another night Went down to the reception and asked to stay longer and would pay cash. The reception told me to go reserve online myself. I was confused. If we were going to reserve online, why would we go down and reserve at the reception?

Pro: Lot of parking for motorcycle. Kind staff. Quick check-in. Clean and cheap room. 7-11 next to the hotel. Efficient air conditioner. Refrigerator. Cons: No bum-gun in the toilets. Light filters around the door. Located literally in front of the beach. Very competitive price, clean and relatively comfortable. Very suitable for a short stay.

The pool was perfect, clean and comfortable. I would recommend to add a small sauna near by the pool. The room is clean and new, has a nice view. An electric kettle and water is available, hot water and tea at the reception. Whole area of the house is new, clean and beautiful. I liked the swings. We used taxi and drivers always knew the exact building for drop off. Although I didn't have much options for breakfast. The porridge and soup I didn't want, neither fried egg. So only toasts with butter and jam left for me. I would really love to have usual sausages or ham for breakfast with the toasts. All other things were satisfying. My husband is really happy about everything there (especially about his double portion of shrimp soup which I left for him).

I booked the Tide resort at last minute as i used to stay there. Hotel is under re-novation but it not distirb my staycation. I got new room facing to beach near lift. Check in process was fine were wait for booking to hotel system about 5-7mins , service checkin staff was fine but he may need a bit more interpersonal skills. Overall great stay recommended

The location is comfortable to see but a little far away from center of city, the sandwich was very delicious 😘😘
