Legoland Korea Resort Hotel

I went to Lego Land Korea Hotel and I had the most awesome time ever! It was like stepping into a Lego dream world! The hotel was super colorful and had huge Lego characters everywhere. I felt like I was inside a giant Lego set! The beds were so comfy and they had Lego-themed sheets and pillows. My room even had a treasure chest full of Lego bricks to play with! It was like having my own Lego playground! The best part was to get the treasure out of the safe you had to follow the map and the hints. We had all our meals at the hotel. They had a buffet with yummy food like pancakes, waffles, and lots of colorful fruits. And guess what? The plates and cups were all Lego-shaped which is pretty cool The staff was super friendly and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces and made me feel special. One of the best parts was that you get into the park early when you are staying at the hotel. We got a two day pass with one night hotel which was perfect. I would definitely recommend going here with our family. I can't wait to go back again! For some videos of my trip check out my profile with a link to my YouTube channel BazzyWorldReviews.
Sun Cruise Resort and Yacht

Our check-in was pretty straightforward, no surprise since we stayed here in the past, staff are pretty cold and disinterested, not rude, just cold. My family enjoyed the last trip so we returned. Our room was as expected, with one exception, the mini kitchen was supplied with utensils, and pots and pans previously, not anymore. The hotel has an interesting HVAC system, the twin suites have a master bedroom loft, and adjacent bed over looking the ocean, very beautiful and relaxing, unfortunately the hotel switched the A/C off and put the heating system on, this made the loft area very warm, I tried to adjust the multiple thermostat controls, but was unaware the AC main was off. The in room phone system was turned off, so the only option was to trek up to the main desk. The front desk clerk and I went back and forth with translators, till I got the Heating system information. I thanked the clerk and headed back to reverse the thermostat settings which did help, along with leaving the glass door to the ocean patio open. Crisis averted, the sounds of the ocean was blissful. The next day we returned to a nicely cleaned suite until I noticed a large piece of chewed gum left on the display shelf, trust me it was gross, I asked my family if anyone left this? I knew the answer before asking, no one in my family are gum chewers. It then became clear the someone in house cleaning left it there, never seen that before on all my travels. When checking out I mentioned the AC/Heater issue as well as the chewing gum issue, and to no surprise to me, there was no interest, discussion or maybe even a halfhearted we apologized for the inconvenience? Nope not at Sun Cruise, the clerk just motioned for the next person in line, I actually laughed, shook my head a little and headed out the door. The one positive thing we took away was, we unanimously decided to never return to Sun Cruise,
High1 Grand Hotel Main Tower

Rooms were pleasant, everything functioning nicely. Hotel is comfortable and reasonably well-organised. Around the resort there are places where poor signage and language difficulties may give pause for non-Korean-speaking travellers, but it's nothing that a smartphone and a little persistence can't overcome. Free shuttle buses to the close-by ski hill and two local towns are frequent enough. Staff are kind, considerate and helpful. Food on the mountain is basic but perfectly fine. Unless you are coming for the casino specifically I wouldn't recommend the hotel in general. All facilities require extra charges and are cynically overpriced to rob more money from the punters, whose tinted-window executive cars arrive in droves. The less said about the buffet at the Grand Table the better. There is something very soulless about the High1 resort in general, and the strong corporate vibes give the place an eerie quality. The skiing is not so bad, although experienced riders will get bored after 2 or 3 days, unless a rare snowfall increases the fun. That said, the resort's snow-making abilities are quite impressive. If you are someone who gets irritated by poor piste etiquette, don't come here. At any given time half of the riders will be in the process of falling over, will have already fallen over, or will be chatting sat in the middle of the fairway. Try not to imagine anything in the way of apres-ski. As a solo traveller bored of watching the casino donkeys shift about the hotel, I went searching in the local towns for a bar. It was a depressing failure. I read the resort was intended to bring money to the depressed mining towns of Sabuk and Gohan, but seemingly it has turned these places into a succession of garishly presented empty restaurants and ”Thai massage” joints, the latter being a favourite of the aforementioned tinted-window crowd.

Love the location. Its kind of a maze but cute~ Staying at the hotel gives you 30% off at sauna (20000–>14000), fitness room, lift ticket and rentals~ The room was so nice. Kitchen was good, no sauce or cooking condiments. The bedding was thinner than imagined so a little hard to get used to at the start but it was good since the floor was warm. Sometimes too warm 😅
Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Gangwon Pyeongchang

I recently stayed at Ramada Hotel and found it very convenient, especially with the free shuttle service provided. The shuttle runs from Jinbu Station to the hotel, as well as from the hotel to Yongpyong and Alpensia Ski Resorts. Just make sure to check the shuttle schedule in advance —it's available on their website or at the reception counter. The breakfast selection was decent. What I loved most was the convenience of the in-house ski rental shop. We could pick up our ski equipment and suits early and have it ready in our room, making it super easy to head straight to the ski resort the next day. One area for improvement would be promoting other attractions in Pyeongchang, such as ice sculpture shows (if available) or other unique activities, to make the experience even more memorable. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

The advantage was that I could see the sea in the room. Recommended for those who visit the sea in ... room ^^ It's under construction next to the hotel. Please note. The room is small, so I can hear the inside and outside by the ... room door. I think you should be careful and considerate. The unmanned check-in machine is on at 3 o'clock. I was nervous because I was unmanned ...^^ㅋ The person in charge is at the entrance to the coffee shop on the first floor.

The Venezia Suite

Hotel is actually an officetel, with very small space. However suitable for us as we are looking for a place to stay. There is a convenient store on the 1st floor, and another just outside the building. Also there are restaurants nearby which is convenient. The front office staff gave us a set of body wash, body lotion, and hand cream when we checked in, he said it's a free gift. The hotel has a parking tower on the same building however it cannot fit in an SUV car, so we have to park in a building that is about 100m away. Upon check-out the front office gave us parking coupons to pay for the parking fee.

Pros: -Landscape is nice. There's a nice garden outside you can walk around. Beautiful mountains surrounding the hotel. - Front desk staff was nice and helpful when I asked for help. -Outside of the hotel looks nice. - The cafe in the lobby had good pastries we ate for breakfast and the price was comparable to any other Korean bakery. Cons: - The inside of the hotel needs an update. - The lanolium floor in our bedroom was old and curling up on the side of the walls. -We were there May 29-30 and it was a bit warm so we tried to turn the AC but it seems the hotel might control it and it wouldn't come on. However, tt wasn't unbearable as there was a stand fan that we used in the room. - There was no shower curtain, so when you shower in the old tub, the water goes everywhere and it's slippery. Although they do have bathroom slippers, we don't really like to wear slippers that everyone else has their feet in. - The door was so old and there was a dent at the bottom that I could see the outside. - There is a sensor for the light by the door next to the bathroom so whenever you walk by it at night, it comes on and for light sleepers could wake them up. - We paid $85 with tax on agoda. com. This was listed as a 4 star hotel. I would say it's more like a motel on the inside. I don't think it's worth paying more than $50 here. - They had a breakfast buffet for W28,000 for adults. We didn't eat there as I was already not impressed with the hotel.
Dignity Hotel

It was a family trip, and the location and facilities were all good. In particular, the two rooms for a family of five had spacious beds, which was nice. The beds were wide and the bedding was clean, so I slept well. There were also three TVs, which was really nice, but the disappointing thing was that the ventilation was not good, so the bathroom smelled bad, and the breakfast was a bit lacking, so I ate a salad and went out to buy some more. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and I think I'll come back!
