The hotel is a 3-5 minute walk from the south exit of Shizuoka Station. I booked a suite and was given room 02. The room was very large, with a view of Mount Fuji and the sea. It was very worthwhile for more than 1,000 yuan a night.

Hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from JR station (not connected to station) with many shops or restaurants nearby. Rooms were good size and there were amenities available in the lobby (such as face wash, cream) along with free coffee in the morning. However was a bit disappointed with the maintenance of the room as there were some wood peeling off near the bedside counter.

It is what you can expect from a Dormy Inn : lots of freebies, a comfortable room and a bathhouse area with the bonus point of having a good Mount Fuji view especially if you get the rooms facing the right side. The hotel's clearly geared for people who drive, there is two main carpark areas but it can get filled up quite quickly during peak holiday periods. The breakfast was sumptuous and excellent as expected from a Dormy Inn. There is a nice late night soba service and popsicles in the evening. Location wise, it is only a short drive away from the Gotemba Premium Outlets and some local sights. It is located next to Chichibunomiya Memorial Park with a former villa. The hotel is also pretty new.

The Fujisan Mishima Tokyu Hotel offers a fantastic base for visitors exploring the Hakone region, with easy access via the nearby Mishima Station. The hotel is in traditional Japanese style. Although it has been open for a long time, it is still kept clean and tidy. The hotel has two hot springs, indoor and outdoor. The outdoor hot spring can be reached by taking a very short mountain cable car, which is a very interesting experience. The package I booked this time included traditional Japanese breakfast and dinner, which tasted good and the ingredients were fresh. The hotel staff are very polite and explained in detail how to use the hotel facilities and introduced the surrounding attractions when checking in.

It’s a nice budget hotel near Shin-Fuji Station, and overall, it was a pleasant experience for me. The hotel is very close to the trains, yet surprisingly quiet. It’s small but very clean, with everything necessary provided in the room. Though the room isn’t spacious, it is cozy, and I enjoyed a nice view of Mount Fuji from my window, even if the grids on the window made it tricky to capture good photos. The breakfast is simple but adequate to start your day, and I noticed the menu changes daily (I stayed for two nights and had different options each morning). The staff, while not fluent in English, were incredibly kind and helpful. They really made my stay more comfortable. The hotel provides a few shuttle buses to the nearby train station, which was very convenient. They also offer free shuttles to Fujikawaguchiko, but only on national holidays and weekends, so I didn’t get the chance to try that. If you’re heading to the Shin-Fuji Station, there’s a tourist center with English-speaking staff who are very helpful. You can even rent bicycles there to explore the area and enjoy stunning views of Mount Fuji. For the price, it’s a great option, especially if you’re on a budget and looking for a quiet, clean place to stay with some handy amenities.

The room is quite big, divided into a sleeping area (Western style) and a leisure area (Japanese style), very cost-effective, it was dinner time when we arrived at the hotel, the hotel has wagyu bento to choose from (there is also a restaurant), very good, the room faces the sea, you can enjoy the sea view in the morning, there is a hotel shuttle bus to the JR station

Glad to stay here. Definitely recommend for those who are driving and planning to stay at Gotemba area. Hotel is relatively new, room was big, the double bed is bigger, not the semi-double beds in most Japan hotels so is comfortable for two. Was surprised by what we get....there is cold udon dinner! Ice cream, coffee and Fuji mineral water are available at the reception. Breakfast buffet spread had Japanese breakfast choices, bread, coffee, juice and cereal. Hot bath is small, is good enough for us to relax after a day of traveling. Service was superb! All of them are so welcoming. On a clear day, we can see Mount Fuji on 4th level. View is blocked by some cables though. Overall, a good stay as we get to enjoy the evening with dinner, Onsen, ice cream, and a good night rest.

Room is clean and comfortable. facilities are new,but parking space is not free and the access is limited to 10pm before only, and the room rare is quite whichq high similar to Tokyo, not sure if it was because of the fireworks. The firework is stunning btw!

JR Numazu Station is a 3-minute walk away. There is a pizza shop and Lawson downstairs, and a McDonald's opposite. From the south exit, you can take a bus to Numazu Port for seafood. The location is very convenient for travel. The surrounding environment is very peaceful and we spent a comfortable night here. The hotel facilities are very new. There are massage chairs, bathtubs, ironing boards and plenty of space in the room. The supplies are also very high-end, including Sekkisei and DHC. recommend!

Excellent location within walking distance to the train station, shopping alleys, museum and the fisherman market which serves good value seafood. Hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful and a lady actually recommend a less expensive carpark next door (500 Yen 12 hours comparing to 1200 Yen Hotel parking). More like a business hotel which provides no other leisure facility. Room price is a bit less competitive relative to other hotels I stay in other locations during this trip.

The location is close to the station and the facilities are clean. I didn't eat breakfast, but they provide a buffet of bread from a famous local bakery. The amenities are plentiful. I especially liked the bath salts ^^ However, although the location is good, if you are visiting Shizuoka for the first time, If you try to find the crosswalk without crossing the subway, you will have to go around a bit. And there is only one elevator, You cannot use the stairs. It is on the 2nd floor, but the lobby is right below, so it is difficult to wait for the elevator that stops on the 11th floor and keep going back and forth. I don't think it matters if you are not on the 2nd floor. The hotel is good value for money.

Everything was perfect. The room is spacious. We got even extra bed .  hotel manager they are good.  clean with mineral water from Fuji. Go The Room at the corner is not so quiet actually it was a sound from the road just a little bit.

Old, average value for money, but OK if you don't have high requirements. Shizuoka is very small, not even as good as a county town in China. I feel that the value for money of traveling abroad is getting worse and worse. The motherland is really getting better and better.

I thought it was a capsule hotel, so I thought I would sleep in a coffin, but the room was better than I thought, the size of a goshiwon. It was clean, and the facilities, such as the bathroom and shower, were well organized. You can use the laundry room at a low price. The location is good, right in front of Shizuoka Station. This is the king of cheap accommodations. The only thing is that the wall above the door is open, so the noise from the hallway and other rooms comes in. If you are a traveler who is sensitive to noise, it would be a good idea to buy earplugs at the reception.

I loved the hotel, services and amenities was wonderful, food is great, rooms clean and nice with beautiful view on Mt Fuji! Onsens was also an amazing experience, just the location for local transfer is a little far away.

Staff are very nice. It’s very quiet in the environment, very pleasant stay. Since we took bus at JR Gotemba, we called the hotel earlier for the pick up service. And unfortunately the bus was late, we could not meet the car anymore. We then asked the tourist information Ctr to call. ( tips to all tourists)

It's about 15 minutes' walk from Gotemba to the hotel. Check-in is at 3pm. You can't check in earlier, but you can store your luggage in advance. All the items you need can be taken on demand in the hotel lobby. The hotel has its own bathroom, and the girls will provide the password. The room is indeed quite small, but the hygiene is quite good. The breakfast is also quite delicious. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

The hotel is not near amenities however it has an excellent view of Mount Fuji. The morning sun was already bright at 4:30 am, and Mount Fuji woke us up, with the magnificent appearance right from our room. The breakfast was top-notched, very appealing delicious, healthy and 5 stars. After breakfast I would recommend one goes to the reading room, it has a180 view of Mount Fuji, free drinks available. The onsen is abit small. The balcony could use a good scrub and new paint, it would be lovely to chill out at the balcony looking at Fuji. The bedroom somewhat outdated, but clean and comfy. If I come to Fuji prefecture again, I will surely come back for the breakfast =P

The hotel is really old, but the staff attitude and location are very good. Next to Gotemba station, convenient walking distance. There is a Bigday supermarket nearby. For dinner they fed me free udon with curry, I bought breakfast separately for 550 yen and had breakfast with a view of Fuji. Disappointments: very cold room, no hot water, they said that there were technical problems. The staff offered to check into a newer hotel with hot water for free, but I refused, because it was already evening and the journey was almost 1.5 km. In the city in the evenings there are almost no lights, it is a little scary to walk alone.

One of the flattest hotels in Gotemba, there is a surprise! We booked the largest room, which has a sauna, a super large jacuzzi, and an 85-inch TV and audio and video. It's much bigger than expected! The hotel also has billiards, table tennis, karaoke, and a bunch of comics! Suitable for a large Seto hotel👍👍There is a parking lot, and it only takes 7 minutes to drive to and from Gotemba outlet, very close👍

The waiters are very enthusiastic and attentive! The hotel has an open environment and feels like nature! I like the surrounding scenery very much! But I still have a small comment: the check-in notification process is a bit cumbersome, and the notification is still oral. The air conditioner in the room is not good at heating, there is no heater, and the room is not warm enough. You need to cover yourself with clothes when sleeping at night. The plastic slippers were a bit dirty, there was no washing machine in the room, and the signs indicating the way to the room at night were not reflective or lighted up, so it took me a long time to find them. Only one towel is given for washing. Didn't you know that you need two towels for the night and the next day? The room lights cannot be adjusted and the brightness is not enough.

We had a really great experience at this hotel. There is a shuttle bus near the hotel that takes you to and from the JR Gotemba station and the Gotemba Premium Outlets. The room is really big for a Japanese hotel, and you even have a jacuzzi/hot spring bath in your own room! As for breakfast, it is buffet style with a good selection. The food is also delicious! The best part of all is still the service they provide. At the Fuji Outlet Hot Spring Hotel, they really go out of the way to serve their guests. We had 2 suitcases stored in the hotel when we checked out and went shopping at the outlets. We went back to the hotel to pick up our suitcases at around 19:20 and intended to take a taxi to the JR Gotemba station to catch a train back to Tokyo station. The front desk staff helped us call a taxi but no taxi would take the order because there was a bad traffic jam. It was on 3rd January 2025, a public holiday, and there were many cars heading for the outlets. Upon knowing our dilemma, I think it was the hotel owner, instructed a staff who just got off duty to drive us to the station. He even checked the train schedule for us! They refused to accept when we offered payment for the ride. Overall, the service was superb and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. They have front office staff who speaks either fluent English or Chinese. We wish to thank the owner and his staff for such great service and will definitely stay in this hotel again if we were back in Gotemba.

Close to the train station, although it has a bit of history. But the room is large, comfortable and hygienic. It is well-equipped, and the most outstanding thing is the large window in the room. The scenery is comparable to the sightseeing bay in a big city. You can see the entire Hamamatsu City in the distance. From sunrise to sunset, it is very gorgeous.

I stayed here on a business trip, and it was convenient because it was close to Hamamatsu Station. The room was pretty clean and there were no particular issues. It was convenient to be able to leave my luggage in a locker.

It's an old hotel, so there are inevitable signs of age... but it seems like they're maintaining it in their own way. It was nice that there was a separate smoking area so I didn't have to go far to smoke.

The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station. The breakfast is also rich and varied. I will choose this place again next time I go on a business trip. It is worth recommending.

The access from the station was good and I had a comfortable stay. It was a plan without meals, but the breakfast buffet was added later. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of local products. The room key was a normal key type, but there was no problem. Although free Wi-Fi is flying, I couldn't find the guide, so I checked with the front desk and there was no particular password. Shampoo, body soap, etc. were the type to replenish the equipment, so recently, there are troublesome customers who mix various things, so I used what I brought. I hesitated to use the slippers because they are not disposable, they are made of mesh material, and they don't feel like they can be wiped off easily. Guidance in the room and at the front desk is minimal, but if you ask, they will respond properly, so I don't think there will be any particular problems.

It was quiet and comfortable. I came by car, but it was a little far from the station and had good access. As expected, it was December 29th, the end of the year, so all the restaurants were fully booked. Next time I'll come when it's less crowded.

The inn was located in a complex building, and was a combination of a spa and a manga cafe. Because it's near the station, there are many restaurants nearby, and the building I'm in has a food court and fast food restaurants on the first floor, so it was convenient. The inside of the building was new and kept clean. The common space is large and there is plenty of work space, you can read manga, and you can also take a bath in the hot springs and sauna. The sliding door of the cabin-type room did not have a lock, but a sensor key on a wristband was required to enter the living area, and the desk in the room also had a dial locker to store valuables. It was attached. Also, it seemed like you could use the large locker if you got the key from the front desk. Inside the hotel, you can only use the spa (no overnight stay), and it seemed like young locals were also using it, but I didn't feel it was noisy in the common spaces, and the living spaces were quiet. What I would like to see improved is the staff's response and guidance at check-in. At check-in, I was told my room number and that I needed a key to enter and exit the living area, but there was no map of the building at the front desk, and I was told that there was a guide to the building in the back and a detailed guide to my room, so please take a look. ”, and the front staff immediately started chatting with each other. Although there was some inconvenience with the reception at check-in, the reception at the front desk at check-out and the cleaning staff at the time of using the hotel were very polite and pleasant.

Second time using. About a 3-minute walk from JR Hamamatsu Station, there are many restaurants around the station, making it convenient for staying without meals. However, because the building is old, it is a little dim and feels a little lonely. Because it is a style to bring amenities from the front desk on the first floor, it is troublesome if you accidentally go to the room. Cospa is very good!
