West side was around 10 min walk from the outlet mall and took us nearly 30 mins to walk (with a kid) to the East Side Snow Park. Room was just okay for its price - lobby looks better and newer than the room which was a bit old fashioned, yellowish (without a full mirror too) and not spacious. We drove there. For this price point, we would try other hotels next time, like Hilton in the area, given we need to walk a long way from West Side to everywhere, even to the hotel lobby and car park.

It's a small but beautiful hotel with a very good location. It's opposite Matsumoto Station. It's super convenient for shopping and eating. It's also very convenient to walk to Matsumoto Castle and the restaurant has a very good view👍.

Breakfast was superb. Good variety. Free coffee provided at lobby which soothes the crave for travellers dying for one as it is difficult to get one. Location is great as it’s just 2 mins walk to bus and train station. Only 5 mins walk to supermarket and duty free shop.

The lobby with open fire is beautiful and a comfortable area to have a drink and relax. The room itself was also incredibly clean and everything worked well including the WiFi. The hanten jackets were in the colours of the Ukranian flag which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good, as was the restaurant in the evening. The public bath was a nice place to soak after dinner. Service was good although it's clear the team was new and still training - I am sure this will change in time. Small criticim is there was no room service menu in the room. This was fine as it was on the TV but navigating to the menu needed Japanese skills. The architecture and general design is fantastic, as are the fittings and the carpets are just beautiful - same as all new IHG properties I think.

Once you get to the rotary at Matsumoto Station, you can arrive within 2 minutes, and breakfast is available until 9:30, so if you arrive late, it will be empty and you can eat slowly and thoroughly. I made a business reservation on short notice, and it was cheap, so I'm a candidate to use it again. Also, by chance, they were holding a lottery to commemorate the company's founding, and even though they didn't win, they received a small bottle of local sake. I was lucky.

They even have complimentary supper service at night. We didn't get to try the breakfast but they look great with a lot of varieties. This is a great place to stay in Matsumoto.

Great location, super convenient to train station. In addition, there is a nearby 7-11 which allows for quick purchase of essential supplies. The hotel provides washer and dryer for guest to clean their clothes which is good at affordable pricing. Only downside is the room is really small but that is the norm is Tokyo, will get used to it.

I renovated the place where it was the original 々 store and was in the hotel, but I had a good sense and stayed in New York well, but I feel like I remind you of that time. The size is sufficient and the amenities are substantial. The Japanese room I stayed in also has floor heating, so comfortable and so reasonable hotel is the first time. Usually stay in a foreign hotel chain, but it doesn't pull at all. The staff is also very friendly and polite. I would like to come again.

This was a stopover hotel for our tour of Japan. It's well-located, walking distance to the railway station. The hotel carpark is small and we ended up in a garage about a 7-minute walk away. (10-minute if you have luggage.) We ended up in the executive floor. The rooms were all right in size. The major plus is the 14th floor executive lounge. We were there on New Year Day but ALL the restaurants that looked decent said they would only allow us in with reservations. We had not expected that. Fortunately, we had a good fill at the lounge, went to MacDonald's (across the road from the Railway Station) for a burger and then returned to the Lounge to top up with drinks. Although it was near the closing time for the lounge, still the staff topped up the food. Breakfast was pretty good. But the dining area is somewhat small. So we had to wait 10 minutes. They do have a picnic arrangement, which was pretty charming. Staff were friendly, things worked. Yes, I would recommend this.

It is a hot spring inn near the mountain entrance of Nishi Hotaka Dake. This time, I used the day trip hot spring after going down to the mountain, but I was working on the infection countermeasures firmly. Thank you for this time. Most of the users of the day trip hot springs were climbers. I would like to stay next time.

I chose this hotel in front of the station for the next day to use a car rental. It is a hotel of the Alpico Transportation Group. The receptionist is on the 2 floor. Check-in requires a machine hand input by yourself, and all payments, card keys and breakfast tickets are out of the machine. So payment is prepaid. It depends on the way of thinking whether it is troublesome or convenient. 1 person 8000 yen with breakfast. There was Wi-Fi, the room and the bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable and there was no particular dissatisfaction. There are also restaurants and taverns in front of the station for dinner, so there is no worry.

I have always liked this brand of hotel. I used to have the most rice. This time I made a special trip to stay at this high-end hotel. I really like his tatami. It feels very Japanese, clean and hygienic. I really like this style! The breakfast is delicious and rich. We purchased it separately. It costs 2,300 yen on site. This price is also very reasonable! The room is not bad, and the hot spring is also very good. I will continue to live here if I have a chance in the future!

We stayed one night at this hotel as pat of a tour of Japan, mainly to visit Crow Castle, Japans oldest. The hotel was of a very good standard as were the rooms and the Japanese style breakfast was of a good quality, offering plenty of choices.. Would have liked to stay longer but we were moving on the fo,llowing day.

I used it for a family trip during the spring break. There is a charge because I came by car, but I was able to park in the parking lot and go sightseeing at Matsumoto Castle and Matsumoto Station. It's a good walk course. The parking lot and the front desk 々 were all kind. The room was newly renewed so it was very clean and I was grateful that almost all the equipment I needed was available. The breakfast at Gust was delicious. I would like to stay when I visit Nagano Prefecture from now on

The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from Karuizawa station. Take the north exit on the bridge/walkway after coming up from Shinkansen platform, it's the left. There's a tourist info with helpful people at the end of the corridor, and an escalator next to it. Once you come out, with your back to the station, walk straight down the road, and take left at the first traffic light, near the Shell station. The hotel is opposite Family Mart. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was generous-sized with an ante-room which has a fridge, some storage cupboards and the main room is nice and big with a good-sized bed. They provide 2 bottles of water. You can take day trips to Naka Karuizawa, Shiraiito Falls among other destinations using the bus service outside the station. It's a lot easier if you have Suica card or you will need to carry many 1000 yen notes. On the way back you can you can stop off at Kyu Karuizawa and walk the streets of Old Ginza. It can also be reached by foot, takes about 25-30 minutes.

However, it is difficult to understand the entrance of the hotel, but I wondered if I should enter from the restaurant. Only standard double rooms are available for dogs. It's pretty narrow. It feels like a stylish business hotel. The bed is comfortable. There is a large dog gauge toilet sheet and a butt wipe. The bathroom and toilet are in the same room, but they are large. I was interested in the toilet. Should I remove the toilet seat when cleaning? The amenities were in a cute cloth bag for two people, but there was no toothbrush in one cloth bag. There are 2 bottles of mineral water in the wine cellar. It's a pity that there is no pot. It would be nice to have a water server that can produce hot water without a pot. There are 2 coin laundry machines. Ice maker, juice and alcohol are sold by themselves. The restaurant is delicious, but the amount of dinner and morning is large, and the contents are covered, so it seems that you will get tired of staying for consecutive nights or using it frequently ... The taste is strong (good compatibility with alcohol) Even for people with small children I was there, but maybe my kids aren't likely to eat it. Dessert also has an adult taste. The restaurant is very cold near the entrance and on the window side and requires a coat. All the staff are kind. It is cheap considering the food and convenience for the price. Instead we were provided with a voucher for redemption at the bar. The food is just average, beef was not very fresh, and your clothes and hair reek of smell after dinner as they cook the food right at the bar.

This time I went to Qingjingze with my friends. The travel agency recommended this hotel as the most convenient. It’s also very close to OUUTLET if you want to go shopping. You can also take a bath in the hotel. Next time I will bring my husband with me.

Also, this Marriott was one of the few hotels I have been to that had the room allergy ready when I told them I was allergic to feathers on the reservation. The free beverages (beer, wine, cocktails, juice, and soda) and hot meals during the membership lounge time were nice. The public bath was very clean and relaxing. The management team went above and beyond! We asked the doorman to arrange a taxi to get to a local restaurant. Instead, he worked with the assistant manager, who told us he would personally drive us to the restaurant (even included a return trip!) The breakfast buffet was excellent and had both American and Japanese fare. I will recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family who visit the area.

Design hotel space is a nice gem. It was a cold winter when we were there. The hotel feels like a warehouse converted into 2 levels. The ceiling in the toilet is not tall. One thing i liked about the hotel is the heater. It is strong and makes the room comfortable at 1 degree outside the hotel. It is about 10 mins walk from the outlet shopping mall. One advice is to finish your shopping in the outlet before the sky turns dark. Reason is because there are no lighting (pitch dark) when we were walking along the street to the hotel. Will definitely stay again if I am at karuizawa with the affordable price and comfortable room.

We feel that the staffs are poorly trained when it comes to the hotel facility nor their communication skills. The hotel itself is highly enjoyable especially the hot spring! Everything is brand new and the surroundings are epic! I’m sorry to have to minus one star because of 竹村’s poor reaction to customers’ requests.
